• Lbik (1/5): - Jest tylko jeden plus tego miejsca - lokalizacja, ale zdjęcia obiektu nie mają nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością. Pomijając to że musieliśmy uciekać następnego dnia bo zaczęło wybijać szambo, to ogólnie dla mnie obiekt nie spełnia żadnych norm do zamieszkania. Booking powinien usunąć go z możliwości najmu. Cały dom jest brudny, wszędzie grzyb, pleśń i wilgoć (pety w ramie łóżka jak na zdjęciu) I bywałem w przeróżnych miejscach i nie należę do osób które dużo wymagają ale to jest przesada. Plus gospodarza jest taki że zwrócił pieniądze za resztę pobytu, ale ja zostałem sam w weekend majowy w Bari (gdzie Włosi też mają weekend majowy) bez lokum. Ani gospodarz ani booking nie czuli się w odpowiedzialności aby mi pomóc.
• sonia (4/5): Pessimo alloggio - La posizione, il Wifi. Ambiente trascurato con odore di muffa. Carta delle pareti staccata, muri rovinati, muffa in bagno e cattivo odore. TV piccola e non funzionante. Non c'è bidè ma il doccino vicino al wc, la doccia è semi staccata, funziona male e l'acqua fatica ad andare via. Carta igienica insufficiente, kit da bagno scarso. Il condizionatore non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di attivarlo... Peccato perché basterebbe poco a rendere carino ed accogliente questo posto. C'è una totale mancanza di rispetto per chi soggiorna.

• Barbara (5/5): - Dobra lokalizacja.Blisko starego miasta Pokój brudny,grzyb i pleśń na ścianach,duszący smród i zaduch który uniemożliwiał sen.W szafkach stare produkty pozostawione z poprzednich właścicieli.Tylko jeden ręcznik na osobę.ściany obdarte i wszędzie wilgoć .Klimatyzacja zagrzybiona .Zdjęcia w ofercie nie pokazują faktycznego stanu pokoju.Po 3 nocach w tym pokoju wracamy z kaszlem i bolącym gardłem
• Mariagrazia (4/5): Non mi è piaciuto, non ci ritornerò - Niente La pulizia , le prese per caricare, condizionatore non funzionante, la piastra non funzionante , entravano gli insetti, il bagno l’acqua era molto lenta, la carta da parati scollata , muro cementato , l’attaccapanni malandato,per non rimanere sole ci stavano anche dei ragnetti. a bho io non lo so se si può soggiornare, io sicuramente non ci ritorno

• Łukasz (6/5): Dobra miejscówka wypadowa, spoko cena. - Lokalizacja świetna, dostęp do lokalu też, wszystko online. Cisza i ciemno można było pospać. Wysokie pomieszczenie. Ręczniki, suszarka, ciepła woda, świeża pościel, żele do mycia i dwie kapsułki kawy:) Lokal bez okna, wygląda trochę jak zaadoptowana piwnica.

• Lorenzo (4/5): - Mi dispiace ma non posso dare un giudizio positivo, in quanto l'appartamento è in uno stato manutentivo abbandonato a se stesso, per non parlare della pulizia... I canali TV non si vedono, puoi vedere solo (se hai un account personale) Netflix, Mediaset infinity, o altro perché "è una smart TV".. Non c'è un armadietto dove riporre gli indumenti, ma un appendiabiti che si stava anche smontando.. Un solo rotolo di carta igienica per due giorni... Insomma per nulla soddisfatto.

There is no exhaust in the bathroom, and it has damp smell and mold in the shower 5. Dirty blanket and no duvet cover 6. There was no hot water on first day 7. Dust on the bed 8. Apartment looks dirty, lime wash sheds from walls 9. No soap.

• Franzese (7/5): Bien para un día de paso como nuestro caso. - Tenía todo lo necesario...pedimos entrar antes porque el chekin era 17 hs y el encargado lo habilitó a las 13 hs...ya que desde temprano estábamos en Bari esperando en un bar..gracias por este gesto .Lugar tranquilo..no había ruidos descansamos perfecto. Lugar muy oscuro, olor a encierro..para acceder a las 17 hs todo previamente a través de una página q tenes q informar y abonar 2 euros ..si no llenas todo lo q pide no podes ingresar.

• Dominika (5/5): - Lokalizacja, blisko do centrum Całe mieszkanie jest w grzybie oraz kurzu, w łazience śmierdzi, co chwila trzeba było otwierać okna. Na 1 noc - OK, do wytrzymania - przyjechać, przespać się i jechać dalej, na dłuższy wypad - jest to po prostu niezdrowe.

Le manque d'équipements : une seule assiette, un seul verre, une seule tasse pour deux personnes ; ni bouilloire, ni micro-ondes, casserole inadaptée à l'induction. Et rien n'a été solutionné pendant notre séjour malgré les promesses...

• Monica (3/5): - Check in remote , amplasarea locației relativ aproape de centru Mirosul urat din cameră, chiuveta de la baie înfundată , presiunea apei scăzută , salteaua este o mărime mai mică decât rama patului , curățenia nu a fost făcută corespunzător iar pe terasă deloc, pozele de pe booking nu coincid în mare parte cu realitatea , de asemenea camera mai necesită anumite reparații.

• Milan (1/5): It was a very bad expirience. The apartment was durty and disgusting. We had a very unpleasent stay. - The owner was very responsive and kind. The location of the apartment was good. Only within 15 min walking from the old town, all the sightseings and the central station. Unfortunately those were the only 2 things we liked about the place The apartment, looked like the pictures, but the pictures did not show it all. The apartment was not clean at all. It was actually quite disuctingly dirty. We found items that belong to other residents. The fridge had other's people food in it. The whole place was muldy. The bed frame was all in dirt, like it was never cleaned before. The owner didnt even provided a bedding for the blanket we were using. We were so disgusted by the place we didnt even want to step on the floor. The bathroom was also uncomfortable. The toilet was clocked and was also leaking when you flush it. THe first day we didn't have hot water. Overall it was a place I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It was a very unpleasent stay, we were disgusted by the place and how dirty it was. We didn't like it at all.

• Penkova (1/5): Bad - The high seeling is a great plus. It leaves the impression of space and freedom. Room size is great. More than enough for two people. There were coffee capsules provided for a nice coffee. Location is nice. There was an outdoor space. Unlocking with an app is a great option. There was a hairdryer. Well decorated When we entered there was a strong smell of mold and soon we spotted the sources. Some of the wall's paint is falling apart due to moisture. There are mold stains on some of the walls and also on the tiles in the bathroom. On the outside there is dust from the walls due to moisture again. Outside space wasn't cleaned the dust wasn't swept away. The brush from the toilet was in the outside pot along with an old umbrellas and cigarette butts. The toilet wasn't cleaned below the water level. The shower is leaking and there isn't enough pressure. The ”pitta” is unusable. The water drain is getting clogged every time so you are stepping in water. There was no rag for blotting. There is a lampshade broken and also a night stand with broken drawer it just fell apart. There is no wardrobe only a flimsy stand that is about to break. The sleeping bed is larger than the mattress. On the other side the mattress sheet was smaller and doesn't fit. It kept getting entangled. In conclusion the place in not well maintained.

• Juliana (4/5): 😐 - Great location The place wasn't clean. We stayed for one night and it looked like they changed the sheets and towels but didn't clean anything else. The kitchen counter was dirty with coffee stains and there was an empty soap packet stuck to the shower wall which makes me think they didn't clean the bathroom before our stay. The bed was quite uncomfortable. We kept waking up and, to make matters worse, in the middle of the night we realized how thin the walls/ceilings really were when we could very clearly hear a child crying loudly above us. This part isn't necessarily the host's fault but in the morning there were two huge dead cockroaches outside in front of the door that I'm not sure weren't there when we checked in. It just added to the overall uncleanliness of the place. I'd asked the host for a late checkout and they gave us an extra 30 minutes for a checkout at 10:30. However, in the morning I'd left the apartment a little before 10:00 to get coffee and when I came back at 10:07, I could no longer get into the apartment on my own as the Vikey had ceased access. It's a good thing my partner had still been inside to let me in.

• György (2/5): Nice pictures, different reality - The location of the property is good, half way between the old town and the "beach". The Wifi was good. Check in and getting into the building and the apartment was smooth and automatised. A/C worked properly Based on the pictures on Booking we expected a light and nice apartment. In reality it was a groud floor flat with no window just a door to a shared teracce. The shower pipe was broken, there was really low water pressure. The bed itelf was king size fitted with a queen size mattress?! The walls in different spots were wet and fusty. The above is problematic for something you pay for, but can live with that, but what is completely unacceptable is waking up in the middle of the night hearing the noise of cockroaches running around on the floor of the apartment. They were even in the bed when checked. When moving the bed slightly, I foud dead ones behind the bed, so they were already there not just sneaking in while were were there.

• Mina (9/5): Satisfied! - The location is amazing and close to the city promenade. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Bari Centrale Railway station. The host was very responsive too. Not much. just a minor thing to be improved: the apartment did not smell fresh.
• Melissa (10/5): Perfect apartment with excellent location - Location? PERFECT. From the train station, bus station, city center, boardwalk and beach. The neighborhood is peaceful, secure and with a lot of different food options as well. The check in and check out easy, no need to be carrying around keys. Marco is extremely helpful and available for any questions The bed is so comfortable, the sizing of the apartment is perfect, bathroom impecable and even a nice little terrace. I did not cook anything but you had all the things you needed to, even a refrigerator and coffee machine. TV (Netflix) shower and AC works perfectly. It’s really the perfect place in a perfect location for being in Bari or other towns nearby. The owner Marco is the most helpful host you will meet Everything was perfect, nothing wrong with this property or my stay
• Davideit (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is in the city centre, 2 minutes away from the seaside promenade and about 10 minutes from the old town with plenty of restaurants and bars. The check in was super smooth, everything is automated and there is no need for keys. The flat itself is good with a nice bathroom and shower. Great value. Thank you
