Extremamente atenciosa, respondeu tudo rapidamente e nos ajudou em tudo o que precisávamos. Localização agradável , nos fazendo sentir seguros mesmo à noite avançada. Apartamento delicioso, desses que você não tem vontade de ir embora mais, amplo, aconchegante. Chuveiro com temperatura agradável, jato forte, desses que te massageiam a alma.Atendeu bem a necessidade de uma família de 7 pessoas. O porteiro foi gentil e prestativo. A vizinhança muito agradável. Voltaria sempre e recomendo muitíssimo! Tudo nos agradou.
• Islah (10/5): Wil come back to it definitely - I literally liked everything about this property, it is so clean, near to everything in Marrakesh. So safe, the security staff were so kind, me and my cousins had a good time staying there. The owner was so kind also, she was so helpful. I will recommend this place to everyone I know, and I will definitely come back to it whenever I want to go to Marrakesh 😍😍😍🤍🙌🏻 There is nothing that o didn’t like

Gardiens très sympas. logement confortable ou rien ne manque.Nombreux restaurants à côté.Ne manquer pas la sultana au bout de la rue en sortant à droite de la résidence. les taxis connaissent parfaitement l'adresse . ils viennent vous chercher au pied de la résidence ce qui facilite les déplacements Au top, sans oublier le thé servi à l'arrivée.Je recommande vraiment cette adresse. • Yuanping (10/5): 还不错吧 - 房子很干净，r除了在马路边上，晚上睡觉💤噪音有点大之外，没有其他不满意的地方了。 两个卧室都位于靠近马路这一侧，晚上睡觉很吵，建议次卧安装双层玻璃，尽量减少噪音，有利于客人晚上休息

Recomendable, sin duda. - El tamaño del apartamento, muy luminoso, con terraza, la seguridad que ofrece con un vigilante del edificio 24/24 y el anfitrión muy amable, nos explicó todo al llegar. Tiene un baño con ducha y un aseo sin ducha. La zona es tranquila y creciendo con nuevas construcciones, se descansa bien. Bien comunicado con el centro con 4 líneas de autobuses, se toman desde la Av. Hassan II a 200 mt del apartamento, la parada del bus está en el centro de la vía (actualmente no señalizada la parada con una marquesina u otra señal) Nada significativo.

Every service we received were outstanding and it really exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends who decide to come and stay in Marrakesh. No point of this section, everything was great.

Arrivée et départ autonome possible. - Manque un parking privé sinon dehors dès que vous sortez il faut mettre la main à la poche … - Un seul ascenseur accessible les deux autres ne fonctionnaient pas, l’attente était parfois longue - Petite piscine pour le nombre de logement autour donc très vite saturée de monde.

• Aztech01 (10/5): Amazing location apartments - Bitty apartment is in Nour5 building about 15mins away from the airport. It has 24 hours security, very friendly security guard. Mr Badr was there to welcome us and give the key. Showed us around the apartment. Had two good size bed room, a fully equipped kitchen. Large living room, two bathroom. Ibtissam was very helpful, gave us all the details about the apartment beforehand. Location was very good. 10mins away was McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks. There was a bowling place, didn't have time to check it out. There was a amazing Indian restaurant clay oven. 15mins away. jemaa el-Fnaa was 15 min taxi ride away. Will definitely stay here again.
• Loubna (9/5): Clean & comfortable - The communication with the host was fast and easy. The apartement is big and very clean, you instantly feel relaxed. We couldn't find the towels and hairdryer, but the host came quickly to assist. A bathroom shelf would have been helpful to put our stuff there, but that is a minor thing. We would book the apartement again.

• Hicham (8/5): Pleasant stay despite unstable internet connection - The appartment is very nice and equiped decently to cover day to day vacation requirements for a family. It is perfectly located and closed to all key areas of Marrakech. The internet connection was instable and completely out during last 2 days of our stay.. Which means a disconnect not only to mobile phone applications BUT also to Television. I strongly recommend (my lessons lerned) to Customers to be prepared by an alternative in case internet is necessary (for my case i needed to use it for my job and as a divertissement/TV for my Kids) and not fully trust that this will be solved (Feedback received: disconnect and connect again, recurring issue in the Building that will be solved soon, invoice of the internet already paid, keep me updated once the connection is back, etc).
• Agnieszka (9/5): Superb - - Ibtissam took care of all the check-in formalities prior to our arrival and met us to hand us the keys to the apartmen - The apartment was clean, with two separate air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. - Very slow Wi-Fi - It would be nice to get more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days.

• Majid (10/5): A happy and enjoyable stay at Al Nour Gueliz in a lovely place with kind and amazing people . - On arrival we were delighted to see that the property was even better than the photos and description . Beautifully decorated and immaculate, very clean with all bedding and linen, towels washed and ready to use . The bathrooms and shower were clean &pleasant to use. We were grateful for the ac in the bedrooms as our children have medical needs and need to be cool. The kitchen had all equipment clean and ready to use . The living room was comfortable and sofa was very comfy to relax on . My children were happy and very relaxed . The security staff outside were so kind and helpful . We felt like we’re with relatives and not on holiday alone . The pool was lovely and my little boy enjoyed it . The lift is available for use if neccessary .our stay was very enjoyable and we are so happy and will visit again soon . Our host remained in touch and was always available to help if we called him . We didn’t mind anything

It was really easy to get around we could walk to the macdonalds and the main guliez area. My children absolutely loved the apartment We was so happy. They have a swimming pool which is really big and clean. Ideal for hot weather.

• Asif (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really nice. When we arrived there was someone there with cold bottled water and moroccon tea. There is plenty of space for a family. Location is near restaurants and main bus station and train staion Everything was good.
• Boudarga (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment was very clean and had everything you need from A to Z. The security staff and the pool attendants were nice. The proprietor Ibtissam was very accommodating. I will revisit again.

Communication with host was good and fast and I really appreciated the flexibility and ability to solve problems. Very suitable for a family, supermarket around the corner. And nice indoor swimming pool. Free wifi, Netflix etc. Worth visiting again. Shower head suspension system needs to be fixed of replaced. But otherwise fine water pressure.
