• Piotr (6/5): С учетом того, что апартаменты на три комнаты и чаще всего там собираются компании для ОТДЫХА, не создавать для отдыхающ - Вид на океан с террасы. Близко расположены кафе, бары, магазин Mercadona Бассейн и пляж в радиусе 50 метров После 23.00 «тихий час». Соседи жалуются хозяину апартаменты на шум. При этом никаких вечеринок не было- просто отдых компанией (смех, веселье) -все таки это отдых. В один из вечером даже приезжала полиция (посочувствовала) Также в ванной комнате не было средств гигиены (гель для душа, шампунь)
• Ruth (7/5): We didn’t like the area and overall the property was a little tired. - Great terrace with lovely views Location convenient for both the strip and the old town - we did not like the strip at all but fortunately the apartment is high enough up for the noise not to be disturbing Spacious with 2 good size bedrooms Clean Clear communication from owner/manager of property however he sent 2 videos of 2 different key code locks but there was only one gate with a key code and we found this open several times when we were entering or leaving the complex Terrace not secure - anyone staying in the complex could access it Terrace door facing the pool would not lock Quality of towels was terrible Pillows were very old and lumpy No cushions on the sun beds so not very comfortable We could only get Netflix on the television which I believe was someone else’s account anyway? We couldn’t find the safety deposit box There was no coffee machine There were no bathroom cleaning products so we had to use the kitchen sponge and washing up liquid

• Lisa (10/5): AMAZING STAY - Christmas Stay This place was an amazing find. The views from the apartment both sides are wonderful, and the apartment is decorated tastefully. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates which was an unexpected lovely touch, and a bottle water in the fridge was nice after the travel. The apartment was spotless, great facilities and comfortable beds, fully equipped with everything you need. Washing machine was a bonus, fridge, hob, breakfast bar etc. Communication with the owner was excellent. I made contact prior to travelling and responses were quick and helpful. Easy access and gated access adds extra security. Pool was nice too. Very close to amenities, supermarket, bars etc. Please consider if you are able to climb the steps, which we found more than manageable. Fabulous stay, can’t recommend this place highly enough. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BOOKING AGAIN.

• Neil (7/5): Overall good stay but wouldn’t choose this apartment again unless some updating etc had been done - Location wise the property was great and hosts were very helpful and answered questions etc very promptly Property is dated and in need of some cleaning up and repair , we couldn’t use the front main balcony as didn’t feel it was clean enough or that the railings were safe enough , disappointed as this is what sold us the property . Also there was a heavy drain smell in the bathroom and kitchen .
• carol (8/5): Marvellous sunrises, beautiful sunsets and an extremely comfortable apartment. - The views - Amazing! Normally not an issue for us but given there was a heat wave no air conditioning did take its toll. There are a number of steps also but not a massive deterrent.

• Mary (7/5): Great Location but Needs Improving - Excellent location once you climbed the 92 steps from the street. Lovely to have balcony to sit outside & be in centre of the action. Very small for a family of 4. The pictures online were very deceptive as the apartment is tired & dated in real life. There is no information booklet about how to get to the pool or what to do with rubbish. Some cushions for the sunloungers on terrace or to take to pool would have been nice. No air-conditioning. Beds very uncomfortable & towels were hard & thread bare. We stayed 10 nights so had to do alot of washing of bed clothes & towels :( On arrival, bottles of cold water in the fridge or a small welcome basket would have been appreciated, especially after carrying luggage up.the 92 steps! We did enjoy our stay, but from talking to people at the complex pool, what we paid was extortionate. The Complex is in a fantastic location near the Fariones but be prepared for the 92 steps. Not suitable for small children.
• Darren Beeson (10/5): - Excellent apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The balcony is more than just a balcony. It's a living area you could stay and watch the world and the sea and the planes and the boats all day long from morning till night .The rooms are also spacious . If there was a reason to be inside the TV has 100s of channels to browse . I cannot wait to return

• Lorraine (5/5): View from balcony was bliss, not much else!! - View from the balcony was fantastic, but have to climb 93 steps to experience it. Location on the strip was good. WiFi was very good. Arrived to apartment not cleaned. Michael text us after we landed to inform us he would try to arrange a cleaner. We dropped our bags into a filty apartment, wet towels on the bathroom floor, bins overflowing with rubbish & beds unmade from previous tenants. We went for food & arrived back at 10.30 pm to be told by cleaner she was still cleaning so we'd to sit out on the balcony waiting until gone 11pm to get into our apartment. Michael did say he would refund us the 1st night (10 nights paid €2400) so we expected €240 back but had to keep texting him & looking for the refund. Eventually had to go through booking.com & was then only refunded €120. Cleaner did arrive next day but it still wasn't 100%. Never changed towels or beds in 10 nights. Power also tripped out 1 night, we had no power for over an hour & then found fusebox & realised that the toaster was tripping the electrics. Been honest I would never stay in this apartment again it badly needs to be updated & if you have small children I would not recommend as the railing around the balcony was not secure in my opinion.

• Dalia (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything about the property. The location was perfect for our family especially with supermarket close by. The morning view from balcony was breathtaking also and we could enjoy sun all day long. Definitely the biggest recommendation
• Mandy (10/5): Perfect location and comfortable Apartment with stunning terrace. - The sun drenched terrace was exceptional and as an added bonus there was a second balcony in the shade (where we worked. Outside). WiFi very good for work. Beds comfortable & sunrise over sea view from bed. Stunning. Location perfect near the small sandy cove & old town as well as main strip packed with bars & restaurants. Host very communicative & helpful, responding to queries and accepting some small suggestions to make apartment even more ideal. Personally like full length mirror but full view mirror in bathroom plus other smaller ones to do hair etc. the steps were not an issue for us and we were clearly informed, but anyone who is not fit & healthy may struggle.

• Duffy (9/5): Lovely apartment. - Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Location was brilliant just across from the beach and Views amazing. Good contact and instructions from the host. Well maintained pool area, no issues getting a sun lounger. No Aircon, so very hot and clammy in the night, left the window open to let a breeze come in but ended up getting eaten alive by mosquitos. Wasn't an issue for us but....There's alot of stairs to get up to the apartment so no good for people with mobility issues or sore knees.
• Fernando (9/5): Bliss terrace - One of the best private terraces in Puerto del Carmen, perfect for having breakfast or dinner enjoying the beautiful sea views. There is also a terrace at the back of the apartment, which gives an almost 360 view to the apartment. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, a taxi stop and a big supermarket. The apartment was clean and well equipped. There is no A/C, although the windows have openings to let the evening breeze go through. It is pleasant in the evening and at night but it can get a little bit warm during the day. The balustrade of the terrace is not very high, so small kids should be supervised.

• Aakanksha (10/5): Lovely relaxing break in fantastic penthouse apartment - Excellent location right on the promenade with an excellent selection of bars and restaurants located within short walks and the beach just across the road. Lovely penthouse apartment with two spacious bedrooms and two terraces. There is a pool as well but we didn’t use it as the beach is so close. There are a lot of stairs but it is a penthouse apartment so that was expected. This is definitely compensated with amazing views from the apartment and also means it was very private and quiet as you only have one immediate neighbour which we really appreciated. Supermarket is located 5minutes walk away and there are several mini markets nearby too. Well equipped apartment and the host is available for providing any help. No complaints at all.

• Katie (10/5): Can’t wait to go back!!! - AMAZING!!! Micheal and Jesus are there if anything is needed however leave you alone if not. Best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Can’t wait to go back! I wouldn’t bring my Nan as there are a lot of stairs. We already knew this though as we had looked at previous reviews, they really didn’t bother us in the slightest. Just a heads up!!
• Sally (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed in the apartment which was very comfortable. Perfect location for - Amazing sun terraces with comfortable sun loungers plus tables and chairs for outside dining. Lovely apartment inside. Good location as close to a lovely beach and good restaurants. A great amount of stairs to get there but just unfortunate.. pay off is the terrace. Extremely noisy birds in the trees in the early hours of the morning, right outside the bedroom windows… again, unfortunate but can’t be helped. Would prefer ceiling fans in bedrooms (or A/C).
• Victoria (10/5): Loved it! ❤️ - The apartment is right in the heart of the main strip, yet it's really quiet. The balcony and the views across are just amazing. I loved everything about the place ❤️ As its the top apartment there are a number of steps to climb. I always felt that I wouldn't have liked to face anymore, so you need to mobile, but it's well worth it!
• Catherine (7/5): Good - The view, 2 balconies, close to excellent supermarket and an easy walk to the port area. The location is quite noisy with local bars showing many football matches. Cheering football fans is not our thing. Also some singing, shouting and occasionally screaming from late night revellers on the street below. Had we realised it was such a busy area all the time we wouldn't have booked. It's perfect though if you want to be in the thick of it.

Loved it. - The apartment was well located to beaches, restaurants, taxi and bus stop. The views were uninterrupted and spectacular. Steps are a feature of many properties in this area. The steps were challenging especially with luggage. If this property had a lift if would get a 10 rating.
