• Camila (1/5): The accommodation was awful, you shouldn't even think about staying here for one night - Nothing To begin with, I had booked a room with a private bathroom, but when we arrived at the accommodation, we discovered the bathroom was shared. When we asked the owner for an explanation, we received no response. The room smelled awful, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, the whole house was filthy, and the address the owner sent us didn't match the one listed on Booking. The experience at this place was appalling, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

• Peter (1/5): The crappiest of any place I have ever stayed. - This should not even be a listing for booking.com. The guy who runs this is a sleaze who takes advantage of all of his customers. This guy only interacts with you by phone, he argues with you, he changes the address, he literally doesn’t give a crap about his customers. His facilities are unclean and broken. He uses other residents to do his work for him. He should be shut down for public health reasons. Ultimately he needs to be put in jail for what he is doing. Everything that you can think of was wrong with this place. Booking.com needs to take this place off its listing and should report this facility to the police.

• Pankaj (1/5): Never ever stay to this property. Owner will ditch you at last moment. - We didn't like the property. The property that we had booked was different & we got a call from the property owner that they have some issue with the whole street and how there is no electricity within the property and that they are willing to offer us another property which didn't have ensuite. We got this call around 2-3 hours from when we almost arrived at the location and as we came from Sydney and it was last minute we would have no other option other then to agree. Once we arrived in the area we went to check out the street and it was very last minute and frustrating and we found another family living there with the whole street and that house with full functioning electricity. Once we reached the new property they offered, It was smelly, No wifi was working. No linen provided (Towels). They were awake till 1 or 2. Their kid was crying the whole night and we couldn't sleep. We were suppose to leave around 10am but we left around 5am just because of the sleepless night.

• Alexei (6/5): It was just Okay for the $79 - The communication was good, we have received all the instructions on time. The area is pretty good. We stayed just one night, visited Club Tarneit, located very close to the facility. It's a new house with minimum furniture and very basic service. No even hangers in the wardrobe. Some of our food was missing from the fridge.
