- Renzo Giuseppe (8/5): - Ottima posizione, a soli 15 minuti a piedi della linea ferroviaria/metropolita di Pietrarsa che collega Portici a Napoli in 4 fermate. Letti comodi, stanza accogliente, personale e titolari molto gentili e disponibili. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una cucina in comune. Nelle vicinanze supermercato, panetteria e ristoranti. Ottima colazione offerta dalla struttura al Caffè de la Ville. Nelle vicinanze, 30 minuti a piedi, gli scavi di Ercolano, da non perdere la Reggia di Portici (chiusa il lunedì) Insomma ottima esperienza.

Gente che ha mangiato pizza e bevuto birra fino a oltre mezzanotte facendo caos e lasciando la spazzatura in cucina. La mattina urla e schiamazzi alle 8 di mattina.

В ванной не было даже обычного мыла для рук,не было тапочек,матрац был продавлен,соседи сверху шумели до поздней ночи,вода протекала из душевой кабины,добираться до Неаполя не удобно,только на своей машине,на завтрак нужно было идти на улицу в кафе за одним кофе и круассаном.

Teníamos incluído el desayuno y lo tomábamos en la cafetería de Carmine Tommasino, excelente persona, el mejor café que hemos tomado y todas las mañanas con una sonrisa, gracias Carmine por hacernos sentir como en casa. - Luisa (6/5): - La camera era bella, la posizione ottima, possibilità di accesso con codice, ottimo se sei di passaggio da un lungo viaggio e quindi devi solo dormire Mi hanno segnalato solo in tardo pomeriggio il non funzionamento dell'area condizionata, inoltre x la colazione hanno convenzione con un bar che apre alle 8 del mattino quindi non sfruttabile per chi è solo di passaggio per un lungo viaggio. Con esperienza di diverse strutture dal Trentino alla Sicilia ritengo sia troppo caro per i servizi offerti

Conad staff helped us get the keys and show the parking place - they were very kind and helpful. Parking is under the building (for the Conad store as well) which I found a safe place for the car - which is a must in the city.

- Teodora (10/5): Cleanest apartment ever! ✨ - I’ve never been in cleaner apartment. Everything was new and it smelled splendid. They have system that allows you late check in, and I need to thank the host for quick responding considering we’ve called really late to make a booking. This isn’t their fault, and it didn’t stain my review, but neighbours from above started some kind of construction work at 8 am. It was mentally painful. Also breakfasts is small pastry with cup of coffee in nearly coffee shop/store, but I think that most properties in Naples that aren’t hotels have similar breakfast arrangements.

Parking was terrible, sounds easy, but pokey carpark and costs $20 euro per night. Breakfast is up the road, and minimal. Kitchen is outside of room in common area.

- Αλεξια (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location near napoli. Clean room and lovely stuff. I would definitely recommend it.you have the option for parking under the facilities which was very convenient. Self check in and check out. We had a lovely time.
- Raluca (9/5): Superb - The room and bathroom were very clean and the lightning was modern. The lobby had a small kitchen with an espresso machine and espresso pads. The views from balconies were very nice. The first evening when I arrived was somewhat difficult to find the entrance to hotel (the owner sais they are not allowed to put signs on the street). Some more instructions for foreigners would have been helpful though.
