Guest Reviews
- Colonel (9/5): - Location, the town house was in a good spot. Unfortunately, cleanliness did not meet our expectations. However, response to our concerns was promptly addressed.
Need to leave a book of instructions: Re washing machine, oven, dishwasher. Maybe, a few pamphlets of attractions to visit in Derry.
Also, tea-towel would have been handy.
- Sienade (10/5): Beautifully decorated new build properly in quiet location. I would 100% stay here again. The host was extremely helpful - The property was in a lovely quiet location but very close to amenities and a great base to explore Northern Ireland. House had everything you would need. There was nothing I didn’t like. It was a home away from home.
- Ben (10/5): Fabulous - We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The location was perfect — peaceful and scenic, yet close to local attractions and amenities. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the cosy atmosphere and attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Nothing

- Lomax (8/5): - The House was in a great location, it was very cosy and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to host a Christmas dinner. Lovely place to stay. The front door would need replacing as it was very hard to lock. The downstairs toilet is loose from the floor so moves when you sit on it toilet seat loose too and the sink in the downstairs toilet has a leak under it the water is being caught by a bowl. Shower was nice but the pressure was non existent. I think the host should open the 3rd bedroom up just to create more space for families to stay it's a wasted room as the door is locked. Apart from that everything else was perfect.
- Kaylee (10/5): Was lovely for a small family! - Very clean property with all you need, quiet area.
- Malgorzata (10/5): - Everything really
- jayne (9/5): Great stay , would like to have known why a bedroom is locked - Very cosy and comfortable with lovely living room and great tv Couldn’t find a hairdryer but everything else was perfect
- Elizabeth (9/5): - Good location. Clean and comfortable. There were no dishcloths or a decent scourer and only one tea towell which made it very hard to tidy up after making a meal.
- Bérengère (10/5): Je recommande. - La propreté le linge sentait le propre frais. La porte difficile à ouvrir .
- Gary (10/5): -
- Lorraine (8/5): Comfortable and warm - Location is good as long as you have a car. House is modern and comfortable. Letting agents were in constant touch. There was no hair dryer.
- Dawn (10/5): Lovely clean well presented property, very accommodating with an early no extra charge check in. - Great location. And easy access to greenway for walking . Nothing not to like
- Shanine (8/5): Would highly recommend and return ourselves. - House was very clean and had all necessities. Location was also great - 10 mins to Wild Ireland (which was the main attraction of the trip). Shops were so closeby as well. None. Everything was very good.
- Louise (10/5): Perfect for a short break in Derry - Very well furnished and equipped, nice garden and in a quiet estate, with easy access to the city by car.
- Maria (8/5): - It was in a quiet area and very conmfortable Na
- Shirly Pon (9/5): Peaceful and amazing place. - The house is located very close to Derry City, which is perfect to see around Derry City. We had to drive only 7 min to reach the city and explore the walled city's history and beauty. The house was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect as I prefer home cooked food. Ness Waterfall is only a 20-minute drive from the property and is truly a tranquil place to relax listening to the water flowing. The host was amazing and ready to help. Overall, it was a very peaceful experience and a lovely holiday. The house is in the middle of a housing estate, which is not a bad thing, I guess, but may feel a bit, not a holiday spot kind of. It's not a negative thing, but to consider if you really want to look out of the window and wish to see a typical holiday landscape outdoors.
- PGeary (7/5): Nice, clean and quiet place. - They were just under a doormat We could not access the Wifi, the switch for the hot water was hidden, and we didn't get any explanation for either.
- Aimee (10/5): Exceptional - Gorgeous wee house, great location, quiet area, we originally were staying for the donegal rally so it was very close for us... hosts were amazing with communication and anything we needed, would definitely be back!🤗🤗 There is nothing at all we had any faults with, overall amazing stay!🤗
- Brady (10/5): Very enjoyable and confortable stay within easy reach of Derry and Donegal. - Very clear and comfortable and additional extras eg shoer gels etc Could use a slip mat in the showet as I slipped and fell
- Omeara (10/5): We booked the accommodation while parked in the driveway and entered the property in less than 10 mi - All aspects of the Property. A complete house. There was nothing not to like
- Heathercarter (8/5): Very good -
- Jena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jackiebroc (10/5): Beautiful house with all necessary facilities - Beautiful presented home, comfortable beds, wonderful shower, all necessary facilities. Location approx 2/3 miles from city centre. Quiet estate. Must drive. Only short area to walk. Not a reflection of the property.
- Jacqueline (10/5): Excellent - Warm comfy peaceful
- Sean (10/5): Excellent stay once again -
- Sean (10/5): Looking forward to booking our next stay at this property - Communication with host is excellent, The property is very well presented tidy and well equipped.
excellent location on a quiet cull-da-sac will ample off street parking.
We felt so at home during our stay,
It would be hard to find a bad thing to say about this property
- Caoimhe (10/5): Weekend away - house is stylish and modern decor, very homely!
- Jenny (8/5): Really lovely accommodation, super-friendly hosts keen to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. - The lovely decor, very comfortable beds and the fact that everything was provided for. There was a little bit of (building?) dust on the kitchen surfaces, but that was a minor issue.
- Dorothy (8/5): Perfect home base for our 4 days in Derry. Recommend 😊 - We were really pleased with the overall property. Having a car park was a real bonus. Everything was tiptop. Could I suggest a book outlining operational matters would have assisted these older outback Australians, however the host helps us out. Nothing.
