La dame qui nous a donné les clés était très gentille tout comme l'hôte par messages ou la femme qui faisait le ménage. Je remercie toute l'équipe très sympa. Le bois du lit grinçait la nuit à chaque mouvement, mais on s'habitue.

Ideal para descansar No nos pusieron shampoo y en el anuncio decía que había artículos de aseo, y jamás nos avisaron que la recepción se hacía en la tienda Citronela que está a un lado.
• Manuel (9/5): Wonderful stay in a charming area - The location was great. Not too far from the main areas you want to be. Check in started with a small issue but was rectified right away. It can be a little noisy outside due to the delivery drivers outside but it wasn’t anything that kept me from sleeping in the comfortable bed. The space has everything you need. I didn’t mind the leg workout out but the unit is up 3 flights so prepare for that if you have issues with steps. No other issues

Nous avons eu une panne d'électricité et d'internet réglée rapidement par M. Raymundo. Avis au oreilles sensibles : le quartier peut être un peu bruyant la nuit.

• Ricardo (9/5): - A tan sólo 2 minutos de Reforma 222 y a unos cuantos minutos de Av. Paseo de la Reforma, hace de que llegues con facilidad a las zonas turísticas de CDMX. Adicionalmente, casi saliendo del alojamiento puedes encontrar la Linea 7 del Metrobus, y a 5-7 caminando se encuentra la estación Insurgentes del metro. En cuanto al alojamiento, tiene lo necesario para cocinar, preparar café, una refri, íncluye un ventilador, ropa de cama calientita para estas fechas. La pared en donde se encuentra la puerta es de tablayeso, haciendo de que se pudiera escuchar lo que pasaba en el pasillo y viceversa, por lo cual hace que no haya tanta privacidad.

• Eduard (10/5): Отличное жилье и в отличном месте - Месторасположение - выходишь, обходишь дом и ты уже на остановке Hamburgo метробуса. Легко добираться в любую сторону. У нас была квартира 4, это лучшая! Окна выходят на улицу. Возможно, кто чутко спит будет громко, потому что с самого утра огромный трафик, но нам было отлично. Квартира намного лучше, чем ее запечатали на фото. Мне не понравилось, что мужчина, который нас встречал не считался со своим временем и подождал нас до 00:30 следующего дня, хотя время заезда четко указано до 20:00. К сожалению наш рейс отменили и посадили на следующий, я предупредил в WhatsApp и я был очень удивлен, что нас подождали. Конечно же мне все понравилось и очень благодарен персоналу. Очень хорошее жилье, месторасположение и люди, которые принимают гостей

• Tristan (10/5): One of my best stays for the money and will come here again next time in CDMX! - Great location with well equipped apartment. Staff were attentive and cleaned the room multiple times during the stay, even taking the time to fold our clothes. Beds were comfortable and I appreciated the balcony as well. Nothing, perfect stay!
• Pol (4/5): Sleep deprived - The room was a very cute and comfortable apartment with a neat loft bed. It had a desk and a small bar to sit at. The security was a bit overkill will 3 keys needed to gain access to the apartment but this would be a good thing in Mexico city . On Friday night of our stay one of the tenants of the building had a party. It started at 9 pm and without exageration, it sounded exactly like when you go the bathroom at a dance bar.. sound only slightly muffled by the bathroom door. It was unbelievably loud.. people carrying on, shouting laughing .. partying .. around 15 to 20 people and it was literally on the patio balcony right outside our door. Sound bad? Gets worse .. this went on until 6 am.. ALL night. This was a night of no sleep and was very upsetting. I cannot stress how bad it was. I can handle city street noise and maybe even a dance club across the street, but at least that would end around 2 or 3 in the morning. I contacted the owner right at 9 pm and he never responded until the next day.. and told me it was normal for people in the apartment building to have parties. So perhaps it is normal and not a problem for mexican citizens to tolerate such extreme music and raucaus noise during the night . But if you are running an airbnb style accomodation, this is definitely unacceptable by Western standards. I would not chance staying here if you value a bit of peace while you sleep.

• Arden (8/5): Very good - The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable The noise from the traffic and there was not anyone waiting for us when we arrived. I prefer to stay where there is a front desk with a staff member on duty.
• Edward (9/5): Great apartment close to Zona Rosa - Excellent location near Zona Rosa and Paseo de la Reforma. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Good Wifi. Close to public transport as well as some great restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and very flexible with my travel plans which was much appreciated. An excellent value and a lovely stay! If you're facing the street, it can be quite noisy at all hours. But, it's Mexico City so that's not unusual.
• Mariano (8/5): Very good - Very good location and good price related to other hotels. Doesn’t have noise cancelation windows so at night you hear all the sound of the city and is kinda difficult to fall asleep.
• Giorgio (7/5): Big room, nice location - The room is very big and in a nice location. You can find everything you need by walking for few minutes. The room is missing many things. No soap, no hair dryer... I was quite disappointed. There was some noise during all the night (some home appliance motor close to the window I guess). I didn't get precise instructions for check-in but luckily I had internet connection and could call the host.
