Enrico, the host, was absolutely fantastic—he was friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience. He provided helpful recommendations and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this apartment and Enrico as a host—he truly made my stay memorable

• Megan (7/5): Nice location and views - Very stylish and close to the beach. Nice balcony and views. Didn't provide soap for bathroom- had to go and purchase. And not enough toilet roll for stay so had to purchase that too. Advertising a hot tub that was not in function. Very late check in of 5pm so list the whole day having to hold onto luggage
• Amanda (4/5): Disappointing and no communication from the host - It was a big apartment Hospitality from the host instructions for equipment there was no WiFi no TV channels hot tub dirty towels grubby bathroom unclean steps to the apartment which were not advertised
• Tara (9/5): Wonderful apartment, highly recommended - The location was excellent and facilities were great! Lovely decor Shower light was on a sensor, TV didn’t work and there was no internet. Another set of keys would have been helpful. But this didn’t spoil our holiday, just little improvements that would make it better.

• Viktoria (9/5): Superb - I loved the decor, the location, the hot-tub, the comfort of the large bed, the space and having washmachine. We slept like angels and had cozy time at this apartment. The fridge/freezer was totally broke and did not cool the food at all (fridge 15-16°C min, freezer -1-0°C). There was no wifi. Also, you need to bring shard knifes with you as they only supply dinner knifes.
• David (7/5): We would not return to many problems. - Its position, the size of the apartment extra floor upstairs with the hot tub, large bedrooms. Clean As other people have commented no internet so television was no use, fridge did not work, no kettle. difficult to get in after gate locked at night. Had call owner out to let us in,unfortunately she did not speak any English. Could not get into safe given no number to open it.

• Les (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment, very well cared for and well furnished. In a great location.It was a pleasure to stay there. Would definitely stay there again or recommend it (but not for less able as up stairs). Lack of a keybox/safe or 2nd set of keys. Lack of kettle. Sometimes quite noisy at night.
• Szymon (4/5): It’s not perfect place in great location but probably better speak Spanish if you want to get any info from host - Location is great but access quite difficult above bars in complex with building work going on next door No information that there is no internet ( not saying in description that there is ,but point is in 2023 would be fair to say that there is no internet ) . Also no tv - you need to have internet access to make it work but you don’t have in property

Thank you. - Other than unable not having a kettle or being able to work the TV, this apartment is correctly described as a luxury apartment. The facilities this apartment has to offer are incredible. We will definitely be back to use it. Great location for either a crazy holiday or a quiet relaxing beach holiday. The hot tub a amazing touch, we even used the gym facilities as they are such good quality. There was nothing that disappointed us. A kettle would have been nice as us Brits love a cup of tea. We couldn't get the TV to work, but none of us are technical. We wasnt in the apartment long enough for it to matter to us.

• Karrie (10/5): Loved this apartment ❤️ - The apartment is in a fantastic location close to bars, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. I've been going to Tenerife for 20 years, and this apartment is one of my top 5. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our flight home was late at night, and the owners were happy to extend our checkout time for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend this apartment. The most beautiful views of Porto colone the apartment was large with everything you needed and amazing air con which was needed as temperatures where 34°. I will be booking this apartment again.
• Deirdre (5/5): Deeply disappointing - unpleasant host - sited in ma dilapidated shopping centre - do not recommend - The apartment was large There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and ice in the freezer The host was frankly appaulling Before we arrived they cancelled the booking which has been made for three people which was a fifty euro higher price than what was advertised for two people and which I was happy to pay After appearing to cancel ( which was stressful as I was not clear whether we had accommodation at all confirmation came through with them taking the full 392 euros for two nights ( expensive compared to other properties ) They then argued they needed a further 200 euros and wanted that paid in cash They send harassing texts through the trip trying to defraud us out of this additional cash. The apartment was not the luxury accomodation I had expected It was to one end of a dilapidation commercial retail shopping full of empty units . The exterior of the building had huge cracks. The introduction to the property was poor - no details of how to use the wifi which we couldn’t work out how to use and posh coffee maker which also didn’t work. Hottub was a main selling point but it was cold and remained cold throughNo kettle which Id consider pretty basic especially for a so called luxury apartment. We also were not told that if we were sitting on the patio there was a risk that the door would close and lock us out - our keys were on the inside - it was very windy when we were there and this should have been explained to us. Instead they were nothing short of rude. Didn’t not respond immediately and were exceptionally rude when a neighbour let us in via their own property. Overall a pretty dreadful experience and I would definitely not ever go back The neighbours told us there were constant neighbour disputes between their landlord and the owner so this suggests they are just deeply unpleasant confrontations people. This property was rated 9.5 but I’d be amazed if these were legitimate reviews based on our experience which was poor- mostly due to the hosts and their lack of understanding of what is needed to deliver a luxury experience .
