• Maria del Milagro (7/5): - La ubicación es espectacular, realmente , todo las atracciones importantes cerca. Luca , con muy buena disposición. La habitación linda , inclusive linda decorada. Tratare de hacer crítica constructiva , teniendo en cuenta que lo que voy a observar , no requiere demasiado esfuerzo ni gasto Primero que nada hay un lugar en común con refrigerador , pero solicitamos un hervidor eléctrico y nos dijeron que no, una pena porque con 10 euros solucionan una crítica que le hacen muchos. El tv y el secador de pelo. ..de juguete es poco decir.. o ponen uno mejor o directamente no pongan . Detalles , como dos tasas diferentes...para que si no hay nada ..más vale dos vasos y una botella de agua . Por último y esto si me pareció una cuestión de atención, llegamos, si bien nos adelantaron el ingreso a la habitación, justo llovía y no nos dejaron entrar , esperamos en la calle cuando veo que en el Hall había un buen sillón y espacio para poder hacerlo, intendenible. Creo que con muy poco pueden mejorar montón las críticas , porque las leí y todos coinciden . Mientras no modifiquen eso. .realmente no volvería.
• Helena (10/5): Volvería! - La verdad es que nos encantó y nos sorprendió. Está perfectamente ubicado, limpio, bonito, espacioso... todo muy cuidado. Buena insonorización :-). Y Luca encantador y pendiente. Volvería sin pestañear.

• Olivia (10/5): The place to stay in the heart of old Rome. - Very clean, comfortable bed, with fresh fluffy towels. The central location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic city. A few minutes walk to Piazza Navona and only a 15 minute to the Vatican. Luca, our host gave clear and precise, entry and leaving instructions. The shower wasn’t the best, but plenty of hot water.

La tranquillità del vicolo a 50 m da Piazza Navona . È la terza volta che lo utilizziamo per questo Soggiorno di 2 notti senza pulizie ,cambio salviette ,rifacimento letto . La stanza doppia non all’altezza : spazi ridottissimi ,mancanza bidet, posizione lavabo non adeguata

• cansu (4/5): If you are happy with a basic room, somewhere to sleep and hot shower, then this would be ok for you. Unfortunately we w - The location was good, we were in a room on the inside facing a courtyard so it was quiet. Sorry to say it is extremely basic, if you are happy with basics - not like a normal air bnb/booking accommodation. Limited plug sockets, bed very firm and creeks a lot, dark room(one small wall light in each room), had two small lamps but one didn’t work, wifi non existent and could hear people chatting and moving around the the other rooms and hall way.

Der Austausch mit dem Betreiber war leider nur über WhatsApp aber immer zum Austausch, zur Not, erreichbar gewesen. Die Lage war sehr zentral( man konnte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen). Nicht gefallen hat uns die Klappbetten im zweiten Zimmer, nicht bequem nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Die Abdichtungen der Dusche, sollten definitiv neu gemacht werden. Das wurde vor Ort am letzten Tag an den Betreiber auch mitgeteilt.

• Franck (6/5): Bonne localisation et cadre calme, mais literie et propreté de la douche pas à la hauteur. - Le logement est très bien situé. La vue sur cour était un vrai plus pour la tranquillité. Le self check-in était pratique et appréciable. La qualité du lit était décevante pour un établissement noté 7,8/10 : on sentait les ressorts dans le dos, ce qui rendait difficile de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil. La "douche à l'italienne" présentée sur les photos ne correspondait pas à la réalité. La propreté de la douche laissait à désirer : la plupart des joints étaient noirs et moisis.

Накупи се прашина. ВЦ смрди на канализацију. Постоји заједничка кухиња, али нема никаквог прибора (тањири, виљушке, ножеви). Нема особље које ради да можеш да им се јавиш (додуше, били су ажурни на телефону да ти кажу да не могу да помогну било који захтев да је у питању).

O fato de para entrar na suíte ter que sempre passar por dentro de outro quarto foi estranho, não havia percebido isso nas fotos e foi incômodo, pois estávamos em dois casais e tirava um pouco a privacidade de ambos. O local de banho da suíte, onde tem o box era muito pequeno, a ponto de incomodar.

• María (1/5): - La ubicacion Habíamos aclarado que debía ser una habitación accesible para silla de ruedas. Nuestra habitación era la única que tenia un gran escalon hacia abajo para entrar y otro escalon para acceder al baño, lo cual no fue un problema porque el baño era tan chiquito que de todos modos la.persona con movilidad reducida nunca lo pudo usar. El ascensor era muy chiquito pero la silla entraba, solo que con un sistema de llaves tan raro que solo podía subir uno, con la llave, y el.otro queda a abajo, sin llave. Lucca fue siempre sumamente desagradable cuando le pedía ayuda con algo, muy maleducado. Finalmente decidí no seguir hablando con él. Hicimos un viaje por Europa tomando todos los hoteles con uds, y el trato fue siempre impecable y amoroso hacia la persona con discapacidad. No tengo más que buenas palabras. Pero con Luca fue realmente desagradable. No nos fuimos porque íbamos a Roma solo por dos días, era difícil conseguir otro hotel para una persona con movilidad reducida. Lamento haber tenido que pasar esa mala experiencia, y sobre todo que la haya padecido mi compañero, para quien era su primer viaje a Europa, y su vida ya es bastante difícil sin necesidad de cruzarse con gente como esta.

Scarico wc che perdeva con rumore, poi non ha più funzionato. La porta del bagno scorrevole difficile da chiudere. Le prese elettriche erano delle ciabatte appese al muro. Nella doccia alcune parti erano mancanti

• Mirta (10/5): Perfecto, para repetir sin duda. - Lo primero que voy a destacar es que Luca está pendiente en todo momento, se nos estropeó el calentador de agua y rápidamente nos lo intentó solucionar aunque finalmente nos tuvo que cambiar de habitación porque no había arreglo rápido. La ubicación está muy bien, todo muy cerca para ir a pie. No puedo decir nada negativo, súper recomendable.

• Martina (6/5): Está bien pero podría mejorar bastante - La zona es muy linda y muy turística. El alojamiento se encuentra muy cerca de puntos destacados. Las camas fueron cómodas. El alojamiento tiene ascensor. El ingreso es independiente. La ventana estuvo bastante bien aislando el sonido. El wifi no funcionó en ningún momento. Consulté si se podía arreglar y la respuesta fue "reinicia tu móvil" y después no hubo más respuesta, por lo que no tuvimos wifi ni uno de los 7 días de estancia. Todas las camas están en el mismo ambiente, no hay puerta que separe. La habitación tenía tazas pero no tenía agua, ni un hervidor, ni cafetera, tampoco algo como una cocina. Creemos que son pequeños detalles que harían la diferencia. El baño era un poco antiguo y la ducha era muy pequeña e incómoda. No hubo cambio de sábanas ni toallas ni limpieza.

We enjoyed the common spaces to gather with family. Don’t forget to take your keys! Need a key to open the door to the floor, in addition to a key to unlock the room and a key to the elevator.

Quaint little cobblestone streets, numerous restaurants sitting on the sidewalks, a laundry mat a few doors away, and walking distance to the Vatican, and the Hop On Hop off buses. Free WiFi in the restaurants that was handy to contact Charming Navona when we arrived. A shelf in the shower and a toilet roll holder.

• Michael (4/5): Served well as a central place to crash and sleep while sightseeing, but not great. - The property location is within easy walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Rome. There were plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Property host was responsive and gave clear directions for entry. When we had issues with the bathroom, the host allowed us to have access to one of the other units for our last night so we could use its restroom, which was helpful. The queen bed in the quad unit was not very comfortable. Just a foam mattress on a spring wire frame, no box spring or solid base so not much support. The kids reported that the single beds were too firm and not very comfortable. In a quad room there was only one tiny garbage can in the entire unit, located in the bathroom, which we quickly filled and had to supplement with garbage bags. The bathroom drains, including the toilet all had issues, draining slowly, not effectively flushing and easily clogging. The hot water heater can just barely support 2-3 people taking very short showers before running out of hot water. We learned on the first day (the hard way) also that it was controlled by a light switch. If left off it quickly loses its heat and takes quite a while to recover its temp.

• Raul (9/5): - Lo mejor: la ubicación, cercana a cualquier punto importante andando. La zona está repleta de bares y restaurantes. La habitacion es genial, bien amueblada, limpia y cómoda. La cocina sencilla pero totalmente funcional. Lo peor: aunque va ligado a lo mejor... es que debido a la gran cantidad de restaurantes, bares y lugares de ocio que hay en la zona, se siente algo de ruido y bullicio hasta que cierran. Entre semana no es mucha molestia, cierran pronto, pero el fin de semana cierran más tarde y puede ser peor para la gente con un sueño ligero

В апартаменты люкс после лифта с 3 го этажа 1 этаж надо подниматься по ступенькам, если у вас ребенок с коляской, большие чемоданы или просто трудно подниматься имейте введу. Но это не минус, а такая особенность исторического здания.

The space itself was charming and had a lovely, quirky touch with a veranda off the bathroom. It was such a pleasant surprise to have an outdoor area in the middle of Rome — a little oasis to enjoy some fresh air. We’d happily stay here again! The only small downside was that there’s just one key provided, which can be a bit tricky to manage — especially with the lockbox system and the need for a key to use the lift.

You must go through that shared door to access the elevator. The suites on the 4th floor, must be accessed via the elevator to the 3 floor and then the stairs. Which could be an issue for people with mobility. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property. Room set up.

This is tough but the disappointing interactions with the people running the property need to be mentioned. Let's start with the City Tax collection farce. Guests are asked to leave the exact amount needed in cash in their room on the morning they check out - not practical and definitely not secure. When we left, we settled the amount in the office and asked to do it by credit card. The owners said that wasn't possible and we replied that we didn't have the right amount of cash. After an awkward silence a credit card machine suddenly appeared. But that wasn't even the worst thing. One evening, the bathroom door became stuck after my wife closed it and, as it wouldn't reopen despite her applying as much force as she could, she was trapped inside. When I notified the chap running the place, the immediate reply was to question whether the door was really stuck! Direct quote: "Please try to open it, as it can't be stuck". When I replied that the door wasn't moving the follow up was "How's that possible? Did she try from inside? The knob is super loose and can't be stuck". After several messages which either questioned whether the door was really stuck - or provided advice/suggestions on how to open it - I wrote that I would call the fire brigade if the guy didn't come to the room. So he finally did, saw that the problem was real, and returned with tools to more or less break the door open. Mate, when someone tells you a door is stuck and a person is trapped in a bathroom, "I'll get there right away" should be one of your first replies. The remaining "what didn't you like?" list may seem trivial in comparison but some of the items not provided for a place that has a kitchen and stove were just baffling. No toaster, no kettle (if you want to make tea you need to boil water on the stove), no salt, no olive oil, no butter.

A pesar de que la zona esta rodeada de restaurantes y bares, no se escucha nada desde el departamento por lo que se puede dormir muy bien. Las escaleras no son nada complicadas, y el ascensor si es pequeño, pero no representa para nada un problema, por lo que se han quejado otros huespedes. El departamento es muy luminoso, decorado de buen gusto y muy limpio. Y el baño para los estandares europeos es enorme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente No fue un problema para nosotros pero la cama principal no esta dividida de la cocina, por lo que puede representar falta de intimidad en ciertos grupos
