• Lisa (8/5): Good spot! Would stay again but would bring less luggage! - Location was good. Room was clean with a large bathroom. Plenty of space for two people. Owner was very attentive and easy to reach / answered questions in a timely manner. Lots of stairs to reach our room. 4 flights of stairs to be exact. A bit difficult when you have multiple suitcases.

• MGN (9/5): - Stylish decor. Nice wooden floor. Spacious room. Host was very responsive by text with clear instructions and provided lovely extra touches like tea, coffee, chocolates and water. Double bed was comfy but anyone taller than 6'2" might find it a bit short.This 2nd floor apartment has been converted into 4 separate rooms and you do hear other guests coming and going. Also there's noise from a fragrance dispenser that goes off every half an hour or so.

Mi sono sentita davvero a casa da Liberty Seasons. Florenzo è stato incredibilmente professionale e sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente , perché è raro trovare un luogo così accogliente e persone così sincere.

• Ioana Tanasescu (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - Great location, clean and comfortable The apartment has an excellent location, very close to public transport and only three bus stops from the train station. It’s also near the city center, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Although it’s situated at an intersection, the windows provide great soundproofing, so it’s quiet inside. The place is clean, nicely maintained, and looks exactly like the photos. Highly recommended! The only downside was that we received just one set of towels even though it was clear there were two guests.

• Olivier (10/5): Wonderful room, stunning bathroom - Very modern room, well equipped. Second time I sleep there. And I’ll come back if I return to Firenze. Not so much. All was fine. Maybe one drawback: noise from the neighbors due to the electric door with code. It’s noisy in the corridor and can be disturbing
• Olivier (10/5): Modern well equipped room, easy to access with car, 20 min by foot to the first famous places of Firenze, wonderful brea - The room is inside an apartment transformed in a guest house. Wonderful equipment, fully renovated apparently very recently. High class and up to date equipment. Nothing misses. The windows are astonishingly noise cancelling, the street here is very crowded all day long (like the entire city of Firenze anyway, except ZTL areas, though very busy too). Small details show the attention of high quality taken by the owner, such as small presents in the room, and welcome drink on the table. Decoration is nice, modern, fashionable. Very well designed bathroom. A high value for a reasonable price considering Florence’s pricing. There is a large underground parking called Parcheggio Parterre, 2 minutes by foot from the lodging. Easy to come there by car if you need a car and take the challenge to drive in Firenze. There is a tramway under construction and I guess that this will make the location a way closer to the main part of Florence when finished. There’s no breakfast. I did not notice this but probably I did not pay enough attention about its being a guest house. But 5 minutes from there, there is a pure high class Italian coffeshop called Caffé Liotte and this is wonderful. Real Italian atmosphere. After all, the drawback became a real advantage. I could not find critics in the room. I came two days and after reporting a few details to the landlord, all was solved by day 2.
• Justyna (9/5): Superb - Overall good, but the smell in the corridor was horrible. Thankfully in the room there was no stink. Very clean. Good location 👌 👍
• Stephen (9/5): Clean, comfortable and quiet. - Clean, comfortable hotel room in quiet area. Simple check in with keypads. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Easy 20-25 minutes walk to main sights. Nice cafes and restaurants close by. Good value for Florence. Nil
• Ryan (5/5): With a little improvement it could get 10 stars. - The good. It is centrally located, and the place was spotless. The bad. There was major street construction taking place right outside (June 2024). You need to run a maze of barriers to get to the front door. The bed was OK, but the pillows were like bricks. Considering that they had done such a great job of renovating, I find it perplexing that they threw in such cheap shabby furnishings. The glass writing table almost fell over and shattered. The legs had originally been broken and glued back on. The room lighting was a bit strange. The windows were soundproof, no noise from the busy square outside, however the interior doors were not. We could clearly hear the other guest coming and going. The only other flaw was that the TV reception sucks, but this being Florence, why would anyone waste their time watching TV anyway. Given the fact that they had spent so much money on nicely renovating the place, maybe they should go the extra mile and buy some decent pillows, sheets and furnishings and become truly worthy of 10 stars.
• Alex (8/5): Very good - Great and comfortable room. Decent location with good access to public transit. Lots of construction in the area at the time. Once that's completed it would be 10/10
