Miklós (9/5): Aki szereti Szatmárt, annak bátran ajánlható, praktikus, ugyanakkor szép hely. - A reggeli tradicionális magyar reggeli, bőséges. A környék tipikus szatmári táj. A szállodában érdekes kis kiállítás, Petőfi film, érdekes volt. A kis apartmanházak egyszerűek, de praktikusak. A házak előtti kis kertekben nagyobb társaság is le tud ülni esténként. A rózsakert gyönyörű. Volt néhány probléma a fürdőszobai lefolyókkal, de nem volt nagyon zavaró. Egyébként ár-érték arányban rendben volt.
Оксана (5/5): - Дуже гарна територія. Теплі, чисті номери. Відсутність паролю до Вайфай, мало посуду, відсутність адміністратора на рецепшині ввечері та під час виїзду з номеру. Дуже перехвилювалась коли в телефонній розмові сказали лишити ключ просто в номері, хоча в правилах отеля чітко сказано, віддати ключі о 10.00 на рецепшен, ми близько 60 хвилин намагалися знайти хочаб когось на території,
