Raad (1/5): Uncomfortable at all, dirty, no services at all - Since I arrived, I called the management about the quality of the room, they asked me to pay extra to be moved to another better room, I paid, then I discovered, the room full of damp, poorly maintained and painted, I also complained that my partner is disabled person grade A, they didn't care, bathroom is so dirty, no soap, no internet at all, as shown in the attached evidences, when I arrived UK, I complained to Booking.com, they didn't handle the complaint in professional manner, refused to listen to me, refused to answer my call, even I was waiting for an a hour on waiting, then ended the call on many occasion, they didn't compensate me only less than 25% of the paid amount, then I asked Booking.com, why you keep hosting them on your website and create more problems to your customers, it seems they didn't like that, the ended the call immediately. To advertise the correct photos and mention the real situation to avoid mislead other customers, unless they are backed, supported and encouraged to do that by Booking.co. Improve the services, like internet, room services, bathroom and show good manner with customers. booking.com, must stop promote for them to avoid any further problems, unless?????

Selwan (1/5): Worst hotel and worst service - Nothing They were misleading us with the fake pictures and then told us that was the room we booked which was not true. The room was too small with tiny window, no view and dirty towels. The electricity was cut on us for 2 hours and also the water, in addition to no refrigerator during very hot temperature. There were no wardrobe. When we complained, they changed the room to a wider one but still with little to no facilities. Worst hotel I have ever been and so not recommended.

The room is intended for one person, but even then it is rather small, without a table or chair and a shower that hangs above the toilet.

Nourhan (2/5): Very poor - The bathroom smell was disgusting. There is an issue with the vent pipe system in the room I was in that needed to be fixed. The issue was not resolved as I told them to bring a plumber to fix it the day I left the hotel. Also, WIFI is bad. Although they said WIFI is available, it was not. So if you’re planning to work or use your phone/computer a lot, I do not recommend this place for you if you don’t have cellular data available for your convenience.

Jon (6/5): It was ok but would rather book another hotel next time. - Quick Check In and check Out:) Good availability at the reception. The Room was clean and tidy. The receptionist was very nice and tried to help as much as he could. Towels were missing and after asking couple of times, they managed to bring two small towels. We asked again for shower towels but they told us thats all we get. Its a small detail but quite basic for a Hotel. The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, meaning everything will get wet and the room too. Internet connection wasn’t working at all:/ They knew the problem but couldn’t help cause it was a provider issue. The parking situation its not easy, you have to organise it yourself and pay extra at the nearest parking lot. The door of the room wasn’t tightly closed, so you could hear the wind moving it a little back and forth.
Tarek (3/5): Good location but very poor hygiene - The only pros about this hotel is its location and the fact that they made sure to give us our room early as soon as the guest before us checked out and after they cleaned the room. Also the TV in the room was huge and had every platform and it can be easily connected to the internet. Everything else was bizarre. We checked in the room and left our things and went on with our day and didn’t check the room. At night, when we arrived at our room we were shocked to find that the ned was filled with stains and ALOT of hair, the floors had wet chips on the floor (the were mopped) , the bed had the sofa had a few holes in them. There were no tissues or paper rolls whatsoever even in the bathroom. Overall we could’t sleep on the bed and when we went down to the reception since this is the only way we could reach the reception, we were told that we have to deal with the bed like this since the housekeeping is only available in the morning. We had to sleep on our clothes on the mattress because of how disgusting it was.

Khaled (5/5): Passable - The Hotel location is perfect. The Deluxe room is equipped with flip window, backside, no any view, just 1 king bed and no facilities inside. This type of room is not suitable for family.
Mohamed (1/5): Very Rude staff - The staff is very rude , someone called me from the reception at 12 pm asked me to leave , I asked home for a late check out , he told me ok conditioning payment of 25% & I agreed Then someone else called me & told me , it is not allowed & I had to leave on spot 5 min later someone else knocked my door aggressively & told me to leave immediately for an early check in which was very weird !!!! The staff is totally unfriendly & unprofessional!!

Yara (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, beach in front of the hotel so it's amazing sea view. Almost ultra luxurious, it's clean and well located. The staff are helpful. Perfect for a relaxed and easy long stay with beautiful staff.

Mert (3/5): A cheap hotel that didn't deserve it's value - The location was near the beach and close to the main street. In the ad it says there is hairdryer and iron in the rooom but infact there was none of this. Also it says carpet covered floor but there was no carpet. The wifi was so slowi even not enough to text in Whatsapp. Forget about browsing on the internet. There were no hangers for clothes. I asked the reception if they can provide but they said no. There was only one small towel. I asked the reception if I can get another one. They said yes but they did not bring any. I don't think reception knows English. They always say yes to what you ask but they do nothing. There was only liquid soap to wash hands and the soap finished on the third day. I asked the reception again to refill it. They said yes. But they did not. There were no shampoo for the shower. The staff didn't know English or understand any of my requests. If you are still going to stay in this hotel don't believe what it written on it's advertisement and bring all your amenities and buy a wifi too.
