Basic facilities but everything you need is there. - Location is not the nicest part of Blackpool BUT very central and perfect for what we personally needed. The room itself was very clean and well presented. It was basic but absolutely did the job for us and for the limited time spent in the room. The downstairs corridor and stairs smelt badly of damp which concerned us for our stay, but the room did not.

- Humairaa (10/5): - From start to finish, my stay at Luminous Suites Blackpool was absolutely fantastic. First of all, the hosts, Jess and Kevin, are outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. On arrival, they greeted us warmly, helped with luggage, and even arranged free parking, which gave us complete peace of mind. Throughout our stay, they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed – always thoughtful, never intrusive. The suite itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented, with modern décor that felt both stylish and homely. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens fresh and crisp, and the kitchenette had everything we needed to cook for the family. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus. The bathroom was gleaming, the shower had great pressure, and all the essentials were provided. What really made our stay special were the extra touches. In the reception area, there was always a bowl of fresh fruit, which the kids loved helping themselves to – such a simple but thoughtful gesture that made them feel at home straight away. On top of that, there was even a plate of snacks waiting for us, which was such a kind surprise after our journey. Those small details made a big difference and really set Luminous Suites apart. The location is ideal. It’s just a short walk from Blackpool Tower, the promenade, Coral Island, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Everything we wanted to do was within easy reach, yet the suite itself was in a quiet spot, so we had peaceful nights’ sleep. Overall, this place is fantastic value for money. Between the cleanliness, comfort, modern facilities, thoughtful extras, and the warmth of Jess and Kevin’s hospitality, it far exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend Luminous Suites highly enough. Whether you’re visiting as a family, a couple, or solo, this is the perfect place to stay in Blackpool. We’ll definitely be coming back! Nothing, it exceeded my expectations.

Brilliant staff - We only traveled over for one night to see the lights and visit sea life the next day so we just need a nice little room to get to sleep in & this was a 10/10 !! The outside isn’t the best but that’s no issues what so ever because wants you step through the door it felt like home we was met by the owners and o couldn’t have a bad thing to say about them ! Such friendly couple who go all out for you leave you some snacks can help yourself to fruit tea coffee sugar milk everything you need ! I would defiantly book again . My children wanted to stay there 🤣Thank you Nothing I didn’t like once we stepped through the doors !

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on, especially if you are tall as it curved up at the top and bottom meaning you couldn't lie flat.

- Paul (10/5): Perfect short stay (especially for the seafront and tower) - Just stayed at Luminous Suites for 1 night with our 2 young children, we stayed in the studio apartment and it suited our needs perfectly. It looked exactly like the photos and was spotlessly clean as was the communal hallway , nice touch of a bowl of fresh fruit in the entrance hall to help yourself to. The studio was well equipped with everything you need for a few nights including teas and coffees and toiletries, smart TV and WiFi. The hosts Jess and Kevin could not have been more welcoming they were great. The location is ideal for quick access to the to tower area and central pier only a 10min walk in either direction also some free parking at the property on first come first served basis - absolute bonus. Please do not be put off by the exterior this property is located amongst shops etc and yes the area needs some tlc but this is Blackpool and the property itself and hosts certainly make up for it. Will definitely return thanks so much

- Hannah (10/5): Another great stay at Luminous Suites! - Check in was officially 2pm but I messaged the host at around 11am to ask if we could just park our car early, she told us our suite was ready and we could actually check in early. She met us, helped us with our luggage and was so attentive and lovely! Great customer service. There was a platter of fresh fruit as you entered the building and also snacks provided in our room. This is actually our second time staying at Luminous Suites - we booked the same suite last year for the fireworks. We travelled as a family of four. The suite has ample space, is super close to the beach and all local sights. Nothing!

- Sarah (5/5): Not good. - Jess and Kev are genuinely the nicest people and really want everyone to have a lovely stay. The bedding and towels seemed new and clean. Location is very central. Unfortunately we couldn't agree with the reviews we had read before going. It didn't seem clean at all. We were expecting it to be older but clean. We were meant to stay two nights but left after one. I chose to shower at the waterpark it felt cleaner. While the location is central it didn't feel safe. The apartments are above rundown and empty shop units. Jess asked us to be careful entering the code as there were a lot of drunks around. Sure enough my partner went to the shops around 9.30pm and he had to ask two very drunk homeless people to move from the step so he could get in. They stood right behind him watching him entering the code. We had gone to ride the lights and as we came back around 9pm There was a drug deal going on right across the road. This is our 4th time staying in Blackpool so we're aware of the issues but have never had it this obvious or around the place we stayed. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Our son and his dad hardly slept. My partner's hip was very sore the next morning. You could hear every single car so clearly in the living room and bedroom. Unfortunately I didn't think it was clean. The smell from the drain and washing machine just lingered. Even before we used anything. The smell from the drain the next morning when we ran the water was the final straw. I was nearly sick and even my sons asked to leave. We booked to stay there because I needed to make one of my sons tea there. The oven doesn't work( and clearly hasn't for a long time) I bought my own forks because it just felt grim. The bathroom is so small I just about fit. Wiping my child after the toilet was impossible there. The smell from the top of the stove when not in use makes me doubt it was ever cleaned. Mold spots above the window in the bedroom. I have attached photos. So you can make your own judgement as I'm sure for some for a night or two it may be fine but I wanted to be honest as we felt blindsided.

- Rachael (10/5): - Stayed as a family with one child for the night, we wanted a central base as we visited St Annes in the day for the kite festival and then the illuminations switch on at night. Room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, including 2 towels per person. Jess and Kevin were excellent hosts, very good communication throughout, Kevin carried our bags to our room and Jess even nearly missed a personal appointment just to make sure we were checked in and happy! There were snacks for my son provided in the room too which was a nice suprise. There was also fresh fruit in the hallway for you to take. We will stay again 😀

The most welcoming place ive felt while visiting Blackpool and me and my family have been visiting blackpook for alot of years now. Jess and kevin went out there way to make sure we had the easiest of stays from.when we arrived. Facilities you have everything you need. We will definitely be back. - Acacia (10/5): incredible apartment in a brilliant location with the absolute best hosts! - The whole experience was so personalised, Jess and Kevin communicated amazingly the day before we traveled and even went above and beyond to accommodate us arriving in Blackpool earlier than check in! They met us on arrival and helped us with all bags and were so friendly. Jess talked us through everything we needed to know to access the apartment and took us in to the reception where there is an amazing range of fresh fruit available for guests! Our apartment was brilliant it had absolutely everything you could need and then some more on top! The beds were already made for us and there was a bowl of snacks on the table which the kids immediately flocked to! The kitchen was brilliantly equipped and extremely clean and we were really happy with the bathroom and amount of towels (we'd forgotten to even bring any!) We especially loved the variety of games available too. Jess and Kevin are absolutely incredible hosts and the apartment is such amazing value, the location is perfect and we had absolutely no trouble with external noise! Jess and Kevin are attentive and kind hosts who absolutely go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing stay. We've had an amazing trip and can't wait to come back and see you both again! - Elaine (10/5): - You get the warmest welcome from Jess and Kevin when you arrive (having already had a call from Jess the day before). Kevin took our luggage to the apartment. We stayed in the studio apartment which is well decorated and all the facilities you need for your stay. Jess left a little welcome tray of snacks and fruit in the hall to help yourself to which was a lovely touch. Private parking was ideal and the location is just a 5 minute walk to Central Pier. Lots of shops and takeaways nearby and please don't be put off by the area, as we have been told some guests have, the apartment is lovely. My kids and I have had the most wonderful stay, truly a home from home. Jess and Kevin are superb hosts and nothing is too much trouble. We will certainly be back for another stay 🙂

- Malwina (8/5): - Clean and fragrant towels, nice hosts who helped with luggage and parking, peace and quiet. Good location. I think they need to work on cleanliness. I was horrified by the dishwashing sponge I replaced the same day, and the unpleasant smell from the washing machine.

It had everything we needed. We didn't use the cooking facilities as we only stayed one night but there was everything you would need. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, as was the sofa bed. Great location and It's only a 5 minute walk to the Blackpool tower. There was nothing not to like.
- Gaynor (8/5): Lovely hosts, brilliant location for Madam Tussauds and Coral Island - The hosts met us on arrival and were a lovely couple. They provided parking free of charge that would have cost me £12-£25 in Blackpool, and it was behind a locked gate giving me peace of mind. The shower was very clean as was the whole apartment. A nice touch was the sweet tray on the coffee table and the sofa bed had already been made up for us.
- Gary (9/5): Lovely apartment and a great host - Property was clean and handy for the Opera House. The Host was fantastic. Clear instructions for parking etc. we were on a tight schedule and she offered us a lift to the Opera if we needed one. Great communication.
