• Elena (8/5): - Buona la posizione sia rispetto alle attrattive della città di Palermo che dei servizi. La stazione centrale è infondo alla prima traversa a dx rispetto alla location, il mercato di Ballarò è a 15 minuti a piedi e da lí si entra nel centro culturale di Palermo. La location è ben tenuta, pulita e molto organizzata, la camera essenziale ma molto accogliente, gli ospiti hanno a disposizione la cucina con tutti i confort dove viene messo a disposizione un angolo caffè per la colazione, offerta dalla struttura. Un terrazzino attrezzato con tavolini e sedie dove poter anche fumare senza dar fastidio a nessuno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Vi siamo trovati bene! Consigliato

• Ewa (9/5): Good and cozy - The room was clean with all needed facilities, good size, specious shower and cozy balcony. The kitchen was a nice surprise, fully equiped and clean. Location was also good, close to bus/train station with easy access to escape from big city. The bedsheet was a bit too small and kept sliding off the mattress that resulted in reduced comfort.

• Hillary (8/5): Correct, bon rapport qualité-prix - Bon rapport qualité-prix, idéal pour un court séjour de maximum deux nuits. La douche ne dépasse pas le tiède, avec une température instable. La fenêtre donne directement sur les tables à manger, et la chambre ne bénéficie malheureusement pas de lumière du jour.
• Sergey (10/5): - Polite staff, always online and available to help. The property was clean and had everything we need to be comfortable. There were no problems with any noise, insects and etc. Definitely best place to stay in Palermo for such price! One thing the owner could do that is not necessary at all but would be a great bonus for potential guests: make some instructions for the property + a city guide with most common and well-rated places to eat, hang out and observe.

• Vittorio (10/5): Ottimo - Struttura nuovissima e tenuta in condizioni di pulizia eccellente. Nonostante il check-in effettuato a distanza, la proprietaria ci ha fatto sentire subito coccolati permettendoci di entrare in camera prima dell’orario indicato su Booking, il che ci ha permesso di organizzare al meglio la nostra visita a Palermo. Niente da segnalare nella struttura. Il quartiere invece lascia un po’ a desiderare in quanto a pulizia, ma niente di impossibile dato che è di passaggio per arrivare in centro da lì a pochi minuti.

• Shaban (8/5): Very good - It’s an apartment with individual rooms and a shared kitchen. Generally good impression. The top mattress is not comfortable. The area is a bit shady.

• Esma (10/5): Great Stay - The room is just like in the pictures. The shared kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, and there’s also a shared terrace. Our room had a lovely private terrace, and everything was clean and new. The location is great if you want to be close to the train station but also within walking distance of the city center. They allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day, so we have no complaints.

• Ema (9/5): Pleasant stay - The room was very clean and modern. There was possibility to use shared kitchen. The communication with the host was quick and easy. The location was good ( near the train station) and also close to the city center. The view from the windows was not nice because they were situated inside the building complex.

• Siham (10/5): You want a clean apartment, located in walking distance of everything. Book it! - *Single female traveller, 3 weeks acrossed sicily. The train station and bus to mondello is on an 8-minute walk, but also with a car, it's easy to park on the streets. It's nearby small shops, cheap souvenir shop acrossed the phone repair shop ( Punto Riparazione) (my phone broke). There is a halal restaurant across the train station ( kotubia kebab). The old town is walking distance, but if you are tired, you can rent a step by a app, just check where you are allowed to park. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated, and enough closet space, mini fridge, and basic hygiene products are available. Safely secured, the owner will inform you by message via booking to check in yourself. Nice balcony where you can taste the vibe of palermo and with a nice view. I had a nice sleep in the comfortable bed. Perfect place for me! Shoutout to the kind big italian car mechanic, how helped me find the door ( if I read the booking message, I could enter without any hassle, but my phone broke 🙃). Book it to enjoy palermo, trust me! Nothing

• Anna (8/5): Nice stay for a couple of days in beautiful Palermo - - clean room, well equipped - bed was very comfy - great bathroom, very new - shared kitchen which is really well equipped too and there are basics like oil and dryed herbs you can use - perfect for buying something at the fabulous street markets and preparing at home - very nice and helpful owner - thank you so much 😊 - not very far from the city center and ballaro, stores and everything very close to walk - flexible check in times, could check in earlier which was very nice after an very early flight ✈️ - apartment is in a very dirty and run-down quarter of the city, I as a solo-travelling women didn't feel very safe walking home alone at night although nothing bad happened, it was just uncomfortable- but it's very near the train station and for a group of people this should be fine :) this is nothing the owner could change but I just wanted to tell my experience with the quarter - the light in the apartment is very cold and sterile, the whole room is rather dark because the window goes out to an inner courtyard - terrace is in the inner courtyard, so there's no view on anything - the toilet flush is rather weak and you can't put paper in the toilet (that's no real con because it's like this often in Sicily, just wanted to inform for some people it might be important) - for people with lighter sleep it might be annoying that you hear the noise of the water system at night/in the morning if some of the other guests use the toilet/bathrooms and it's in general rather not very soundproof - but that's perfectly normal for Palermo City I guess 😅
• Simona (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very nice and kind. The estate is modern with high quality furniture and appliances, very clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need, there is coffee and cookies at anytime. The terrace is handy if you want to cook something and dine in. I had the room with the balcony which is very nice to take breakfast or have a drink in the evening. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I will come back here everytime I come to Palermo.
• Michele (10/5): Comfort in Palermo - Full optional extremely clean room. Bathroom is better than the one I have at home. The owner is very kind and helpful. Close to the Station and the famous Ballarò Market. I suggest this place.
