• Chloe (1/5): Scammed by the pictures don’t even get a sleepable bed to stay in slept on a sofa in the kitchen - Wouldn’t stay here again been scammed Do not be fooled by the pictures booked thinking we were getting a 2 bed apartment to be sleeping on a sofa in a kitchen it was that bad the room was already unlocked when we arrived the sheets were dirty and the mattress under the sofa had urine on and was not sleeping on the floor homeless person wouldn’t stay in there

I was offered the option to move to a different property, but my troubles continued. I was sent to a different property that had not even been cleaned; the bed sheets were dirty from previous guests, with hair present, and the shower was not draining properly, leaving dirty water stagnant in the shower. I reached out to the company to resolve this issue, and it took them 2 days to respond. I sent another complaint message because they had been ignoring my calls. For the first 2 days, I had to sleep on the floor with my clothes. Eventually, they provided clean bedding. The flat is situated above a bar and shops, which makes it very noisy and busy. I am extremely disappointed with the service, which is very poor. The pictures used to advertise the rooms are significantly different from reality. The property is not worth staying at; it is very dirty.

• Gary (1/5): THE PLACE IS DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING. AVOID IT! - NOTHING!!! Dirty and an infestation of big dead or dying flies. It is nothing like the photos. Smell is vile. I can’t put into words how bad it is!!!! Unclean bedding thrown on the sofa bed probably from the last occupants. Whoever manages the property does not answer calls or messages. At the last moment sent the details of how to get into the property. I have videos and photos of the apartment with the flies and unclean bedding! Also seems they have long term tenants. Shoes outside the bottom apartment in the hallway. I want my money back! THIS SHOUKD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE ADVERTISED!!! IT WAS SO BAD I DIDN’T STAY AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD. AVOID AVOID!!!

First they list many things in at but there you can’t find anything not.a place to sleep There was just a single sofa in the kitchen where you should sleep. Eat. And set. But in the Les ting it shows everything it but it doesn’t have anything how is going to live in the kitchen This. Is not a property it was a kitchen What they lest it’s not exist there Also it was so dirty when we arrive the door was open no the toilet was dirty and also the kitchen was dirty where we live. • Rock (2/5): Horrible, photos don’t show how dirty it really was I have a video but won’t let me post on here, even the cleaners said - Nothing I arrived at 20:00 and the property hadn’t been cleaned place was filthy, I had to sit on the stairs outside for nearly 2 hours waiting for the cleaners to clean, to find they didn’t have the correct equipment with them e.g a hoover so appartment still wasn’t cleaned thoroughly One of the girls had to go bare back on her hand to clean slides all over the toilet . The property advertises double bed but it’s a single couch / bed, we found underneath of the sofa pulled out but had all sort all over it. I have messsged the owner to try arrange some sort of refund and he’s hasn’t replied.

They take your money and know that they do not fulfill your stay. I turned up, could not get in and was told by one of the residents that all rooms are long term residency, not for over night bookings. Complete con. DO NOT USE. We were left with no place to stay and not informed until after we had arrived that there was no room available. And they have taken our money........ This property is a con. Do not use it !!!!! • Embalo (10/5): It was perfect - 100% recommend:) - The whole apartment was so clean and it had all the essentials. The owner was amazing with fast replies and was very very helpful:) It was all amazing!
• Shane (1/5): 1* accommodation. Will be the last time I use Booking.com. - Wiping my shoes on the way out. I only stayed for one night. If you want to go to the football, the location is good. There was no double bed. It was a single sofa bed with pull-out mattress. The pull-out mattress was covered in dirt and dust. There was no bedding for the second bed and I slept in my coat. The toilet/shower room door had no handle on the inside and my son got stuck in there. The flat didn't feel clean. I had to contact the sender. They weren't very forthcoming with the information. The only response provided was to give the door code and key code. They provided the absolute minimum amount of communication.
• Tom (1/5): Worst stay ever. - Nothing. It looks nothing like the picture above. The bed wasn’t made and it was covered in crumbs and dirt. The sink had dirty plates and cutlery in it. The kitchen counter had used takeaway boxes and shopping bags on top of it. The shower had hand wash in it as shower gel. The boiler made noise throughout the night.
• Kieran (2/5): Would not stay again - Only thing to like was the location for our stay while visiting Anfield for game The apartment was filthy wasn't cleaned rubbish left from previous people and beds not made.. house smelt of damp and fusty.. this would be a dead on place to stay if they actually cleaned up and changed beds for new customers coming

No WiFi, it’s Dirty, The agent guy made false promises, the house was cold due to lack of adequate heating, no one available to attend to our needs
• Petertongco (1/5): Misleading and just plain dirty!!!! - Nothing. Misleading and truly disgusting of a flat! The owner was confused as to which flat I was going to. He finally sent me to Flat 2, only to find out when I got in -- the flat was in a horrid state. It literally looks like someone just got out of the bed where duvets and beds were not made. The kitchen was all over the place. The bathroom was disgusting. I had to call the owner again to complain, and he said I should transfer to a different flat. I was then transferred to Flat 4. It looked made when I came in but to my surprise -- the flat has something in the washer and drier (bed covers and still wet) The kitchen was disgusting -- some used groceries still left in it. The mini fridge had some meat in the freezer. I had to book another hotel on the same night I checked in this property as I could not bring myself to sleep in this hell hole. The property owner asked me to take photos of the place and I've sent to him so that he can see how much of a trash this place is. I can only upload 4 photos here in booking.com, but have videos and photos of his property. Generally appalling and I would not advise you to stay in this place. I could not even get a full refund from them. They've been giving me the run around for 15 days now. And the property owner even blocked my number so that I can't reach out to them. This is a warning to anyone who would consider this property. Run away!

• Sharon (7/5): Very Compact but has everything you need! - Very compact but everything you needed. The owner did not reply to any correspondence or phone calls.. We had been given the wrong code for the room, and again, it took over 90 minutes for the owner to return our calls with the help of another resident! When we got into the room there was a very strong stench that smelt like urine which was there the whole of our stay although our toilet was clean! After a while, I noticed a huge stain on the ceiling! The area was very dirty and ran down! Also, it's not the owners fault, but as we left to get dinner on the first night, there were some lads trying to get in as our room had been double booked by booking.com!
• Sasha (1/5): Avoid at all costs. Scam host who just takes your money and then ignores you - No communication, no refund Doing some research, the host has a history of not refunding. Has been prosecuted by Trading Standards. Google the name Daniel Howarth and Crosby Property Maintenance as well as DRH Property Solutions Avoid at all costs unless you want to be out of pocket and stuck without somewhere to stay. I have a copy of the promises of my money back and all conversations and attempts to contact them. Nothing to like. No communication. Needed keycode but was never sent one. Arrived at accom, could not gain entry and after I finally contacted them, was told property was not available due to no cleaner. Ignores phonecalls and emails
