• PASCAL (4/5): Content de partir - Pas grand chose de bien Appartement vieillot. Mal entretenu. Sale par endroits : interrupteurs, armoire, douche. Manquant du minimum pour cuisine. Pas de vue sauf un mur à 2 mètre du balcon système de garage absolument compliqué gym inutilisable service d entretien des chambres nul . Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. La société qui gère ne fait pas son travail elle ne visite jamais les appartements et ne suit pas ce que fait le personnel

• Esther (6/5): - L’apartament és ampli i la cuina Ben amueblada. El llit bastant comode i té tau letra de nit amb uns bonica llum i un armari gran i caixa forta. L’apartament té moltes coses a millorar. La colcha del llit i els llençols. Moltes taques a les portes, el terra del balcó amb taques i les vistes són molt llegues tot i que de lluny es veu el mar. També les cortines brutes. Vam estar a l apartament 904.

• Mandy (8/5): Great Location - The Wi-Fi was fast. The location was excellent, it felt safe and not far from both beaches, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. They have a manned 24hr reception desk with additional security features, like facial recognition, and the staff were friendly and helpful. You are able to store luggage on arrival and/or departure which is definitely a plus. Overall, we were happy with the apt but it could do with a general upgrade, particularly to the sofa and living room furniture. The bathroom was small but adequate. It would have been better if we could have had at least one free towel/tea towel change during the week stay. The communication from the mmt team could be better. We reported a problem with a leaking ac unit in the living area, which we were concerned about and kept it turned off. The mmt team acknowledged but did not follow up to resolve during our stay, so we had to intermittently turned the unit on to cool the apt.

• Sarah (9/5): Great location, lovely apartment. - Location was great as it was close to both Ipanema and Copacabana. Property felt safe with face entry and security. Staff were really nice and gave us lots of recommendations on what to see or where to eat. Gym was small but was fine for the holiday. Place was comfy and air con was good. Property had a little self paying shop which was handy for water and toiletries. Sauna wasn’t very hot but nice. Laundry took a little bit of time to figure out but the staff helped us and that was great. We put a tag on the door to have our room cleaned but our bed was only made once during our one week stay. Would have been nice if the place was hoovered as there was some sand about. Also some more toiletries would have been nice for a week.

I was fobbed off multiple times and despite 7 attempts by maintenance during the visit, it still wasn’t functioning properly. Highly inconvenient. Overall standard of property not as good as the pics and commentary suggest.

No había pava/tetera eléctrica como decía en la descripción. Dijeron que lo tendrían en cuenta para futuras estadías. En cuanto a la limpieza, no se notaba muy exhaustiva al entrar. Se escucha el aire acondicionado del vecino, puede molestar si tenés sueño liviano.

They couldnt find my reservation When i made reservation you not finish yet when you arrive you have to do tooo many things before you can go inside have to give a lot of information about yourself, pictures photos of all documents fill in too many info at internet. They dont help you only what they can say is talk with host we cannot help you. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE EVERYTHING BADDDEST SERVICE EVER IN RIO AND ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD. A fuir, malgré un prix plutôt correct au regard de la localisation.
• Jamie (8/5): Well-located and equipped - good-value option in Ipanema - Great location, good communication - resolving quickly a couple of minor problems, comfortable and well-equipped kitchen. Great views over hillside and nearby favela with kites flying in the evening. The sofa could be changed - the structure kept slipping into sofabed position while we were seated on it. General maintenance freshen-up perhaps needed soon (paint, curtains).

Wonderful location, with beach 3 blocks away and a 24 hs supermarket just 2 blocks away. Excelent security and accessibility in such a wild city as Rio. Definetly coming back! nothing
• Gediminas (8/5): Very good - A pretty decent apartment, as in pictures. Good walking distance to both Copa or Ipa beaches. A shopping center (Zona Sur) very near. The apartment (as well as the whole building) is a little outdated, and could deffinitelly use a paint job, AND some deep cleaning. The fitness room of the building can literally fit one person at a time.
