- Sonia (10/5): -
- Karla (6/5): Was a lovely stay, however expected more for the price. - Property has a nice open plan feel As communicated by the owner prior to arrival, that we were highly sensitive to mould. Some walls need a paint and clean as mould is apparent and same on curtains sadly :(. For the price we paid I didn’t expect to find that, plus the pics looks spruced up. Place needs a touch up :/ plus construction next door and builders looking in whilst sunbathing and swimming
- Ross (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely property, in a quiet location. The host was great and helped us with our needs. Due to traffic, I’d recommend renting a moped as the property is around 25 mins away from the center. Highly recommend
- Spencer (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely stunning villa with an amazing pool and restaurant 2 minutes away.
- Marie-eve (9/5): Great value! - The property was clean, spacious. Construction next door, but nothing they can control.
- Venla (9/5): Superb - Looked like the photos and friendly host. A bit far from the center but you got a way from the city’s hassle.
- Georgia (9/5): Superb -
- Yee (8/5): Very good -
- Nina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Khadeeza (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (10/5): Amazingly incredible - Nice pool and very quite Nothing
- Kulkarni (9/5): Superb - Amazing stay at villa maheswari. SO pretty and calm. Well kept and clean
- Olesya (9/5): Lovely! - The host went above and beyond to be heplful. The villa was clean and quiet. Great stay! It's a bit far from ubud center
- Rebecca (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend to future guests! - We booked this villa to celebrate a birthday. It was the perfect place, beautiful interior design and pool area. The rooms were clean and had amazing air conditioning - perfect for the hot weather! We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. The staff provided mosquito spray which was great!
- Holly (9/5): Beautiful villa, relaxing stay, feeling refreshed now - >Beautiful clean villa
>Clean private pool
>Spacious rooms
>Plenty of cooking utensils (much more than we are used to for self catering)
>Bedrooms had aircon and common areas had fans to keep you cool
>Not too many insects around despite the open plan layout
> Free water tank refill
>Away from the crazy traffic Was pretty much perfect!
If we were to be picky;
>construction nearby on some days (not owners fault)
> CCTV on the pool (didn’t really bother us but some people might mind)
>if you prefer to be closer to the centre this villa is about 20min drive with good traffic so it might not be best
>obviously you will encounter bugs and reptiles during you’re stay that’s expected just keep your food covered/hidden as my breakfast cereal got ambushed by ants haha!
- Nick (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Host was very helpful, we only stayed for a few nights but helped us plan activities and the trip to our next destination Open kitchen area, worked better than we thought though
- Tali (6/5): Nice house but hygiene maintenance didn’t match it’s beauty - I liked how modern it was and had what we needed Didn’t like the fact that towels were changed every 3 days.. which I find is unhygienic especially with the weather n having a pool you’re gonna swim all the time so you’re gonna need fresh towels everyday and especially where this villa was located it’s far from shops n there’s no laundry place around. We stayed 3 nights and had to use the same wet towels the whole stay which was disgusting..
the living room had no aircon as it’s a open space so it would’ve been better to have a fan instead of all the fancy unnecessary lights.. we wanted to watch tv but it was too hot in the living area only the rooms had aircon but no tv which sucked. No conditioner in bathroom only shampoo n body wash. And no hand soap in toilets either so had to use body wash soap to wash hands

- Niamh (10/5): Incredible Villa to stay. Highly recommend. - This property was amazing for the price, attention to detail was brilliant. So modern and the open space is such a great addition. The garden is lovely. Rooms and all areas were extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed for Nyepi so we were inside for 24 hours and it was the greatest place to stay for that. We will definitely be back. Nothing. It was perfect.

- Tamara (1/5): We didn’t stay, and they haven’t refunded us. - Nothing. The property was totally unsuitable, stairs unsafe, pool unsafe, kitchen open to the outside elements and insects, pests etc. We couldn’t stay, my father tripped on the stairs just having a look. We had to find alternative accommodation at late notice. The location was not as advertised- a narrow gravel road, still under construction, not possible to walk to the shops. Outside was rubbish piled up. The man there to meet us contacted the owner and told them our problem that we couldn’t stay, and informed the owner that we asked for a refund but have had no help from the owner or booking.com I’m very disappointed in booking.com. For not following up on this.
We held back from giving a bad review to allow time for this matter to be resolved, but no-one has come to the party. The owner of the villa is obviously not professional and doesn’t care as long as they got their money.
- Rahila (10/5): I wish i could gatekeep this villa. It was the perfect start to our trip - The villa was exactly like the photos. It was in a quiet part of ubud which meant that we would wake up to a peaceful morning. There is a CCTV camera directed at the pool and the villa next door overlooked the main seating area which meant little privacy outside the bedroom
- Megan (9/5): Lovely new villa perfect for a family looking for some space and peace and quiet - Stunning new villa in a lovely quiet location outside of Ubud. Comfortable beds, lovely garden, Netflix for the kids, decent wifi. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet with no traffic noise and spotlessly clean. Our host was very helpful. Matches the pictures online.
Although a bit isolated, we found it easy to order Grab taxis to the villa for transport and food delivery.
Would highly recommend staying here for some R&R. Nothing really about the villa itself. The pool was a little small for the kids and quite cold as it is mostly shaded but it was still great place to relax after a day of sight seeing in the heat.
There’s nothing much around the area. The minimart is less than a 10min walk, as is Bee Coffee which had nice fresh cakes and pastries. I wish there had been a spa (there was one bit it appeared to be closed) or a couple of shops as it would have been nice to be able to go out for a massage or treatment once the kids had gone to bed.

- Kristian (10/5): Awesome villa for a good price - The villa was amazing, everything was also brand new. Gede the villa manager was super nice and thoughtful. Because it was our honeymoon, he got us flowers and a bottle of wine. We had an awesome time here, we would definitely book it again if we are in ubud again. Nothing
- Franz (10/5): Amazing Villa in a quiet area that is really close to the main area of Ubud - The entire villa is superb with everything you may need for a great stay.
Extremely hospitable Everything was great
- Fabio (10/5): Recommended! - Beautiful new villa! A bit noisy, water pump or neighbours may wake you up if you are light sleeper
- Keegan (9/5): Superb - Host was amazing, kind and very helpful!. Location wasn’t the best, abit far from everything, although is very near a few of the ATV adventures which are so fun!
- Simran (9/5): Superb - The house was so so beautiful! It's in a quieter neighbourhood (with friendly neighbours that will let you have coffee at their villa/resort. Gede our host was also so helpful. He was a great communicator and even helped us organise a snorkelling trip to Nusa Pedina. The kitchen area is open air so there were a fair few bugs, but the villa is cleaned everyday and you just need a coil so it's fine. The location is also a little bit out of ubud centre, it will take a 20 minute Gojek usually.
- Perera (10/5): Wonderful place to stay around Ubud☺️ - Great atmosphere surrounding with paddy fields. Such a vibe we had there. The pool was great not too big not too small. Property was just like same you see in photos.
- Zhan (9/5): the overall experience is really nice, comfortable and relaxing and worth the price. - the room is really clean and the staff is friendly. the staff always come to the villa and cleans daily. the environment is comfy but not really suitable for those who are afraid of bugs. The overall experience in this villa is worthy and comfortable if you travel with your friends/family. Those who are afraid of bugs, the location is quite inside a living area.
