Alan (9/5): Take a minute, stay at Hidden Hacienda and experience how special Temecula is. - Location is perfect. Very convenient to everything. The Inn is very private and quiet (only 4 units) each with it's own private outdoor space. The rooms are spacious , clean and very well appointed. The driveway is a little precarious when leaving and the gravel driveway definitely messes up your white sneakers. These issues are minimal and do not detract from what a special place Hidden Hacienda is. The only way to make the place perfect would be to allow dogs, but it is understandable why they are not allowed.
Henry (10/5): Outstanding accommodations providing for a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere - Spacious accommodations with comfortable king size bed, and sofa and chair. Coffee maker, ice machine, microwave, mini refrigerator, wine glasses and nice array of snacks are a bonus. The outside patio is conducive for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Liked it all!

Michele (9/5): Beautiful location and very clean - Beautiful property with pretty grape vines and trees in front of the patios. Well decorated and functional with a mini kitchenette. Because the construction is concrete, the room could get cold. Some of the outdoor patio furniture was a bit damaged as well. But overall, very nice and clean property.

Elisa (8/5): Lovely stay - The studio looks recently remodeled or built. All the linen, towels and furniture were in excellent condition. We had a nice patio across the entrance with recliners, chairs, a pit fire and lovely corner planter. We liked that the area was very quiet, the studio comfortable and we felt a sense of safety The water pressure is a bit slow, it takes forever to get hot water (and I don't like to waste water), the wi-fi was sporadic being that we were in the countryside. Nothing that would stop me from coming back

Randy (10/5): Quiet Seclusion. Noone bothered us and we bothered no one. a romantic getaway that was truly just - THis is a fantastic spot for quiet seclusion. No Pool no other amenities and you have to leave the property to get them. What you Get.... A super modern suite with a glorious over sized dual head shower dual sinks and excellent lighting. I swallow you King sized bed TV if you actually want it. Electric shades and an ice and coffee maker. Lounge area with coffee table. You will be able to hear a pin drop. Your outside surroundings are pitch black. Not for the party croud. Enjoyed the peace and quiet and slept like a baby.

Hunt (10/5): Great property and kindest people! - The room is beautiful and clean, the scenery is gorgeous, and the kindest people work there. I definitely plan to stay here again. Honestly the rock path to the rooms, lack of lighting at night outside the property and rooms, and the one-way narrow driveway up to the property could be improved but it didn't negatively impact the stay.

Jarrod (10/5): Great stay, beautiful room, very attentive host. - The simple decor was beautifully done and the space had all the little things you would want for a weekend stay. Expected the room to be pretty small, but in person it was actually really roomy and comfortable for 2 people. The setup is like 4 hotel rooms all attached to each other in a 4-plex. This is more like a really nice hotel bungalow with other guests rather than a secluded air-bnb type of rental. The outdoor patio space is mostly shared with the 2 rooms in the middle.
Raffi (8/5): - Location is great, clean room and small property. Wi-fi signal is horrible. Almost none existent. So bad that the TV they use is an only a smart TV that kept loosing signal every 10-15 minutes. Not a place to stay if you’re trying to stay connected, make reservations or simply searching on-line.
Margaret (10/5): Excellent choice if you're staying in Temecula and it's close to Galway Downs if you're into horses - Very quiet, private, comfortable room. I liked everything about this room. The outdoor area/patio was especially nice.
Scott (8/5): It was beautiful and quiet, in a great location. - Edison was doing some work in the area potentially cutting the power. The owner did everything in his power to accommodate my needs. I never had an issue however, and to follow through, the owner brought a bottle of wine produced by his vineyard. A beautiful gesture, and yummy too! Some of the room amenities could have been higher quality. I.E. Coffee, Coffee Maker, Dispenser Bottles in bath area, snacks and beverages.

Our stay was, without any exaggeration, one of the most perfect and memorable experiences of our lives, and it's all thanks to this incredible property and its even more incredible host, Lydia. The property itself is a stunning, private oasis. The name "Hidden Hacienda" is completely accurate—you feel like you've discovered a secret paradise tucked away from the rest of the world. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had a sense of peace and tranquility that photos simply cannot capture. It was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. But what truly elevated our stay from wonderful to absolutely legendary was Lydia. I had a secret plan to propose to my partner during our trip, and I was a nervous wreck trying to figure out the details. On a whim, I confided in Lydia, and she immediately transformed from a gracious host into my secret accomplice for the perfect moment. She went so far above and beyond what any host is expected to do. She assisted with the setup to ensure it was a complete surprise, and her thoughtful touches made the entire experience feel like a fairytale. Because of Lydia's kindness and genuine effort, I was able to ask the most important question of my life in the most beautiful setting imaginable. My partner said YES, and that magical moment will forever be tied to Hidden Hacienda. This place is no longer just a vacation rental to us; it's a cherished part of our story. We will be returning to Temecula for years to come, and we will never stay anywhere else. Thank you, Lydia, for everything. Kate (10/5): Everything we wanted and more! - Hidden Hacienda was precisely what we were looking at for our stay in Temecula. It was simple but extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The small kitchenette (fridge, ice maker, sink and microwave) were convenient and we absolutely loved the porch. Both evenings of our stay, we brought dinner back to eat on the porch. The location was perfect for viewing vineyards and our host was friendly and informative. If we come back to Temecula, I would be sure to book here again!

There's no desk, so it was a little difficult for me to work on my computer, but I don't think people stay here to work! No desk, but this is a place to relax, so it's understandable. The drainage of the shower was plugged a bit.
Ushma (10/5): Really lovely spot and excellent rooms. - It's a lovely property, remote but still close enough to downtown Temecula and very close to wineries in the area. We were somewhat over-scheduled during our three days there but even then I couldn't help but notice the great birdlife and wildlife around the property. The rooms are modern and light-filled and very well set up. The wifi didn't work on our first night but before we could ask about it it had been fixed. I'd love to go back for a less hectic visit and laze about on the patio watching birds for a bit. Really, there's nothing not to like! The only request I'd have made for my past trip was a full length mirror as my trip involved being formally dressed several times, very unusual in our lifestyle. On a normal vacay, the several half length mirrors would have been ample.

Super comfy bed, nice towels, very clean. Nothing to do with the property, but my husband and I brought our e-bikes naively thinking we could ride them to wine tastings. There is no bike lane on the road through the wineries—-very dangerous/scary! Leave your bikes at home!

Jessica (10/5): Beautiful weekend away! - Modern and brand new villas. The property feels safe and is gated. The bed was clean and comfortable. The owners were lovely, accommodating and even went out of their way late at night when we couldn’t figure out the heat. It’s located near all the wineries so the location is prime. Highly recommend! It may be a bit cumbersome to get an Uber for wine tasting here since there’s long driveway and you’ll likely need to meet them out at the gate but we had absolutely no complaints!

The AC was a little tricky thankfully we didn't need it at all this trip but if you go on when it is warmer I would just ask them to show you first.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and parking was easy. Lydia was very communicative, helpful and conscientious. And the location was fantastic, with close proximity to all the top vineyards, horseback riding, and the main town (only 10-15 minutes away). My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 4 year anniversary and had a lovely time. I highly recommend!
