• Kees (8/5): - Perfecte plek, dichtbij vliegveld. Alle faciliteiten in de directe omgeving. Heerlijke bedden! Het was schoon, badkamers, slaapkamers en woonkamer. Gasfornuis werkte niet, keukenkastjes waren niet echt schoon.

• TERESA (8/5): Belle surprise - Notre hôte Saïd était parfait, très dévoué et attentif à nos besoins. L'appartement était bien décoré, très grand et spacieux. L'emplacement près de l'aéroport était un plus pour nos besoins. Divers petits commerces et restauration à proximité sont très appréciables. Nous y avons passé 15 jours et avons pu visiter Casablanca, Rabat et El Jadida Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la belle place de parking sécurisée. Très belle piscine en fonctionnement à partir du mois de juin pour passer de bonnes vacances d'été. Appartement malheureusement situé au nord, ce qui le rend un peu froid (ça sera parfait en été) et la climatisation réversible fait énormément de bruit. Manque de petits équipements dans la cuisine (planche à découper, passoire, cloche micro-ondes)

• Dami (8/5): Pleasant - 1) Close to the airport 2)guaranteed security (there were cctv camera everywhere on the street) and even the buildings had security guards 3) local shops and restaurants within walking distance 4) The apartment was very spacious and had everything you would need for your stay. 5) Said is the most hospitable, kind, helpful and pleasant property manager. He was always available when he needed and always checking in to make sure we were ok. The apartment was very cold, but this ain’t unique to the property, it’s a country wide issue, as it is believed there is no central heating system in Morocco (unless you have an AC that could emit heat). This wouldn’t have been an issue if was the summer, but because we visited in the winter, it made it less of an enjoyable experience. However Said provided a lot of thick blankets to help keep us warm. Also the neighbours (or perhaps it was just one particular neighbour) complained a lot about every little noise even during the day. Even when it was just a conversation between adults.

Saïd l'hôte est très réactif et super gentil. je reviendrai pour un séjours en famille. Le logement est unpeu éloigné du centre ville.

Les chambres correspondent bien a la description avec 2 grands lits des canapés lits et 2 salles de bain/toilettes et un balcon. Séjour agréable et authentique. Il manquait des choses. Said a été reactif. Vaiselles pas propre mais il y avait de quoi nettoyer.

• FREDERIQUE (4/5): Déçue - Appartement vaste et au calme L'appartement n'était pas propre. La cuisine était sale. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de vaisselle, aucune tasse et tout était sale. Le logement était très froid car pas de chauffage (cassé selon le propriétaire). Impossible de faire fonctionner la télévision.

C'est sur je reviendrai inchallah 🙏 A peu loin de la ville, et aussi pour manger local c'était compliqué car nous on voulait manger que des spécialités marocain, sinon dans l'ensemble tout c'est très bien passé.
• Amit (10/5): Well stocked, convenient apartment near Airport with private Parking on premises. - It is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with wide roads and plenty of parking. We chose this property because it was close to the airport which is just 10 minutes drive away. Given a choice, we would stay there again rather than the congested city of Casablanca with mad traffic and noise. For those who rent a car, besides plenty of safe street parking there is an underground secured parking as well. The apartment is within walking distance of a number of restaurants … we liked the owner recommended Frindchic. But there are others as well. There is a supermarket and vegetable and fruit vendors nearby should you want to prepare your own meal. The owner has thoughtfully stocked the apartment with coffe, salt, sugar and other choice spices. The manager Saidi is a friendly person and made good suggestion. Very prompt in communicating. Unfortunately, the only aspect left uncommunicated was the local tax which is not included in the price. So unwittingly we left without leaving that amount. Be sure to ask and pay the local tax to owner before leaving. The apartment is airy with clear unobstructed view. Has a bank underneath should you need to change or exchange.everything is provided from toilet paper to soap and towels. I highly recommend this place. It was a good rest stop after a hectic holiday through Morocco. Liked everything

• Martha (1/5): Bad - Never even stayed there!! I was unable to connect with the host on our arrival in Casablanca. There was no one available to let us in and we were not prepared to stand on the street waiting for our host to show. As a result we had to pay for another hotel and I would appreciate having a full refund on my credit card. I plan to never use booking.com again and will inform my travelling friends to never opt for booking.com. Since there was no appropriate address provided our very competent taxi driver kept asking people on the street for information. We never did find the facility. Very poor service!

• Mamoud (9/5): I will stay here over and over again. - The place was very spacious, clean and very quiet. The rooms were clean, and the beds were firm and very comfortable. Once you lay down to sleep, you are out. Complementary toiletries were top tier, I love the Bluetooth that comes with the lights in the room, so you can play your calm sound and fall asleep. The kitchen needed some more things like blender and cooking utensils. Could use more towels and wash cloths as well. But other than that, this place was simply amazing.

There are pharmacies, stores, and shops around so you can easily get what you need, especially since it's so close to the airport. However, if you want to go out towards downtown Casablanca, it's better to rent a car. And Said, who manages this apartment, is really nice and helpful. Best of luck to him. Nothing
