McMillan (8/5): If we were to go to La Cruz again, we would go back to that property. - The property was well kept, the pools were excellent, the hallways were perfectly clean, the laundry facilities were excellent, the reception was great and the outdoor reception and taxi service was exceptional Even though smoking is outlawed in Mexico, the law was not enforced on the property, and the guests abused the smoking privileges everywhere. OK the pools were not maintained properly and the water was green.
Timothy (8/5): Excellent stay and an excellent location for our son’s Rubic Cube competition. - Location, pools, and a very nice suite. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Maybe a few more pool towels for a family of 4.
Harrie (8/5): We had a lovely and relaxing stay. Walked to grocery stores and Restaurants. - The property is fresh. New. Clean. The condo is in excellent condition. Soft towels and sheets. Kitchen is well equipped. Recommend- A list of instruction for entrance lock to access keys, stove, tv. Be sure to contact number given prior to arrival for combination. We looked up the owners manual for the stove and we Never did find regular tv channels, but we connected to our Netflix. These are definitely not complaints. We loved every moment there. It really was all good. Hoping to return soon for a longer stay. Proceed right for rainy season. The staff seems new and somewhat unorganized. Not very personable. No greetings of good morning when parking in the hallways. Not many smiles. They need a bit of training.
