• Jan (10/5): - The lodge was lovely ,the owners have thought of everything ,from books,videos toys for the kids ,bowls and poo bags for the dog tee in lots of flavors all the dishes pots pans and utensils to much to mention it really was like a little home from home ,beautiful surroundings ,quiet and relaxing and spotless, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back .. Could do with a little shop on site,but appart from that it was perfect.

• Kiera (10/5): Comfortable & cosy home away from home in a beautiful location with plenty to do. - Honeycomb Lodge was beautifully presented & spotlessly clean. From the cosy bedding to the well-equipped, high-spec kitchen and living room, the owners have thought of everything to make us comfortable and entertained. It is easily the nicest lodge/caravan I’ve stayed in. The decking & wee garden have a lovely view over the field of sheep and horses. The site was so peaceful, the only sounds being the chirping birds and distant river. We all really enjoyed our walk along the River Devon, skimming stones & climbing trees. We loved The Kelpies and Castle Campbell too. Even our 11 year old asked if we could return to Honeycomb Lodge… yes, we absolutely will! The only thing we can think of is the spiderwebs on the decking railings… but they caught the midgies and mosquitoes, so actually enhanced our stay.
• Griffiths (10/5): Absolutely lovely - I liked it all, the views, the quiet, the lovely walks with my dog and just chilling out in the evenings. There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

• Linda (8/5): Very good - Location as wanted to be in that area. Didn't know how lovely it was around there . Just leaving this morning just before 9am and the gates weren't open. Had to ask another resident to open them.
• Melanie (10/5): Wonderful stay in the lodge - beautiful view and location - Absolutely wonderful lodge, so well taken care of, spotlessly clean and cosy. We were blown away when we arrived by how lovely it was. And it has the most beautiful, peaceful view. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Had everything we required for our stay. Felt cosy and a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again. Could have done with a darker blind/curtain in the smaller room as the room was quite bright. Our inquisitive toddlers were able to let themselves out of the external doors as the locks were easy for them to operate. Maybe a higher latch would solve this.

• Aisbitt (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and central plenty of walks with our four legged dogs As we arrived we couldn't gain access into the complex for 15 mins we were not aware that the gates would be closed we tried contacting various staff,we eventually gained access when another customer let us in an intercom might be a good idea to contact a member of staff
• Nadine (10/5): Home from home - Really liked the peaceful location. It was like home from home. Had everything we needed, even going that step further with a hamper & milk in the fridge. Everything was immaculately clean. Will definitely be going back. That we didn't stay longer.

The host goes above and beyond with personal touches to make you as comfortable as possible. I am a Bee fan so I loved the decor. We slept like logs and throughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return. Thank you I have absolutely nothing negative to say. It was lovely.

• Richard (10/5): An amazing peaceful and relaxing lodge - WOW what an amazing find! Clean and like home from home comfortable and cosy! The views are stunning you can just sit and look through the back or on the veranda with a cuppa or a glass of wine. There are sheep over the wall and in the distance Campbells Castle which lights up at night. The peace and quiet is lovely all we could hear was the river and the birds very relaxing! Our Sprocker Tucker loved his time away Honeycomb Lodge has everything inside and more. We shall be returning but for longer next time! There is a lot of maintenance going on on the site so the road in sometimes is muddy and congested but I’m sure that will be finished pretty soon.
