• Ji (10/5): - The location is great as it's just around the bus terminal, so it's convenient to arrive either by calling a taxi by Grab or by airport bus. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen stuffs and the heat is great so you don't mind the severe cold winter outside. There's a big supermarket around. Everything is great and the host being very helpful and highly responsive. Highly recommend this apartment. nothing

Assolutamente da cambiare perchè è sfondato e si crea una conca. Dormito malissimo. Peccato perchè se no avrei dato 10.

• HuiJun (10/5): - It’s quite a cozy and cute home equipped with everything you may need.small kitchen to cook, toaster, oven and laundry wash machine). It’s around 1-1.5km to the downtown Rovaniemi city centre and there is a grocery store around 250 m nearby. The host is really kind as well. In super cold winter, maybe you won’t want to walk between the accommodation and city centre, but you may still choose to take a taxi or so.

• UtkarshGupta (10/5): Amazing and well equipped place at a great location - My stay at Cityhome Kaarto was truly amazing. A big thanks to the team for providing an early check-in and guiding perfectly on reaching the location. Coming to the property, I must say it is very cozy, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has sufficient utensils and was fun to work in. All the appliances like the Microwave/coffee maker/dish washer/washing machine were working as intended. The kitchen has coffee, filter & sugar. There was also some groceries (like pasta, spices, oil etc) in the kitchen that one could use if needed. The location is great as it's close to super markets & restaurants (5 mins walk). The railway station and the city center are just a 15min walk. If i'll ever visit Rovaniemi again, I'll only stay here. There was no detergent to wash clothes. Maybe the team could add that.

• Eileen (8/5): Nicely maintained apartment with elevator and free parking, with easy walk to the supermarket. - This was a perfect place to stay for one night before going to the airport the next morning to return home after a week in Inari. We did not receive instructions in time for me to check on my laptop before driving all day, and the photo of where to look for the key did not come through on my phone. But we finally found the lockbox. When we got inside the apartment I could see the photo had been sent, just too late for us to be prepared in advance.

• María (1/5): Unprofessional Host and Poor Service – Not Worth the Hassle - The location Our experience with this host was disappointing. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when we needed assistance, ignoring calls when we required information. However, as soon as we mentioned visiting Santa Village, they suddenly became available—on the condition we pay an additional £40. Later, when we tried to reach them again for other matters, they were unavailable unless it involved extra charges. To make matters worse, the keys were left in the middle of the snow, mixed with several other locks, forcing us to search in freezing temperatures to find the right one. For the price, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This is a small city with plenty of other accommodations conveniently located, likely with better service. Avoid the inconvenience of dealing with this unprofessional host.

• Evelyn (9/5): Enjoyable 6nights stay at the heart of Rovaniemi. - Clean and got all that we needed for our stay. There is a washing machine and clothes airer. The shops and bus/train station is in walking distance from the property. The host is great with communication and responds to query quickly. I love the fact that the owner added the Christmas tree. It made us feel at home away from home. Highly recommended.

Bathroom room heated very comfortable. Washing machine in bathroom too. They offer white towels and bathjackets like in hotel. Stylish Modern kitchen. New quiet house in city center and easy to arrive from aiport and railway station is just walk away. Getting key was wasy access even in evening.

• Henrique (6/5): They're still learning... - Location was near the city center walking, around 15-20 minutes. 3 minutes by car It was cold inside and instead of solving it right away, the host was arguing that it was the default and not his responsibility. Then the check-out hours are wrong and they only told us minutes before, which led to packing on a hurry. 00h00 to 00h00 is called midnight to midnight. Otherwise it would be 00h00 to 12h00. Be better.

There were no instructions for the keys and do the city.

• Bettina (10/5): Very attractive and affordable apartment in the center of Rovaniemi - I liked the whole apartment. Size and equipment. Superclean, all new. Balcony, own wifi router, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, big fridge with deep freezer, several cupboards, big TV screen, couch, dinner table + 4 chairs, etc., all nicely arranged (I probably forgot something). Elevator. Close to city center, but quiet in the night. The window in the sleeping room can't be opened very wide. It was ok now in early September (even though i did sweat a bit in the first night), but in the middle of summer, it wouldn't be enough for me (no air condition can replace real fresh air for me in the night ;-) ).
