• Marc (7/5): Good bang for buck with excellent location - I really liked the location, this place is situated slightly outside the most dense touristic areas, which makes it a good place for a quieter walk around at night or a dinner, but still close enough to walk to the most busy and lively areas of Venice. It was also well isolated from outside noise, very quiet to rest and sleep. The house, despite being old, was quite cozy and charming, and had basic amenities for cooking and washing your clothes. We were lucky to stay here with only one more family, but I imagine if the other 4 rooms were to be booked, it would be very hard to share the single shared bathroom. Your experience my vary depending with whom you share the house. Every time we entered the house, we had to open 3 security padlocks with numbered codes to get the key to our room, which was a bit cumbersome, but still a unique experience, felt like an escape room. The house was relatively clean, but not the cleanest I've seen.

Fin dal primo istante mi sono sentito accolto con grande gentilezza: ogni membro dello staff si è dimostrato premuroso e disponibile, facendomi sentire davvero a casa. Gli ambienti sono curati nei minimi dettagli, luminosi, silenziosi e impeccabilmente puliti – un’oasi di tranquillità in cui rilassarsi è naturale. Purtroppo un imprevisto lavorativo mi ha costretto a rientrare in ufficio prima del previsto, quindi non ho potuto godere appieno di tutti i servizi offerti. Tuttavia, proprio per la qualità che ho percepito in così poco tempo, mi sono ripromesso di tornare appena ne avrò l’occasione per vivere l’esperienza completa. Un vero punto di forza è anche la posizione strategica, a due passi dalla stazione, che rende gli spostamenti semplicissimi. Le indicazioni ricevute sono state chiare e puntuali, e l’interazione con la Segreteria/Reception è stata impeccabile: cordiali, professionali e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un luogo confortevole, elegante e ben collegato. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Nulla
• Katherine (1/5): El “baño compartido” no es para mí. - La ubicación La experiencia en este alojamiento no fue buena. La sensación de inseguridad fue constante, ya que parecía que cualquiera podía entrar. De hecho, alguien intentó abrir nuestra puerta en plena noche, lo cual fue muy inquietante. Llegué a plantearme buscar otro alojamiento aunque eso implicase perder el dinero, porque realmente no nos sentíamos cómodos ni seguros. Además, el ruido era excesivo, se escuchaba absolutamente todo de otras habitaciones y de los demás huéspedes, lo que hacía muy difícil descansar. Pero eso es más cosa de los huéspedes maleducados que se piensan que están únicamente ellos lo cual hizo que no pudiésemos dormir bien ninguna noche. Lo único positivo es la ubicación, y que dejé olvidado un anillo muy importante para mí y tuvieron el detalle de devolvérmelo, pero sinceramente no lo recomendaría ni volvería a alojarme allí por el simple hecho de que compartir casa con desconocidos no está hecho para mí.

• Fredrik (1/5): It's not worth it. Pay more to stay somewhere else. - Location. Everything else. Complicated check-in, loud booming from air conditioner, the power went out from time to time where we had to fix it ourselves. If someone from the other rooms were using the washing machines in the shared bathroom you couldn't enter because the cord was hanging across the door(that already was partly blocked by the machines.) Stuff like that.
• Aleksandra (10/5): Perfect location and a very functional, comfortable room in authentic Venetian style. - Excellent location, great room with authentic charm, comfortable bed, and peaceful surroundings. The lock codes are too small and hard to see, and for the first two days, the room couldn't be locked from the inside.
• Alana (2/5): Very poor - Confortable to have all the keys in lockboxes so it's a easy self check in There was only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms. It is not like a hostel where you share your bathroom but the venue is prepare for that kind of stay. It felt more like a flat share with unknown people. So it all depends on who are the other guests. There's no stuff around ever.

• Kelly (7/5): Good - The location is amazing. The area is quiet away from the crowds. The room was adequate and the airconditioning in the room was a godsend. The common areas dont have airconditioning and concidering the heat it was difficult to be anywhere but in your room while being in the house.
• Ferenc (10/5): Good - Location, price and ease of getting to the accommodation is certainly the biggest plus, 1.practically 0 crowds = peace and quiet, 2. for 3 days I gave 150 € which is very little, 3.very intuitive entrance to the hotel. 4.Atmospheric place. Loud air conditioning

• Fairbairn (4/5): Disappointing - There were 4 rooms with a total of 9 beds and only 1 bathroom. No separate toilet, so in the morning when everyone was showering, you needed exceptional bladder control. Also, shower head was broken and had to be held together to get water to spray out of the front and not the side. No reception or staff on hand to assist. Contact phone number was never answered.
