• Rikki (10/5): - My partner and I spent 2 nights at the Land Mark. I cannot really fault anything, the place was beautiful, clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, beautiful views. Breakfast down stairs at the Nelson Way was AMAZING

We were on level 1 right above the pool. Lovely room and facilities however I would have liked the option to be up a couple of levels or ever over a bit as I didn’t feel any privacy. Especially as it clearly wasn’t very busy at the time. Also we didn’t realise until after use but the spa was quite dirty. Leaving dirt on top of the bubbles. I didn’t feel like I wanted to use it a second time.

Sauna was useful and pool was great but should be at a higher temperature. Did not go into pool because, though heated, it felt cold. The shower/bath system. Stepping over a bath is not a good idea in a hotel facility as you never know the type of guests you will have. Slippery and difficult to have a shower without feeling you may slip on the smooth bathtub floor. The cutlery is very dated. Bath towels could have been better

• Buttigieg (2/5): I wouldn't stay here again. - The only thing I liked was the location. It was accessible for walks to the beach and marina and quick shopping, and not long driving distances. Almost everything. The view looked like the back of the bronx. The online photos were much nicer than the reality. Basic kitchen accessories for an apartment. No spare toilet rolls or towels. Very average facilities. Cleanliness was average.

• XenaSun (5/5): 不敢再住了。 - 位置很好，员工亲切。（如果喜欢蜘蛛可以考虑入住） 半夜房间发现手掌大的蜘蛛，给我女儿吓坏了，她几乎没睡。而且细看屋顶角落还有两只小蜘蛛及蜘蛛网，吸顶灯周边也有蜘蛛网……感觉住进了盘丝洞。实在与300多澳元的价格不匹配。当然如果你不怕蜘蛛，这里也许是个不错的选择，酒店的风景位置和接待员工都不错。

Very close to everything in Nelson bay and a short drive to beaches and other walks. I really enjoyed the birdsong from all the nearby trees. Sharing a bathroom with my teenagers! No other complaints it was very nice.

We were in Nelson Bay to play bowls and the location for that was superb. The smell in our room. We alerted reception after 1 night. They claimed to have fixed it but that wasn't the case. On check-out we reminded them again to get it fixed.
