- David (9/5): Fantastic - Property exceeded our expectations ,host showed empathy and upgraded me and my disabled partner to make stay more enjoyable.
Great breakfast. Nothing.
Erg attent. Niets
- Peter (8/5): - Found id difficult to find property as the Post code was wrong, breakfast was fine. Nice size room. It would have been better if there was a TV in the room

- Carmel (10/5): Loved hearing the cockrel and hens in the morning. - Lovely, quirky place. Lovely helpful staff. N/A
- Amarjit (9/5): My second stat here as good as the first 😊 - Second time I have stayed here and with two dogs this time. Shannon host remembered me and her and daughter said hello to new puppy. Big room, big bed, good nights sleep - quiet. Love all the chickens in the backyard and the cockerel, and the large green spaces. Is in a good location. Has Parking. Breakfast delivered to your door with tea and coffee in the room . Is a bargain such good value for money. Will stay again. Help yourself to cake and put donation in the honesty box. Shower a little bit too small. Note no tv but there is a lovely lounge with tv for guests.
- Marleen (10/5): - Very friendly people. Beautiful place.
We loved the surroundings and the coastal walk.

- TASLEEMA (10/5): Asthetic - The room was absolutely spectacular with the most beautiful view.
The continental breakfast was the best breakfast i had.
Everything was really asthetic.
The yard was really pretty with the swans and chickens haha
The staff was really comfortable and open to talk to and very welcoming.

Lovely size room. Allow dogs in the rooms which was brilliant. Nice guest lounge with roaring fire and tv. Great value. Nothing all good.

- Tina (10/5): - Arrived later than expected and was still welcomed very warmly. The house is beautiful, with a spacious and lovely decorated communal area and we stayed in a room on the top floor - which was absolutely beautiful. high ceilings, lovely decor, lots of space, bathroom ensuite (with a lovely hot shower), very big and comfy bed! Breakfast comes with fresh juice in a cute basket right to your doorstep. i was traveling with my senior dog and they even stored some precooked food for him as he wasn't too well (which was very kind). Wifi wasn't working too well but didn't need it so i didn't ask about it
- Winter (10/5): - Excellent value
- Damiano (9/5): Wish we could have stayed longer - Cozy room, big bed, lovely animals roaming freely and amazing breakfast served in a basket right outside your door. Only downside was the weak WiFi connection
- Albert (10/5): - Nice owners and a beautiful room. Nice farm with animals and fantastic view from my room. Thanks for the fruitbasket🙂

- Christine (10/5): A great B&B to visit Hastings and Rye - A lovely B&B, the owner is very friendly. The rooms were cosy. Our kids had a twin room and we had a double room. Nice to get a breakfast basket in the morning! Very good pub nearby for dinner. We will be happy to come back in the future. Nothing
- Tosca-Louise (8/5): -
Consigliatissimo!

- Robin (10/5): We were visiting relatives in the area and after a busy day it was nice to return to a clean quiet guesthouse . Excellen - Rural location, fantastic countryside views, ample parking ,lovely lounge area warm welcome, Hard to find on a dark wet foggy night but a quick phone call had us on track
- Lisa (9/5): Comfortable and very clean - Excellent A bit warmer
- Lisa (7/5): Cosy with a very warm, relaxed welcome - great for an overnighter on way to Camber Sands - Very nice host, the sitting room with open fire, great view from the bed in the morning, dog friendly, nice touch with the breakfast basket, the wildlife (chickens) outside our window in the morning, quirky local pub (the 3 Oaks) Car park needs more gravel! Using the garden access from our room would have been nice but warned off because of the very slippery decking.
- Michael (10/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): Fantastic - Warm welcome, helpful, beautiful comfy lounge area, the hens and chick's so much entertainment, nice room tea coffee and juice Bed was a little uncomfortable but a great size would of liked a mattress topper x
- Jon58 (9/5): -
- kevin (9/5): Lovely place to stay. Friendly staff. - Very friendly host. Clean and tidy. Very chilled atmosphere. Bathroom looked tied and light near entrance gate to property would be good.
- Justine (9/5): Great stay amazing value - Great room with coffee making facilities. The shower was lovely, plenty of hot water. We had a beautiful garden view from room 5. We enjoyed our stay. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable
- Sue (10/5): Homeley stay and good value for money - It was such a cosy escape and perfect for a stay overnight after visiting relatives.Shannon was very friendly and helpful. We loved the lounge area sat watching tv by the fire after a long day .Just felt do homely. The breakfast was an added extra and very good value for money .Such a nice touch. The room was spacious and bed the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. It was so lovely in the morning to draw back the curtains to see the many chickens and ducks roaming in the large garden. We would 100% recommend and return when next in the area. Nothing really .Just a couple of suggestions maybe!A shelf in the bathroom (room3)would be helpful and a couple more coat hooks .Also a small jug to fill the kettle as you can’t fill the kettle properly. If coming from Hastings property is on left hand side just before the sign for Guestling .In other direction the property is approx 300yds from the primary school on your right hand side

- Tim (6/5): Very comfortable and a good nights sleep - Very friendly accommodating staff, This is a great place to stay if you are just looking for a comfortable room for the night. Facilities are basic but clean, breakfast is simple and there is no bar. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would have preferred more breakfast options
- Priscilla (8/5): - Clean, spacious room.Very comfortable bed. Lovely views. We'd had a long journey so perhaps a small packet of biscuits to have with our cuppa in the room.

As a neurodiverse couple we struggle sometimes but Shannon made us feel so welcome, the atmosphere was so calm and peaceful and we had ducks and chickens to watch out of our bedroom doors which overlooked the garden. - Celia (9/5): Large room and spotlessly clean. - Large room with a king-size bed. Very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a small sofa. Tea and coffee making facilities. Nice warm room with 2 radiators. Loved the complimentary continental breakfast left outside my door in a basket. Great value for money, though. My 1st floor room was overlooking the main road, so it was a little noisy in the evening and first thing in the morning. Also, the shower was very small but adequate.
