• txikiredon (5/5): No lo recomiendo - Hemos visitado Tokio varias veces, en esta ocasión necesitamos estar en Sumida, por lo que la ubicación es conveniente. El agua caliente funciona bien y la cerradura de auto checking y el proceso es muy facil. No lo recomiendo si es tu primer viaje a Japón. Para maletas es complicado pues esta en una segunda plants sin asecensor y con pasillo miy estrecho.. Varias noches tuvimos muchos ruidos en los apartamentos que se alquilan al lado, todos turistas Gente gritando y borracha hasta las 2am, mandamos emails a booking y su respuesta fue que enviasemos otro email al administrator de la finca, algo que no esta en mis funciones. Lo que quiero decir es que si te surgen problemas nadie te va a orientar ni solucionar. El apartamento habia sido limpado con cuidado esa function se hizo bien, enhorabuena a la persona que limpia... pero necesita una limpieza en profundiad de paredes, cortinas de ducha..armarios por dentro con mucho polvo. No nos ofrecieron sabanas ni toallas extras. Ni papel higienico..ni Nada de limpieza para tantos dias...es decir que si estas +4 Dias ya las cosas te toca comprar para limpiar a ti..el wc no es no japones de chorro...otra cosa negativa.y aunque aparece la lavadora y nosotros la necesitabamos..no hay lavadora dentro del departamento, solo una abajo que no lava bien..y la secadora aun peor. La escalera que da acceso a la zona de dormitorio es muy insegura e inestable..no es apta para todo el mundo. En resumen y después de reservar y estar aqui 18 dias..te redomiendo que busques algo mejor y a mejor precio, que hay en la zona.

• Alton (10/5): Great Value for Money! - Place was very convenient and affordable given its prime location near Sky Tree/Asakusa! It has all the necessary amenities to kickstart your stay in Tokyo! Airconditioning and water heater was working as intended, suitable for the cold winter season. Bed was already laid out and ready for use with clean sheets. The overall cleanliness of the toilet/bathroom could use some work. It wasnt particularly dirty per se, just that it was a little bit old with some stains/mould.

• Amanda (7/5): Good for a few days in Tokyo. - Well located, silent area of Tokyo, very clear instructions on how to get into the property. Facilities were a bit old, but still functional. The stair ladder was a bit uncomfortable, too narrow for my boyfriend's wide feet.

• Mohamed (1/5): Ruuun for your life! - Only the location was interesting, but the accommodation wasn't worth it, since it's suffocating and it's almost the same price as an APA hotel. Dirty place, infected with mold till you suffocate. You can't breath and can't sleep at night there. I suffered from coughing and respiratory problem after only one night there. The bedding was really really dirty : with mold, lots of stains, pubic hair, and we even found a dirty bandate in it. The building and the room are old, and the curtains and the walls smell baaaad. Don't be fooled by the pictures in the ad! The host took some time to respond to our complain and partially help us. But they still charged us 60$ as cleaning fees for ine night in a heavily dirty apartment, which is unfair. We canceled the rest of the stay, since it was unhabitable.
• Kuoyu (3/5): When I opened the door, a living cockroach welcome us. What a surprise! - Location is great, very close to Tokyo skytree. The house is not tidy.
• Mary (9/5): Location is PRIME, allows us to take advantage of exploring the city longer thru the night!! - The location is the premium for this booking! I did not regret it. It's super close to the Tokyo Skytee and when I have to travel to Narita Airport, it's a straight ride! While the place is conducive to only max 2 people, I would recommend this place given its prime location! The bedding and the stain of the mattress is something that can be improved on. I also had to kill a small cockroach. But other than that, everything else cannot be complained!!
