• Iryna (10/5): It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this apartment and Zakynthos in general - This was an absolutely amazing experience and 100% worth recommending. We have never encountered such a warm welcome, genuine hospitality, and such a thoughtfully equipped place. Everything we could possibly need was there and even more. Spotless cleanliness, with bed linen and towels changed regularly. Upon our request, we were also provided with beach towels and umbrellas. The view from the windows was simply breathtaking. It's a newly renovated beautiful and stylish house. A nice beach is just a 5-minute walk away. We explored the island by car, and within 15 minutes on foot you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. Many thanks to George and his family for their outstanding care and kindness towards their guests. nothing, everything was genuinely perfect
• Helen (10/5): Exceptional apartment, location and the best hosts - We loved absolutely everything about our stay at Swan Apartments from before we even arrived to our departure with George even reaching out with great information to improve our stay in Zakynthos. Firstly the accommodation. Modern and stylish having been recently renovated, super clean and very very comfortable (beds just perfect). Absolutely loved the balcony and the amazing view for morning coffee (machine and some pods provided), to perfect spot to wind down after a day out. As well as the windows overlooking the lovely maintained gardens and olive trees. A short walk and down steps is a small beach with shallow crystal clear waters, some loungers for hire and a great small beach bar that had good selection of food and friendly staff. Great child friendly beach. George and his family made us feel so welcome (it felt like home away from home), with their lovely basket of goodies to start us off, gifts of sweet treats and parting gifts including hand made items we will treasure. The most attentive and kind hosts we have met in all our travels. Thank you George and your family we truly loved our stay and meeting you all. People often say having to leave but I mean this. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the apartment and local amenities.

The location was a good level of quiet away from the main centre but super easy to get into town. None!

The apartment is more than wonderful and has everything you need for permanent living. The host is incredible - kind, responsive and available 24/7 if needed. He deserves not 10 stars, he is good enough for 110 stars!!!He gives detailed descriptions of sights, places to eat, beaches and everything you are interested in. His attitude makes guests feel at home, he welcomed us with a basket of food, and sent us off with gifts. He has thought of everything. Photos real to life, quiet location, easy access to beach by foot and next village by car. George our Host amazing and so helpful with absolutely everything we needed. Apartment was super clean with fantastic bed, crisp sheets and a lovely welcome basket, including a bottle of wine and bottled water. Lovely sunrise in the morning, if you are an early riser. George went out of his way for us and made us feel right at home. He picked us up from the main port, took us home, took us to the supermarket and then dropped us to a restaurant for dinner. When we were ready he collected us and returned us home. The next morning he drove us to the airport to collect a hire vehicle. This is truly over and above but so much appreciated 🙏 We even asked for a larger knife & beach umbrella which George magically found for us, no bother at all. Recommend 100% Nothing really....

• Iwan (10/5): Best ever! - I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many luxury accommodations, but this was next level. The accommodation was well maintained and the location was excellent. What really made the difference, however, was the owner, George. When we had trouble arranging transportation from the boat, he personally picked us up. Upon arrival, the table was full of delicious treats, and the next day we even got a box of baklava. On our departure day, we were surprised with gifts. I have stayed in many luxury hotels, but I have never experienced such personal service. George, thank you for the wonderful days!

I recommend this - The apartment is located in a beautiful and intimate place with a view of the mountains and the sea. The owner George is always at guests' disposal. His motto is to treat guests the way he would like to be treated. I have been to many places in the world, but I have never seen such commitment in a private apartment. A very well-kept and friendly place to relax. A great base from which to explore the island. The place is located close to the beach and it takes three minutes to get there. Everything was good

We almost didn't want to leave the apartment because sitting on the balcony with the sea views was so relaxing. The apartment was fully equipped, brand new, and extremely clean. The beach was a five minute walk and the restaurants and shops were also easily reachable by foot. Last but certainly not least, George was the best host we have ever met. Before our arrival he already gave us recommendations and asked if we needed any help. During our stay he regularly checked whether we were okay, if we needed anything and he even brought some delicious local treats! Even after we left and landed back home, he checked whether we landed safely. Absolutely above and beyond. We are already missing Zakynthos and Swan apartments.
• Gergely (10/5): Exceptional - As Ray Charles sang, I've been so many places in my life...but I have never met a host like Giorgos. The whole trip, the accomodation, the sea view, the small gifts, the attention to details all blew us away. Giorgos asked about 20 times in 5 days if we would need anything, and he absolutely meant it. He was very flexible to solve any problems, suggested good solutions for markets, restaurants, places to visit, and he even took absolute care for the kids well-being. The beach is really close even on foot and you can have your meals looking at the endless sea. Generally we never go back to the same place we have been to but with Swan Apartments we should make an exception.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and this is coming from someone who has a bad back. It’s in a quiet area so it’s perfect if you want peaceful night sleeps. The host George was incredible and made sure that we have the best stay possible. He was quick to help and I really appreciated that. I am very picky when choosing a place to stay on holidays and I did not regret my choice. I will definitely go back to Swan Apartments whenever I’m coming back to Zakhyntos. Thank you again George! • Stan (10/5): Amazing! - I’ve been on holliday here for 5 days, with family. The place is really nice, even from the ground floor you have a great view of the sea, and you can actually hear the waves if you decide to sleep with the windows open. It’s close to the beach. It’s located in a really quiet area, no noisy tourists or traffic, just the sea! Great for exploring the island with a car as it is relatively central on the island so you can get really quick to the north and to the south of the island. A nice little beach is within 8 minutes walking distance, and a lot of shops and restaurants are located at about a 15-20 min walk, a very pleasant trough olive tree orchards and a really quiet and safe area. The place is very clean, the sheets and the towels have been changed during our stay. You have all the amenities needed: fully equipped kitchen, a table in the kithen and one on the terrace, washing machine and clothes iron and table, hot water all the time, showers in the yard to wash the sand off your feet after going to the beach. And last but not least, the host, George was really nice, he made sure our stay was very comfortable, he provided us with a lot of tips and tricks about the island and was avaliable to answer all our questions. We really got a glimpse of the greek hospitality! I liked that it is a small business with just a few apartments, run by a family and it felt like they do this with passion and not greed! Which is pretty rare these days. Nothing to say here
• Grace (10/5): Incredible, stunning very friendly helpful hosts - The location is stunning and even from the ground floor there is an amazing view of the ocean, the garden is beautiful and well maintained. The host George is so lovely and helpful he treated us upon arrival and there was even a welcome basket with fresh Greek honey and crackers and a lovely bowl of Zakynthos native grapes. And he even drove us to the supermarket on our first day for our supplies and he booked our taxi to get hs ti the airport. George’s parents who live upstairs were also so lovely and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable and big, the aircon was incredible and the kitchen and washing machine were convenient, the coffee machine was easy to use and it was nice to have fresh coffee for the mornings. The beach is very close.

It is a few minutes walk from a nice sandy beach. It is very quiet, day and night. It has a big parking space for a car right next to the entrance. The owner is very kind, friendly and helpful and responds immediately to every question or request. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely stay there again!

• Velcev (10/5): We had a fantastic vacation. - This year, we chose to spend our vacation in Zakynthos. After ten days on this beautiful island, we reached the conclusion that we were very lucky with our accommodation. An apartment equipped with everything necessary, clean, with a beautiful terrace and a wonderful view of the sea! From there, you could witness the stunning sunrise and enjoy outdoor meals. Parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TVs in both rooms and the kitchen were available. We felt at home, and that's why it felt like time flew by, rather than passed. The apartment owners were very friendly, attentive, and kind. Our children were surprised with gifts from the owner, which was very pleasant. Thank you so much! It's an apartment, but the services are like those of a hotel. The bed linen and towels are changed frequently and are white and ironed. We don't regret a single second of our choice regarding the accommodation. There's another very important aspect that should not be ignored. The apartment owner gave us many recommendations regarding nearby restaurants, markets where we could buy groceries, and beautiful beaches and places to visit. It meant a lot to us, as it was our first time in an unfamiliar place! If I were to give a rating, it would be a 10 for everything. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. It's worth every penny we paid. We had a fantastic vacation. Thank you so much, George (the apartment owner); we will definitely come back!

• Kekeris (10/5): Excellent: new, clean, calm, spacious, lovely hosts, great view! - If you are looking for a clean, quiet and peaceful place, with all amenities at a reasonable cost, this is it! This is by far the best accommodation we have had on our trips to mainland Greece and the islands, I am impressed with the property and the friendly and welcoming hosts! Our spacious apartment was situated on the ground floor and we had the luxury of a beautiful sea view, green lawn and flowers. We stayed for a week and had a quiet and very relaxing time. The owners are discrete, yet very warm and welcoming, they had thought of every possible detail for the flat that one may need. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace. Zakynthos is a place to go back to and explore everything for which the time was not enough, what I know for sure is that we will return at the same place and stay with the loveliest hosts at this fabulous setting! Everything was great. Cleanliness was top, 10 out of 10! The amenities in the apartment - the host had thought of every possible little detail. We had some snacks and few bottles of mineral water waiting for us, and even ice cubes in the freezer, we were very lucky to try some fruit in the garden. We absolutely loved the place and the hosts.
