Robert (10/5): - Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasa, raspunde repede la orice mesaj. Amplasarea proprietatii este perfecta, la 2 minute de mers pe jos de plaja. Camerele foarte moderne, dotate cu tot ce ai nevoie. 100% as reveni cu drag. <3 Nu este un lucru rau dar merita mentionat, salteaua este calitativa, dar este moale (pentru persoanele mai grele de 90kg poate reprezenta o problema)

Κατσανού (10/5): Η διαμονή για εμένα και τα παιδιά μου ήταν εκπληκτική , έχοντας και ένα παιδάκι αμεα θα μπορούσαμε να δεχθούμε παρατήρησ - Η ευγένεια της υπεύθυνης του καταλύματος. Η καθαριότητα ,η ευγένεια από μια συγκεκριμένη κοπέλα την Ντανιελα που πέσαμε πάνω της και μας εξυπηρέτησε . Η καθαρότητα που είχε πρωτίστως στο βλέμμα της από το πως μας υποδέχτηκε . Πόσο ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα στις όποιες απορίες είχαμε . Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μας αρέσει. Ήταν όλα πανέμορφα υπέρ του δεόντως .

Stefan (9/5): - Everything was really nice. Location was perfect with just a 2 minute walk to the beach and the beach was perfect. Siel has their own part on the beach with a really nice beach cafe / brunch place. The free sun beds on the beach was a really nice surprise. Thank you Siel for a great stay 😍

Charalampos (4/5): Απαράδεκτη ηχομόνωση, ίσως η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ σε κατάλυμα - Αδιανόητα κακή ηχομόνωση, το δωμάτιό μας πρέπει να χωριζόταν με γυψοσανίδα με το δίπλα, δεν εξηγείται διαφορετικά το γεγονός ότι άκουγες τους επισκέπτες του δίπλα δωματίου ακόμα κι αν μιλούσαν σε κανονικό τόνο. Αν πέσεις και σε επισκέπτες που γενικά κάνουν φασαρία όπως έτυχε σε εμάς είναι πρακτικά αδύνατο να κοιμηθείς γιατί είναι σαν να βρίσκονται στο δωμάτιό σου.
Božidar (8/5): Dobro - Čistoća i ljubazno osoblje. Nema parkinga,kupatilo je veoma malo,bili smo u sobi 201. Tuš kabina je široka od 40-60 cm max. Ima uži deo oko stuba,to je nedostatak.

Martina (8/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt für ein Wochenende - Super Lage, alle Tavernen und Bars sowie das Meer in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ruhiges Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett und Balkon. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Ein kleiner Kaffeekocher im Zimmer und alle Utensilien vorhanden. Leider nur ein Stuhl für zwei Personen im Zimmer. Dusche sehr eng im vorderen Bereich. und nicht vollständig durch die Glaswand abgeschlossen

Júlia (9/5): Výborné - Ubytovanie sa nachádza blízko pláže, 2min pešo, veľmi dobrá lokalita, v blizkosti sú rôzne obchodíky so street food, supermarket, zastavka mhd kedy autobusy premavaju pravidelne smerom na Solún, viete využiť aj boat bus, taxi z letiska stojí cca 20-30€. Ubytovanie je čisté, útulné, posteľ veľmi pohodlná, kúpeľňa menšia, kuchyňa obsahuje hriankovač, rychlovarnu kanvicu, základný kuchynský riad. Balkón pre dvoch so sušiakom na mokré veci. Upratané sme mali každý deň, menili nám uteráky, mydlo, boli prichystané aj šampóny na vlasy a telo. Klimatizácia fungovala, vždy máte príjemnú teplotu prostredia. Na dovolenku s týmto ubytovaním si stačí zbaliť oblečenie a dobrú náladu :) Kuchynka nemala sporák, ostrý nôž na krájanie. Sprchovací kút mal jednu plastovú stenu ktorá bola krátka takže pri sprchovaní sa veľa vody ide na podlahu, uterak bol nonstop mokrý.
Aura Simona (9/5): - Locatia este foarte buna, la cativa pasi de Plaja Peraia, gazdele extrem de amabile, am luat micul dejun la bistro-ul pe care il detin pe faleza (Siel Bistro). In camera se facea curatenie zilnic, prosoapele se schimbau la nevoie cele umede si prosopul de sters picioarele. Lenjeria s-a schimbat o data in cele 7 zile petrecute. Per total a fost foarte dragut. Camera este destul de mica, baia minuscula as putea spune, nu incap lejer 2 persoane, dar nu am simtit un inconvenient din asta, singurul lucru care ne-a lipsit cu adevarat a fost un dulap in care sa punem hainele si un esspresor de cafea, exista numai o cana electrica si un fel de cana cu sita care retinea zatul de cafea.
Antonio (10/5): - The host was extremely nice and welcoming. Her English is excellent. Explained everything about the room and facilities. It was very clean. You get free water in the fridge which help us a lot since we came straight from the beach where we spent the whole day and then drove 45 minutes to the apartment. The beds were one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. the terrace is beautiful even though you see the roofs of other buildings you can enjoy the blue skies and sunsets the sea and Thessaloniki on the horizon. we got the top floor apartment where the only potential minus could be if it rains you cant go out on the terrace since it is not covered but that doesn't lower the value of the apartment for me. Another minor issue is parking space. you can try to find around the block or leave your car at the public free parking lot which is 5-8 min walking distance.

She was very informative about places/attractions nearby. Lovely clean apartment and the best ice cream in Greece according to our children at the owner's cafe!! 5* Nothing!

Erika (8/5): Superläge på lägenhet med jättetrevlig hyresvärd. - Läget var perfekt, rent, fräscht, bra städning, trevlig hyresvärd. Duschblandaren satt löst i badrummet, det fanns ingen klädförvaring alls förutom 4st galgar, AC:n väsnades väldigt mycket och det var en konstig lukt i badrummet.
Daniel (10/5): - Gazda foarte ospitaliera, locatia foarte buna (aproape de plaja), netflix (contul Siel). Tot gazda ne-a ajutat cu locul de parcare (pe strada dar in imediata apropiere a locatiei). Camerele si intreaga cladire sunt recent renovate, arata foarte bine.

Yuliya (10/5): - Все было экстра. Без проблем заселилась сама поздно вечером. В номере каждый день убирались и меняли полотенца. Отель предоставляет шезлонги и зонтик при предварительном бронировании бесплатно ( почти: надо сделать заказ в кафе, любой напиток) Вопросы решались через вотсап мгновенно. (Нам принесли пляжные полотенца прямо на пляж. 🥹 забрали у нас белые полотенца обратно в номер и там поменяли на свежие) в кафе Siel очень вкусные смузи и милкшейки, а 1 порции блинчика хватит двум девушкам наесться. Очень маленький душ

Kis (10/5): Perfect for a nice beach holiday! - The Apartman building is just a few steps away from the beach. The Siel family has a nice cafe shop at the promenade (just behind the apartman building) and they offer sunbeds with umbrellas for free for guests. You can enjoy nice breakfast (eggs, sandwiches etc), drinks (different kind of coffees, smoothies, milkshakes etc) and ice cream. The water bus stop is just a few minutes walk and makes it is easy to visit Thessaloniki. Perea beach and the apartman is easy to access from the airport (only 15-20 min by car/taxi (taxi was about 20-25 EUR)). We really appreciated that we could leave our luggage in a closed storage room as our plane only left at the evening. It was a bit noisy sometimes due to the thin walls and loud guests. It is not necessarily the apartmant's fault and we would still choose it for our next visit to Perea.
