• Guest (10/5): - Accoglienza impeccabile, abbiamo ricevuto una stanza con dei plus in più rispetto a ciò che avevamo prenotato, ambiente pulito e fornito di aria condizionata, prodotti per l igiene e tutto l’occorrente per un buon soggiorno. Pronti h24 per gestire tutti i vari intoppi che un cliente può creare come ad esempio noi lasciando le chiavi dentro la serratura e chiudendo la porta dall esterno…hanno risolto tempestivamente pur essendo ferragosto e senza farci pesare l accaduto, insomma esperienza sopra le aspettative, ritorneremo sicuramente
• carmelo (4/5): Dalle foto mi aspettavo di meglio - La pulizia Doccia piccolissima, l'acqua corre poco, perché e collegata con la doccia dell'altra quadrupla subito l'acqua calda è finita subito perché c'era solo un piccolo scaldabagno . Non c'è il phon, niente shampoo e doccia monouso.. Nell' altra quadrupla la maniglia della porta era rotta e non si poteva chiudere,. Nella cucina mancano molti accessori per cucinare. La colazione è stata fatta fatta solo con qualche brioches e biscotti (si può fare di meglio)

• Isaura (9/5): Really hommy place near Etna - The accommodation was in Bellpasso and it was half way from Etna and Catania. The host was really nice and flexible for our arrival. We could always park in front. Maybe that if someone is in the common room you can hear everything.
• Arnoldas (7/5): No window in the room - The owner was very friendly and helpfull. The room had no window and it is not mentioned in the description. It was a bit claustrophobic.
