• Roger (3/5): Love Amsterdam BUT disappointing accommodation with poor facilities and overpriced - The location was fantastic and as we had good weather we were able to make good use of the roof terrace which was an added bonus. There was an ant infestation. There were all over the top in the room that leads to the terrace. We only had one set of keys for 2 couples. The shower is a trickle not a shower and lack of hanging space for clothes!!!!!!!!!
• Gemma (1/5): Bad - We chose this accommodation because it specified it was a full apartment and that it was quiet during night time hours. We were kept awake all night by the downstairs neighbours playing loud bass heavy party music and making excess noise until 9am. The accommodation was not a full apartment. We could not access the apartment when we arrived. The accommodation was not as advertised.
• Cera (2/5): Worst place I’ve stayed in Amsterdam - Location was good. Owners of the property had an actual party in the middle of the night and kept us up all night. Music blaring, dog barking, people shouting. Stairs to get to property were awful, even by Amsterdam standards. The property was dirty, (we didn’t even want to take our shoes off), and you could smell dog throughout. Dust everywhere, nothing looked like it had been wiped down. Been to Amsterdam around 10 times and this is the worst place we’ve stayed. Also I wouldn’t feel safe if I was staying there as a solo female traveller. Paid almost £500 for the night and we were very disappointed.

• Myles (4/5): Disappointed - It was a good location and the bedrooms were comfortable There was an ant infestation coming in the door from the rooftop. The hallway into the apartment was filthy, with such things as cigarette butt's and broken glass. No indoor seating area or place to eat is a drawback

• Jeff (7/5): It met our needs and we loved the location and the feel of the place and the helpful hosts but felt overcharged and misr - Great location. Cute. Clean. Felt like locals. Helpful hosts. They helped Priced as and advertised as an “entire apartment” but was 2 small bedrooms, a bathroom and a deck (no living area and no kitchen facilities…not even a mini fridge). On 4th floor up EXTREMELY steep/narrow stairs (and was not disclosed in the posting).
