• Tessa (1/5): - After reservation, confirmation and I paid in full, I was contacted by the property manager and told there is no option to stay there! I was left with nowhere to stay that night and I have not yet received my refund. I have not yet received my refund! I paid the full amount in advance, as required, the manager cancelled the booking and I still my payment has not yet been returned to me! It's been a full week!

• Yoel (9/5): Nice spacious room, Quiet, great location - Matan was very nice sent me the relevant details, room is very spacious and clean, great location by marina, quiet building when I got there it wasn't clear to me how I get to the room but not a big deal once I contacted Matan. Apparently there are other bookings in the same building so ensure to use the one with the good ratings.

• Av42 (1/5): IT IS A SCAM. TOOK OUR MONEY AND WE COULDN'T STAY THERE. - The location and price It was a scam. The host sent us a message saying that the door is open and the key in the door. We came late to the property. The door was open but the property was extremely dirty. The kitchen was filled with dirty dishes. The house smell from cigarettes and everything was in a mess. It looked like someone was living there. The owner didn't answer our calls. And lied to booking.com when we complained to them. He said that he talked to us which never happen. And refused to refund us - not talking about compensating us for getting stuck at midnight without a place to sleep the night.

• Boris (7/5): Perfect place, highly recommended for short stay. - Perfect location. Comfortable room, you have everything you need for the stay. Free parking, which is very important in this area. Fully equipped kitchenette. Some dust was rolling on the floor. However, other than that, the room was clean.
• Szabolcs (10/5): Definitely a place to recommend! - Outstanding view from a comfortable, and cozy apartment. I can’t recall any negative issue. I had everything I needed, everything worked properly!
• Richard (4/5): Disappointing - 'upgraded' us to a larger place..run down. No tissues.no kitchen towels. No paper goods to eat on or drink from. Fridge inside covered in ice. The main mattress was pathetic..we sagged into the middle of the mattress..and it squeaked.
