The owner, Mrs. Dimitra, her husband and mother are very responsive and polite people. A huge thank you to these kind people for our vacation, spent like in a fairy tale! Прекрасні апартаменти у казковому місці з чудовими людьми навколо! Квартира сучасна та обладнана усім необхідним для безтурботного відпочинку. Хазяйка пані Дімітра, її чоловік та мама - дуже чуйні та ввічливі люди. Величезна подяка цим добрим людям за нашу відпустку, проведену як у казці!
• Gloria (10/5): Превъзходен - Апартаментът е много чист, подреден и уютен. Домакините са се погрижили да осигурят всичко нужно, дори комплименти към гостите. Много е близо до плажа, а по улицата около апартамента винаги се намира паркомясто.

• Йовка (10/5): - The apartment is unique, clean, everything is new, and it’s close to the sea and taverns. The hostess was extremely kind and always available. We felt very happy with her attitude and attention. We will definitely be her guests again. This place remains one of our favorites.
• Iulia (10/5): Superb - Instructiunile de acces la propietate au fost clare si am intrat in posesia cheii de intrare foarte usor, gazda a fost foarte amabila si ne a oferit toate informatiile solicitate. Apartamentul este curat, frumos, recent renovat, cu toate utilitatile necesare pentru un sejur perfect. Gazda ne a oferit din partea casei apa, suc, vin si cafea. Am avut gem, nutela si ceaiuri pentru micul dejun. Un mare multumim pentru aceste atentii care ne au bucurat mult. Plaja este foarte aproape, cu nisip fin si fara bolovani sau arici in mare, este o zona linistita cu beach baruri si zone la liber dar linistite, fara zgomot. In fata apartamentului este un magazin cu de toate, strada este linistita, sunt zone unde poti parca, nu este trafic sau zgomot. In zona am gasit multe restaurante pentru toate gusturile si buzunarele avand in vedere ca este totusi o localitate mica. Ne a placut foarte mult, multumim Dimitra! La un moment dat in apartamentul de deasupra au venit oaspeti care au fost foarte zgomotosi. Au plimbat in permanenta ceva pe pardoseala. Insa nu este ceva ce putem reprosa gazdei noastre, din pacate se mai intampla si asa.
• Dejan (5/5): Passable - The location is great, right in front of the beach and next to the only supermarket in village. The apartment is fully renovated and there is parking space nearby. The bed was very uncomfortable. The instructions on the washing machine are only in Greek. While showering, the water floods the entire bathroom. During our stay (8 nights), the apartment was not cleaned even once. In the middle of our stay we asked for clean bed sheets and we were charged 20 EUR. The worst thing were the cockroaches in the kitchen during the night.

• Erika (10/5): Fantastic apartment - Amazing location,easy to park your car, extremely clean apartment,modern,stylish, comfortable, excellent coffee machine, thank you for the coffee and the sweets, the beach is literally 1 minute walk, right opposite there is a supermarket for some basics.Wifi works great. We absolutely loved our stay and would like to come back in the future. -
• Maja (9/5): Sea view “pied-à-terre” - Excellent location, right by the beach and the sea promenade. Cosy, little apartment with a fabulous terrace in the shade of a fig tree. A village supermarket across the street. Walking distance to the central part of Nea Potidea. It took us a while to locate the actual building, since the included address - Σταγειρίτη Αριστοτέλη b30 - was a house across the street. I understood from a local guide book that some of the smaller alleys in the area do not even have an address. The host was responsive, and Astardeni sign is visible on the outside wall, that was helpful.

Very nice owner, easy communication.The apartment is fully equipped, in the kitchen you have a coffee machine, a toaster, all dishes and accessories. The beds are very comfortable, everything is extremely clean, the internet is excellent. The additional facilities are a very nice gesture: you have all the hygiene products, toothbrushes, slippers, you have tea, coffee, water in the kitchen... I will definitely choose this accommodation again!
• Petar (10/5): Fully renovated gem on Potidea beach - Property fully met and exceeded my expectations. Fully renovated apartment on the beach of N. Potidea. All amenities were in excellent condition. TV had Netfix and other entertainment. Internet was fast. Perfect for couples. We stayed out of season so it was also very calm, but that might be different during peak season.

• Vera (10/5): Beautiful, new apartment,and well worth to stay - Location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the beach.The apartment is amazing, beautiful y decorated and brand new . Kitchen is just beautiful and well equipped. The terrace is really nice with sea view.The host is very nice, always available to contact for everything. Maybe a sun blocking window cover in the kitchen , as the sun shines through it in the morning and with the bedroom door open you will be awake in the morning . This is if you want complete darkness to sleep as I am.
