This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Ava Alojamiento in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of COP 100000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that by making a reservation, you are accepting the policies contained in this document, and any sanctions mentioned here will be applicable. Smoking or consumption of psychoactive or hallucinogenic substances is NOT ALLOWED inside the accommodation. Parties or events with people other than the one made the reservation are NOT ALLOWED. Loud music is NOT ALLOWED between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 06:00 A.M. The kitchen area must be left without dirty dishes and without food remains. Use the corresponding containers to deposit the garbage. The guest will be responsible for covering the costs for physical damages to the property, as well as the cost of replacing keys or other items in the accommodation due to loss or damage, when found responsible for it. For stays of more than 5 days, it is the client's responsibility to take care of the disposal of the garbage cart: Tuesdays and Saturdays are organic waste, Thursdays recyclable materials, and Fridays are garbage and unusable waste.
