• Mike (10/5): Exceptional, pleasant and convenient. - The advertised pictures did not do it justice. It smelt amazing, it was immaculate and had nearly everything we could ask for. Tesco up the road was so convenient. A relatively short walk into town.

• Maree Veal (10/5): Would highly recommend this lovely little villa - The accommodation was lovely and in an ideal location as we were able to walk into the village of Padstow and there is a supermarket at the end of the street. Kim was lovely and provided us with some ideas of how to spend our time. Our ferry trip to the Rock and lunch at The Mariner Hotel was well worth the visit. There was nothing we did not like.

• Eyal (10/5): - Everything is exactly as described, a very clean, very quiet apartment, has all the necessary equipment, spacious and cozy. Good water flow in the shower combined with a bathtub. Great hosts, at my request they immediately replaced the clothes drying rack (it was missing a part), they probably gave me their own, as they live next door. They also allowed a very early check-in at noon.

• christopher (9/5): If returning to Padstow, this would be our first choice. - Absolutely spotless. Top quality crockery/pottery. Large bathroom. Free parking outside. Our only problem with the property was the bed. It was comfortable, but we have a super king size bed at home and this was only a double. (Nobody’s fault.!) This fabulous property is about 5 minutes away from the town centre by car, but if walking, there is a very steep descent, which is even harder on the way back.! And to be fair, this is the same for all accommodations here, unless in the actual town centre which would be very expensive.
• Gail (8/5): Padstow with parking and peaceful sleep- no seagull alarm at 5am - A perfect location to enjoy all aspects of Padstow whilst quieter than staying in the town. We had everything we could have wanted. The bed was comfortable and the house was very clean Nothing not to like

• Luis (8/5): Bien, sin más - El apartamento es relativamente cómodo y está limpio, está a 3-4 minutos en coche del puerto de Padstow y a unos 15-20 andando (la vuelta es cuesta arriba). Es una calle muy tranquila y se aparca en la puerta del alojamiento. Hay un Tesco a unos 5 minutos andando. Las llaves están en un cajetín a la entrada del que te dan el código. El colchón creo que merece ya la jubilación, no es muy cómodo. No nos dejaron encendida el agua caliente y nos llevó un buen rato encontrar el interruptor para darla. Y dice que el apartamento es lado-mar, pero no esperes ver el mar desde el apartamento. Caro para lo que es.

• Fbeaut (7/5): Juste une nuit. - Fonctionnel et propre. Tous les contacts avec le propriétaire se font via whatsapp. C'est donc très impersonnel et "mécanique" (néanmoins efficace). Assez cher pour la prestation, sans petit déjeuner !

Just a short walk down to Padstow town and harbour. Nothing really. If I had to pick something, I would say it’s having a back door that didn’t open, on a lovely sunny day! It was a tease! 😂

Didn’t understand why sofa in bedroom n wardrobe in kitchen? Odd that there is a back door but unable to open due to owners private space . Perfect location for price we paid thank you

• Noelene (8/5): Very good - Spotlessly clean Nice fresh decor The bed, cheap and nasty although it fits in with the fresh colour scheme. Probably only a double. Our feet were hanging off the end. Hubby 6 foot 1 in height Me 5 foot 8 in height So not unusually tall. Also suggest Tv in the sun room.

• Alouette (10/5): Perfect for exploring Padstow - Perfect little spot for a weekend in Padstow. Excellent location, there is a bus stop at the end of the road which is a very short ride into town. Comfortable bed, very quiet location and great shower! Tea, coffee and milk provided. Warm abd cosy. Very helpful host.

The owners kindly supplied some milk, and there is a supermarket just around the corner. Central Padstow is a 15 minute walk (all uphill on the way back!). Nothing not to like.

• Anna (10/5): 3 day stay in Padstow - Nice ground floor property which was close to a bus stop, which was very useful for our coast path walking. There is a Tesco close by and there is a short walk into the town. The property is well kept, warm and there is off road parking outside.
