- Honorine (5/5): - L'emplacement est super. Juste à côté de la Rathaus Schöneberg, proche du parc. Connexion avec le Ring bahn facile. Résidence calme. Pour le prix, il pourrait y avoir plus d'équipements de cuisine. Il n'y avait pas d'éponge pour faire la vaisselle. Ni de pastille pour le lave vaisselle. La télé ne marchait pas bien... Le logement pourrait être un peu plus chaleureux, il n'était pas accueillant, plutôt froid. Dommage car il a un beau potentiel.

- Alina (7/5): Kleines Apartment im Erdgeschoss - Große Räumlichkeit (Wohn-/Schlafzimmer) mit ausreichend Platz in Bad und Küche. An Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, daher ist es sehr kalt. Trotz heizen wird es im Wohnzimmer nur langsam warm und in der Küche gibt es gar keine Heizung.

- Denis (8/5): - Great location for our needs. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Although there were several maintenance items to attend to, they did not cause us any issues. It could've been 5 stars if there was a little more attention to detail.
