Guest Reviews
- Luis (1/5): EVITARLO A TODA COSTA, PROPIETARIO LADRÓN Y PROPIEDAD DE HORROR - Nada.

- K Dowding (6/5): Location great but a budget stay - The location of the property was great, beds were great, and plenty of room in the property. Parking available, though need to pay (unless it's the evening or a Sunday). Very dated property, not all the sockets worked in the front bedroom, bath water very slow to drain, kitchen equipped adequately (but nothing more).
- Guest (6/5): Fine - The flat is worn down with no personality, but it was clean and close to town and suited our needs as we were only there to sleep. I’ll book it again.
- Ivana Sumner (8/5): Perfect for a weekend getaway. Excellent value. - Fantastic apartment for a 2night stay. Comfy beds and well heated for the winter months. Kitchen utensils very well fitted out and a lovely treat having cereals, milk and croissants for breakfast. Could do with some mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready close to a plug socket. And some lighting whilst coming in from the street but other than that everything was great.

- anatalie (10/5): - The environment and cleanliness, worth the price

- Lisa (10/5): Lovely - Property was lovely and spacious with a piano in the living room. It was in a great location with shops, restaurants, art gallery, museum, beach and arcades all within walking distance.
- Tram (8/5): Very good -
- Liza (9/5): Superb -
- Johan (10/5): Ideal for our short stay in every way. Would not hesitate to book again if I was to visit Aberdeen - Everything about the property was ideal for our stay. Couldn't fault it in any way Nothing.
- Josephine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ajayi (8/5): Very good - It was a clean place. There was no curtains in the room so I had to wake up early
- Nitesh (6/5): Pleasant -
- Senga (10/5): Exceptional - This is our second stay at the property and it’s very central for what we need…
- Helge (9/5): Superb - The host is very serviceminded!
- Kaz (8/5): Spacious, perfect location for train station, union street etc. - Incredibly spacious, tea, coffee etc provided, milk provided, continental breakfast was small packets of cereal, but honestly, anyone who moans about this given the price they pay for staying there, need to have a word with themselves.massive tv in living room, and very warm.. It’s incredibly basic, as in , it really needs a lick of paint everywhere, the furthest away bedroom was lifeless, some colourful decor would make a huge difference,
- Bassem (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammed (1/5): Very Poor - location and ease of access to amenties very cold heating was not doing nothing to warm the place up. The property owner new about the heating problem from when we got the keys did not fix it till 11pm at night we had young children. He would only communicate by text and would not give compensation for the crap service. When the heating came on it did not improve the heating in the property old property with wall paper coming of and old furniture.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the fact that it was on the ground level. 15 min from the venue we were going to. The house had everything that was needed for our short stay at the right price. I would recommend and use this accommodation when I'm in Aberdeen again.
- Jennifer (5/5): Passable - Clean, Very basic, no remote control for the tv. Breakfast pack was basic
- Jodie (5/5): Basic accomodation - It was big enough for our travelling group.
It was clean and had most of the basic amenities required.
It was walking distance from Union Square (would be a bit of a trek either way lots of shopping though). No mirrors in bedrooms for getting ready.
Bathroom door did not lock.
I had to chase for details after the check in time to be able to access the property.
No response at all when requesting our deposit to be paid back. We had to wait 30 days for it.
- Cayer (8/5): HUGE home away from home - Very, very spacious and clean, tons of storage, more than adequate. Loved that bath! Must have had a recent or ongoing issue with water infiltration because the smell of damp in the carpet is evident/noticeable. It did get better the longer the heaters stayed on but needs addressing.
- Steven (8/5): Very good -
- Olawole (7/5): Nice location and property. - The location was nice except that it is close to the LEZ region. One has to be careful not to receive a fine. We stayed there for 2 days but the food provided (Bread, milk, etc.) by the host was not enough. Also, we were expecting either a British or Scottish Breakfast but none of this was provided. I think the host should think about this. While the living room is great in terms of space and TV size, the bed in one of the rooms was not that great.
- Reetu (10/5): It was very nice stay, we had good time. Very close to city center. - It was very nice stay, we had good time. everything was good
- Jacqueline (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janos (8/5): Very good - It is spacious, very well located, clean, the heating worked perfect which was unfortunately extremely important in high summer. The price is hilariously cheap, they only renovated the bathroom, but it was just fine! A really honest apartment, you get exactly what is on the website nothing more, nothing less. A nice cheesecake shop with perfect coffee is just 50 meters from the door. Free parking is a real added bonus. Smell of the cupboards, they are really musty. But as the apartment is extremely spacious this was not an issue.
- Stephanie (9/5): Great! - Perfect apartment for myself and friends for attending a fundraiser. Was very clean and roomy! Breakfast was provided (cereal, croissants, condiments, etc) great communication from the host and was very helpful when reported a minor issue. Will definitely use this apartment going forward for any trips to Aberdeen N/A
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Tania (10/5): We had a lovely stay there. The property is close to city center and all the necessities were available. - Neat and clean house with all the necessities available
- David (9/5): Perfect for a night at the theatre - Great location, great price Nothing
- Fraser (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious and clean house located near everything in a quieter area, couldn’t fault the stay, owners were easy to deal with and let us change our booking last minute
