• Tomáš (9/5): - Very good place near sea, free personal parking. Bulding near very busy street with traffic.
• Ivana (10/5): - Doris je veoma ljubazna i srdačno nas je dočekala i imala razumijevanja, a apartman je još ljepši nego na fotografijama, sve je bilo uredno i čisto sa svime što je potrebno (i više) za bezbrižan boravak. Terasa i sam smještaj se nalazi u pravoj maloj oazi jer je okoliš uređen divnim mediteranskim biljkama te vanjski dio pruža pravi kutak za opuštanje sa pogledom na zaljev. Parking je odličan i siguran iako je uz glavnu prometnicu. U blizini je dućan, centar i sve je doslovno na dohvat ruke. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Smještaj je na maloj uzvisini, pa treba imati na umu male fizičke napore, ali Opatija je brdovit grad pa se to podrazumijeva. Jedini minus je što nismo bili duže:)
• Sascha (9/5): - Wir waren das 2te mal heuer hier und kann nur sagen, es war wieder sehr schön. Den letzten Tag vor der Abreise haben wir Beef-tatar bekommen,Kuchen und einen kroatischen Schnaps. Wetter war sonnig... Die Lage an der Straße, sehr laut und viel Verkehr.

• Monika (10/5): - Spędziliśmy super wakacje, w cudownym miejscu. Opatija jest przepięknym miasteczkiem, a apartament leży w miejscu, skąd jest wszędzie bardzo blisko: do plaży, do sklepu, restauracji, do okolicznych miasteczek. Bardzo komfortowe usytuowanie obiektu. Znajduje się tam wszystko, co potrzeba.. Bardzo czyste i przytulne mieszkanko. Właścicielka również bardzo przyjazna i kontaktowa. W ogrodzie bardzo dużo zieleni, co niewątpliwie wpływa na komfort siedzenia na tarasie. Polecam apartament w 100%, jak i samą miejscowość, bo jest przepiękna, zielona i pomimo sezonu letniego niezatłoczona. Wielkim plusem jest promenada Lungemare, którą można swobodnie spacerować wzdłuż morza. Na pewno wrócimy, bo warto :-)
• Heil (8/5): - Es war alles sauber und komfortabel. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Zur Stadt ging es steil runter. Der Straßenverkehr war deutlich zu hören.

• Sándor (10/5): Hosszú hétvege Opatijában. - Modern, tiszta, nagyon jól felszerelt apartman, nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel. A tulajdonos, Doris segítőkész, nagyon barátságos, jól beszél angolul. Minden ott töltött percet élveztünk. Vissza fogunk ide térni. Csak ajánlani tudom. Nem volt olyan.
• Tatjana (10/5): Alles bestens - Sehr schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Balkon und kleinem Garten. Die Gastgeberin hat uns direkt an Hand einer Karte gezeigt wo der Strand ist, wo wir tolle Badebuchten finden, wo man gut Essen kann und wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert. Ein toller Service. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped – everything you might need was there. The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The apartment also features beautiful, hand-painted artwork that gives the space a very personal and artistic touch – I really appreciated that. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel at home from the very beginning. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic stay on the Croatian coast. I hope to come back one day!

• Constantins (10/5): Fantastic stay in Opatija - Mrs Doris is a very nice host, apartment very clean, modern and in good condition. A beautiful garden in front of the property dimming down the noise from the street. Well located inside the city, close to the beach and to a mall. Also private parking space is super. I recommend a visit to American Gardens, located nearby, 200m from the apartment. A lot of stairs to climb from the sea level, but this is Opatija :)

• Kriszti (10/5): Miracle garden of Opatija - Doris is one of the most kindest, and helpful host we ever met. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, it has everything you need for your stay! Very good price/value ratio. The city center was a 10 min walk down from the hill, very close to main promenade, and the beaches of Opatija. We 100% recommend this place, and cannot wait to come back next year! The only thing which can be improved is the WIFI connection.
