I reported it, the maintenance guy came and promissed that in 1 hour it will heat up but nothing changed. In the morning there was 18,5 °C. No place to dry clothes and ski shoes, almost cold radiator did not help. Mold in the shower. The common kitchen is accessible only via outside. Parking is in a publicly accessible space 100m from the appartment house. Ukrainian staff does not speak English at all.

The room is well heated and cozy. we have noticed that the place have a really fantastic common kitchen where its possible to cook and eat- we have not used it but it looked great. Duży plus za darmowy parking i dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię (jest tam w sumie wszystko, od piekarnika po czajnik, kawiarki, kawa mielona i rozpuszczalna). Mimo okien na wiadukt kolejowy pociągów nie słychać, albo są ciche albo za wysoko. Obsługa sympatyczna. Niezbyt wygodne łóżko.

- minarjo (8/5): - Ubytování v klidné oblasti a přitom ne daleko od nádraží, pohodlné postele. Možnost udělat check-in plně samoobslužně přes kódový zámek klíče pokoje. Čaj a káva na pokoji k dispozici. Z pokoje výhled na viadukt trati Semmeringu, kvůli jehož trase a turistice kolem jsme přijeli. Pokoj neměl klasickou skříň (odložení věcí na volnou přistýlku).

It’s quiet, has a nice terrace, the room is spacious and the bed is huge. It is tricky to flush the toilet, and sometimes you have to go back to fix it before the other person goes.

A szállás egy öreg, felújítatlan épület, amivel önmagában nincsen baj, csak ezért az összegért mást vártunk.

Frühstück in einer sehr rustikalen Küche, Gastgeberin war aber sehr bemüht Im Badezimmer fehlen Haken für Handtücher und das Gelsengitter muss unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Leider kam es bei der Buchung zu einem Missverständnis und wir sind in einem Dreibettzimmer untergebracht worden. Für eine Nacht nicht tragisch... Für 3 Pers. würde ein Sessel ä, Nachttischlampe und Nachtisch fehlen...

Все уютно, чисто. Марина класна жіночка, у всьому нам допомогала, відповідала на всі наші запитання, просьби. Розмовляє як і українською, російською, англійською та німецькою мовами. Сподобалися краєвиди, річка і тиша. Рекомендую це місце.
- Manuel (9/5): - Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Ausflugsziele der Gegend zu erkunden, auch ohne eigenem Vehikel. Unterkunft mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Großer Pluspunkt war für uns die Terrasse.
- Matthias (8/5): gut geschlafen am Schwarza-Viadukt - Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte einen super Blick auf das Bahn-Viadukt über die Schwarza. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und Kaffeepulver und Teebeutel auf dem Zimmer, was für Nichtfrühstücker erfreulich ist. Im ersten Stock, in dem das Zimmer lag, gibt es eine große Terrasse. Im Vorderhaus befindet sich ein Schnellrestaurant mit österreichischer und asiatischer Küche (hatte leider im Juli Betriebsferien). Angenehm war auch, dass das Zimmer erst bis 12 Uhr geräumt sein musste. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionsfähig. Der Hauseingang war etwas versteckt - eine Rezeption scheint im Entstehen zu sein -, der Schlüsselsafe befindet sich nicht wie erwartet vor dem Treppenhauseingang, sondern vor dem Zimmer.

- Andrejus (6/5): - Good location to reach Simmering. There is a good view of the viaduct. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the standard was acceptable. Despite the nice view, passing train sounds were sometimes distracting. Some mold on the wall had been painted over but kept reoccurring. The kitchen was quite far from the apartments. The apartment looked more spacious in the photos. Overall, too pricey for the value.

- Daria (10/5): Szczerze polecam ! - Zatrzymaliśmy się na jeden nocleg w drodze do Włoch, na uwagę zasługuje bardzo miły personel, bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Sam hotel czysty komfortowy i przyjazny. Świetna lokalizacja, w niedalekiej odległości mnóstwo urokliwych miejsc.
