• Verified traveler (6/5): Minus 65% from what you see in photos - 1. Very hard to find this place, even with good directions. The manager has to take you there. 2. The photo gives the impression that the patio/balcony is facing the street, but instead facing the center of the courtyard. There’s no city view. 3. The walls are Very dirty and scratches, need new coat. 4. The shower stall is VERY small, and it’s hard to use even to just turn around, I’m on the skinny side and it’s still too small. 5. HORRIBLE BED. It’s not even a real mattress on top of the metal mesh spring. When you sit or lay on it it sank. Again I’m on the skinny side, but the bed is not even hold... imagine a heavier person.

Doccia un po' rovinata dall'acqua molto calcarea. Ideale per chi ha bisogno di una piccola cucina (scaldare latte e pappe al bambino,qualche pasto veloce per adulti)
• stephen (10/5): - Place is small but works wonderfully especially for one person. Kitchen minimal but fine. Bed was soft and a change of box spring is probably due. Location could not be better. Service very attentive and gracious. Terrific for the price and location.

We were very well received by Dario who contacted us prior our arrival to make sure that our arrival logistics would be smooth. He was flexible regarding our arrival and departure times and checked a few times to make sure our stay was going well. (Also brought us an iron!). The flat location is great, a 10mn walk from Piazza plebiscito and 15-20mn from Castel del ovo and castle novo. The only thaing that could be improved is the bed mattress:) Many thanks again Dario!
• Heidi (10/5): Hospedagem com amizade e carinho - Fui recepcionada de modo muito gentil. Tive problemas com a minha bagagem e a hospedeira se preocupou e acompanhou o caso o tempo todo. No último dia o aeroporto entrou em contato com ela e gentilmente ela negociou com eles para que eu pudesse retirar as malas. Uma doçura. Amei a região e todas as delicadezas como comida, itens para café e banho. Super recomendo.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great apartment, perfect location - Lovely little apartment in a great part of town. I stayed by myself and felt safe and comfortable, there's a 24h security guard downstairs. Check in was easy, Dario was really helpful and gave me a few recommendations of things to do and where to eat. The apartment had everything I needed - it's basic but cosy. It did get quite warm and was a bit loud to have the windows open all the time, was fine in May but might be a pain in the summer. Would absolutely recommend staying here

• Claudia (10/5): Napoli dai tetti...... - La sistemazione ubicata nel miglior quartiere di Napoli tranquilla, silenziosa ma vicina ai posti di maggior attrattiva...la camera è una camera , ma una vera e propria casetta deliziosa dotata di tutti i comfort dal frigo alla macchina del gas, e di tutte le cose necessarie per cucinare.....il ragazzo che ci accolto ci ha persino aiutato a portare le valigie....di una gentilezza straordinaria....per non parlare della splendida vista che si gode sia di notte che di giorno da due piccole finestre...bella bella......l'unica pecca il parcheggio ma l'80% di Napoli è pedonalizzata,ma il ragazzo ci ha trovato una soluzione meno costosa del parcheggio sotto l'hotel.....consiglatissimo......
• Verified traveler (6/5): posizione senza comodità - il posto é perfetto, all'inizio di via chiaia. L'appartamento sarebbe anche carino, con portineria, sicuro. Presenta tuttavia due pecche a mio avviso fondamentali, una scala alquanto ripida e stretta per arrivarci e, molto più importante, un letto con un materasso scomodo, ma scomodo, ma così scomodo che non vedevo l'ora di terminare il mio soggiorno. Purtroppo non tornerei, proprio per la qualità del sonno nonostante la posizione e il prezzo.

• cam (8/5): Surprise! - Surprising rooftop bungalow. its small but that's what gives it its charm. set atop a roof of a pretty building. Close to premier shopping and even closer to the wonderful waterfront. Loved this very surprising stay.
