- Gaurav (10/5): Enjoy haridwar with super relaxation - Superbly located, quite near to har ki paudi so that you can avoid the hustle bustle of haridwar, staff is highly humble and soft spoken. Food was so yummy that I would love to stay here again and again, I would highly recommend to everyone.
- Peter (6/5): Quite a good hotel …. - The location is on a busy, unattractive road but once inside the hotel it is quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Air con was good. There was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was ok. The corridor carpets weren’t clean and really needed replacing. The floor and rug in the room weren’t very clean either. There was a balcony but it hadn’t been swept and only had a dead plant on it. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and there was a smell of drains. The hotel just needs to pay attention to the details - then it could be good.

- Narayana (10/5): Best hotel to stay in Haridwar compare some cheap hotels - Everything is better. Nothing to complain about. My sister had faced sickness when she arrived at Haridwar. Hotel management helped us in this troubled times. Restaurant is available downstairs and the quality and quantity of food is so good. Alles okay ( Everything is Fine) I can say this is the best hotel on Haridwar .Just plan the trip on exact dates.

Not clean as well. Food was not on time. Staff need customer service training. The receptionist dint wanted to give receipts for payment. Paid for 2 night and checkout within a day.

Average room.Poor bathroom design, shower water easily goes outside unit and can be slippery.Bath mats and handtowels only provided on request. Reception staff seem to apply hefty markup on any services. Quoted 3900 for airport Innovo taxi that we managed to get for 2400 directly. Ripoff prices paid for basic laundry.

Location is not very pretty, but this is no fault of the hotel! It can get noisy, but the soundproofing is is excellent, so you won't hear anything inside the room.

- Himanshu (3/5): Pathetic ! - Nothing Nothing good in this property except this is a new hotel. Rooms are full of suffocation. No one picks call at reception and room service. we had to wait for 2 hours after check out as they got the cars parked in a way that our car got stuck and they didn’t know who was the owner of the car which was blocking our car. They were totally unorganised. And when I tried calling senior management , my call was not picked up second time onwards. pathetic would be the right word for this property!
