• Rémy (6/5): Soit trop petit, soit pas suffisement de rangement en fonction du nombres d'occupants - Possibilité de laisser les valises à notre arrivé en fin de mâtiné. Appartement idéalement situé. Salle de bain confortable. Machine à laver et sèche linge très pratique. Attention les lit superposé sont des lits une personne. pour 4 couchage il faut déplier 2 chauffeuse rangés dans l’armoire. Donc soit l'appartement perds en surface soit l’armoire n'est pas disponible pour ranger vos valises...
• Sylwia (10/5): Przewyższający oczekiwania i wyobrażenia - Jesteśmy z córką zachwycone pobytem w Akariya Asakusa. Jest doskonale położony - w odległości spaceru od wielu atrakcji, a jednocześnie w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Korzystanie ze środków komunikacji również było proste i dogodne. W okolicy znajdują się czynne całą noc sklepy. Mieszkanie było czyściutkie i wyposażone w sposób przewyższający nasze oczekiwania, zapewniając nam to, o czym nawet nie pomyśleliśmy, aby mieć pod ręką. Gospodarze w każdej chwili bardzo pomocni, odpowiedzi następowały szybko i były konkretne. Jeśli - a mam taką nadzieję - znowu wybierzemy się do Japonii, to z pewnością będę starała się zarezerwować ten obiekt.

El agua caliente de la ducha a veces salía bien y a veces no, lo cuál en los días fríos fue muy inconveniente. Al momento de poner los futones era un poco incómodo para pasar al baño ya que la mesa no es plegable. Para 4 personas me parece un poco incómodo, tal vez máximo para 3.

• Marie Josee (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix. - Tranquilité de l’emplacement. L’appartement comporte tout le nécessaire tel que vaisselle, bouilloire, micro-ondes, riz autocuiseur etc. Les lits ne sont pas confortables, mais cela dépend de chaque personne. Établissement pour petit budget.

• Joaquim (10/5): - Très propre et bien équipé, le propriétaire a été toujours très réactif et répondu à toutes nos demandes. Le quartier à quelques minutes de la Skytree est très calme, parfait pour se reposer. Les liits superposés sont grands et confortables, en revanche le le lit d'appoint est un peu juste pour un grand adulte. Sinon parfait, la petite surface de l'appartement est optimisée au maximum.

• Tai Chang (10/5): 101室電子鎖有點感應不良, 若要上鎖, 必須先把門打開, 用手動旋轉門鎖稍微把門閂推出來一點, 再用手把跑出來的門閂輕輕推回去, 再把門關上, 這時按下電子鎖就能出現綠燈成功鎖上. - 完整提供長天數住宿所需要的物品, 快速的wifi設備, 非常好的浴室烘乾設計讓旅客可以一個晚上就完成洗衣烘乾.安靜的住宅街道適合要安靜的旅客. 出門右側大馬路口左邊有一間晚上11點休息的超市, 距離約50公尺, 附近有一間24小時營業的大超市約850公尺約10分鐘路程 車站位在前往機場線上 直接一路到底不必換車大約1300日幣1小時25分左右 ,每小時有三班 10分 30分 50分 或是搭到隔壁 押上站換車(晴空塔站) (沒坐過) 距離本所吾妻橋站實際約8分鐘路程, 若你攜帶大量行李必須要先決定方向再使用A0和A5出口電梯, 否則就必須手提行李上下樓梯 A0為往成田機場方向A5為往淺草方向 換句話說, 必須在路面先走到要前往的方向電梯位置再使用. 寄放行李只有往淺草方向的那端才有 廁所則是位在往機場方向的那端.
