- Clemence (10/5): Great stay, quiet but well located with easy access to central Tokyo - Perfect location with easy self check-in, close to plenty of convenience stores and small local restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, relaxed and felt very safe. It’s only a 4-minute walk to Ōtorii Station, which has direct connections to Haneda Airport and central Tokyo. We were traveling as a couple plus one single traveler, so we really appreciated having two separate rooms for extra privacy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It truly felt like a small home away from home. Even the cleaning lady was incredibly lovely and welcoming when we left. Great value if you’re looking for an authentic apartment stay in Tokyo. Thank you, I would happily stay here again! Overall, we really enjoyed every part of our stay. Just be prepared to climb a few stairs if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, and keep in mind that it’s a typical Tokyo-sized apartment. That said, it was very comfortable for up to four people and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The only small point for improvement would be the number of automatic messages sent through Booking.com - there were quite a few, and some felt repetitive at times. Still, the communication was helpful overall and it didn’t take away from our great experience.

Although the space is compact, it is well equipped with everything needed for daily living. The garbage sorting instructions are clearly labeled, and it is only a 3-minute walk from Ōtori subway station. One thing to note is that there is no elevator.

However, the instructions to find the apartment need to be updated. The picture shared in the instructions does not match with a real building. It was also great value for the price compared to other options. Overall, a 5-star experience. Would definitely stay here again. The only small suggestion would be the kitchen—it was a bit confusing to use at first, so a little more explanation would help future guests.

We enjoyed having plenty of space to keep our belongings while being to able to have our privacy. Having a washing machine and place to dry clothes outside was very helpful. There was plenty of restaurants in the area as well for a variety of eating options. The area was quite noisy at night. We heard cars going by, doors opening and closing as well as people talking throughout the night. We used earplugs and all slept well, but it was noisy. The bed was a little stiff, but we all still slept well and highly recommend anyone who is looking for an affordable and welcoming location.

- Finley (9/5): Amazing compact comfortable place! - The apartment is so close to haneda, which is amazing after a long flight. It's a cozy space equipped with everything you need, with nice facilities and little bonuses like slippers and toiletries which are always nice. The towels are high quality too. Beds super comfy. Living space very pleasant to hang out in and ample space in wardrobes and behind the sliding doors. Whilst compact, it didn't feel overly cramped for 3. The modularity helps a lot. Local area has plenty of food and is in a sleepier part of the city which can be nice. Near great food and a big supermarket. If heading into more central areas of tokyo, expect journeys upwards of 40 minutes when heading to places like Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. Furthermore, trains can be quite busy and not as frequent as other lines. But this just required a little extra planning.

So I thought that was OK. On arrival there was a bar code to scan an email and phone number. As we did not have a current sim card we were unable to get in touch. After 1 hour of trying to find a way into the accommodation we found a restaurant with WiFi. Tried to get in touch by email..... Found a way to fill out the google sheet. Luckily, we found the last free hotel room in a hotel close to the place for 2 nights. Were send a code for Vacation Inn Haneda 1 the next day at around lunchtime. Did not want to push our luck. Refund ???

Just be aware there’s a steep staircase if you’re staying on a higher floor. Also the two bedroom is one regular bedroom and the other room is a tatami room with two fold out mattresses. They were comfy for my husband and I but western Americanized folks may be uncomfortable on that style of bed. It was wonderful! No complaints

It has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, and a 7-Eleven is just steps away. The neighbourhood is peaceful, too. The property does not have a lift, the bed is relatively small, and no tea or coffee is offered.

Super emplacement, proche de la gare, a 2 stations de l'aéroport, proximité restaurants et combini. 2. Dans une ruelle privée, aucun passage, pas de voiture, c'est vraiment silencieux !! Ça c'est super bien. 3. La clim, 2 chambres, pour un couple et une petite famille c'est parfait. 4. Machine à laver avec 5 cintres, mais il faudrait y laisser plutôt 20, il n'y a pas assez de cintre pour un couple. 1. Les matelas sont à remplacer en urgence, totalement creux, la mousse n'a aucune retenue, j'ai eu l'impression de dormir dans un hamac, aucune fermeté : on as tous les deux eu le bas du dos très très douloureux au réveil. Ma femme est japonaise, donc pas d'excuse sur la morphologie. 2. La cabine de douche est trop basse, je fais 180cm et mes cheveux frottaient le plafond. Et le mitigeur douche/lavabo est trop compliqué à utiliser. 3. La photo obligatoire en entrant dans les chambres a été un choque. Il faut absolument prévenir qu'il faut envoyer nos photos de visage...avant la réservation. 4. On y peu rien.... Mais les escaliers sont bien trop raide, c'est compliqué avec les valises ou une poussette.

- ITO (9/5): 快適でした。 - 設備などが、とても整っており滞在中は不自由なく快適に過ごせました。掃除を行き届いており、清潔感があり安心できました。一番印象に残ったのが、夜チェックインした時にまだまだ残暑が残る暑い日でしたが、既に部屋の中はエアコンが効いており、一日の疲れが一瞬で吹き飛びました。また機会がありましたら、是非こちらを利用したいです。ありがとうございました。 １つだけ。調理道具について､､､鍋の方は良かったのですが、フライパンが電磁調理器に対応してなかったのか？使う事ができませんでした。鍋の方で対応できたので不自由はなかったのですが。一度、フライパンの確認をされた方が良いかと思いました。

- josep (10/5): on recommande sans problème. - Nous avions l'appartement 1 chambre avec 2 lits doubles de 35 m2 . C'était très bien agencé. Literie correcte. l'ensemble de l'appartement était très propre et tout le matériel en photo sur place était disponible. les photo correspondent bien à la location. Bien situé dans un coin calme, avec la gare à 5 min à pied. On est à 2-3 stations de la yamanote line qui permet de faire le tour de tokyo et 10 min de l'aéroport ( sans entendre les avions ) la table du salon est un peu petite pour 4 mais c'est un détail, et celle de la cuisine est très bien.

Perfect for last two nights to wind down in a quiet area before leaving Japan through Haneda Airport. No lift to reach upper floor, so beware if you have lots of heavy luggage.

All utilities in the facility works very well and we had a very pleasant stay. Just one note though, if you sleep in the tatami room, the upstairs neighbor is quite lively and you can hear lots of thumping of people walking. It's not too burdensome but if you're a light sleeper that could wake you up.
