• Lee (4/5): Dirty and the hosts were unhelpful regarding internet. - It was central to visit my mum in the care home. It had the main things. Stair carpet was thread bare I cut my toe on the nails going up and down the stairs. The shower was dirty all tiles round the grout was brown dirt. The shower was rubbish no power. Dead flies on window sills in lounge, no lamp shade on one of lights in lounge the other had cob webs. Skirting boards were dirty dirty. The kitchen floor was all uneven. No lights out the back. Then to cap it all no internet. Told them on first day Thursday did not come back to the Monday saying it was not their fault. Total crap and I lost a days work without the internet. I will not be back there. Lee

• Vicky (5/5): It's ok place to stay if you just want to use as a base for visiting family & friends - The comfortable beds and the size of the bedrooms. The Kitchen is well equipped. The shower isn't powerful enough, there is no water pressure to it. The key was in a lock box but the incorrect code was given on the booking details. we had to email the host to gain access.
• Candria (1/5): Overal cleanliness was disgusting. Facilities unusable due to grim and needing repairs. - Location was ideal for the things we had planned Facilities: Oven was unusable due to being thick with grim and bad smells. Washing machine was full with brown water, smelt awful and not clean. Kitchen floor was uneven and hazardous. Kitchen bin broken Kitchen overall useable due to cleanliness Bathroom was again not cleaned. Mould around the shower cubicle. Bin in bathroom was full with sanitary items left for us to remove. Carpet in this house is not laid properly causing major tripping hazards as well as the plinth at the front door wasn’t attached. Stains on down stairs flooring too. Sofa couch is on the brink of collapse. Not steady or comfortable at all. The whole house wasn’t clean. Smelt of smoke and cats as well as lot of dust. Overall not what was advertised and most definitely didn’t expect to have to spend money and time on cleaning a property that we paid to stay in. More videos and pictures can be given.
• Robert (7/5): Family Gathering, we stayed before, location was everything. Perfect price on our previous visit, however the price incr - Location Cost has risen
• Dwived (9/5): Awesome Stay with 4 adults and 2 kids. - House was easy to find and it was very clean and tidy and all the toiletries and clean towels were provided in each room. 2 rooms were with Double bed and 1 room was with 2 single beds. Some stains can be seen on the carpets that's probably because of one of previous customer lives in the property wearing dirty shoes. This is something which every customer should consider removing the dirty shoes at the gate only.

• Karen (8/5): A Very nice stay in a good sized property, in a quiet area. - The location was ideal for us, we were very close to family members who we were visiting. The property had everything you needed, just like being at home. A good sized 3 bedroomed property in a quiet area. Nice to be able to come and go as you please. You have to collect your keys from a lock box but there are 3 lock boxes, would be better if the other 2 were taken away. The shower and wifi are quite slow, really needs updating. A few odd jobs need to be done, some creaky doors etc.
• Saleem (8/5): Very good - We thoroughly enjoyed staying at 50 McCracken Drive. We really appreciated the comfortable beds, warm rooms and towels. We would recommend you and book again. Just 3 things to make you aware off; firstly, the toaster did not work, it caused the electrics to trip, as a result we could not have breakfast for the 3 mornings that we were staying. We had to go out to eat. Secondly, the grill had something burnt on the tray? This put us off using the oven and grill, so we did not use it at all. Also, there was dust on the coffee and bedside tables, as well as on the window sills and dining table in the lounge. This was a concern as 2 of the 5 of us have dust allergies, which forced us to clean as soon as we came to prevent any incidents.

• Oliver (6/5): nice house and ideal to get into Glasgow etc, just off the motorway - loud neighbours. - clean, tidy house, close enough to Glasgow, drive parking was nice. dogs barking outside until the early hours of the morning, along with neighbours shouting at each other all night and water running in the toilet constantly just next to the bedroom, not that you could really hear it with the dogs barking and people arguing outside.
