• Rafael (9/5): einfach cool - Mailand Design in einer FIAT Werkstatt Loft - Lage, Lage, Lage. Perfekt vom Flughafen erreichbar. Klavier mit Nutellahocker ein highlight. Ich würde wiederkommen! Unabhängig vom Vermieter waren die Kaffee-Tabs eine Herausforderung. In den Supermärkten gibt es 99 verschiedene Tabs. Jeder anders. Den richtigen finden, gelang 2 Mal nicht. Den Schlüssel und die Öffnung der Tür war wie ein Escape-Game. Am Ende war es nur mit einem Handy möglich. Unbedingt zeitnah die bebildernden Reihenfolge beachten, wie d er Schlüssel zu finden ist. Am Abend in Dunkelheit war das eine Herausforderung. Aber gemeinsam gelöst! Daher wars eine 8/10

Nous avons passer un bon séjour La présence d'un hôte au départ de notre séjour

• Panaro (2/5): Pessima esperienza - Bella la casa ma non curata… La casa non era per niente pulita: polvere e ragnatele ovunque, pavimento lurido, forte odore di umido e divani in condizioni indecenti. Al check-in la signora delle pulizie era ancora lì, probabilmente appena iniziato a pulire (se così si può dire). Assolutamente sconsigliato.
• Iia (5/5): Spacious and very dusty - In general was ok, a big spacious place, but it was very very very dirty 😓 I actually had to clean the area close to bed, so my kids won’t inhale all those dust, they certainly change all bedding sheets and towels after every guests, but rather than that everything is very dusty and dirty … please do something with this place Everything I wrote above

• Martina (9/5): - Tolle Einrichtung / Loft-Atmosphäre!! Hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr bequeme Betten. Wir waren im Winter dort. Die Heizung war nicht sehr effizient. An wirklichen kalten Tagen wird es wahrscheinlich nicht richtig warm.

• Angelique (7/5): Not the best. Wouldn’t stay again. - Location and size I had issues opening the door. Then I couldn’t get the door to lock the entire time I stayed. The power blew a couple of times from a faulty appliance. Not all items worked. There was a half wall free standing ( not attached). I asked for extra blankets and got sheets. I asked if there was a later check out zero compromise for even 30 minutes.
• Manuel (8/5): Volvería otra vez - El apartamento está muy bien para ir un par de parejas , pero incómodo si llevas niños pequeños, pero para ir a dormir y descansar después de un largo día de turismo , perfecto La altura de parte del salón y dormitorios , perecía en todo momento que te dabas con l cabeza

• Louise (8/5): Overall, a clean and well-equipped apartment with helpful hosts. - The apartment was very clean, secure, and well presented. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and the AI concierge was a nice touch. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like soaps, shampoo, and body wash. The space downstairs is comfortable and spacious, though the upstairs is quite “intimate.” It worked well for us as two friends, and would suit a family, but may not be ideal for two couples as there is limited privacy despite the two large beds. The location is further from central Trastevere than expected (about 30–45 minutes’ walk to the main square). There is a well-stocked supermarket nearby, but most local shops close around 9pm, so you need to plan ahead. Only one set of towels per person was provided, so a spare set would have been welcome as would an ironing board and iron (we were told the apartment had one but it was a steamer instead which wasn’t ideal but workable).

• Mara (7/5): - loft con arredi interni particolari , camere sospese, ambienti comodi e ampi per famiglie o gruppi di amici. La posizione comoda per i mezzi per visitare le principali attrazioni eventualmente qualche mobile per riporre i vestiti
• Megan (6/5): For the price I would stay again. We got a cheap deal - Spacious. Well equipped. Comfy beds It was very very dirty. I had to wash my feet before I got into bed. Blood on duvets. Dust covering almost every surface. Grime everywhere. (Although when asking they did send a cleaner to address the issues. So thank you for that) The area isn’t very “pretty” but we felt safe. Couldn’t get hot water for a shower. Noisy in the mornings from very early sometimes through the night. Zero privacy.

• Barbara (6/5): Beautiful loft, comfortable,close to a lots of amenities, but cold and dirty. - The location was close to many bars where you could have a good breakfast. Very close to Trastevere train station, buses to the centre. Very well connected. The loft is well designed and well designed, very very beautiful and well distributed. Unfortunately, however, it is very humid and has a very strong smell of humidity when you enter and that certainly disturbs. Cold at the beginning, because the air conditioners took a long time to reach the right temperature. The bathroom lacks a heater, so washing becomes complicated in the winter because you freeze as soon as you get out of the shower. The most disturbing thing, however, was finding the entire loft very dirty. It was full of dust, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Too bad...

• Kianoush (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at this house in Rome was fantastic! The house itself was amazing—everything was perfect, from the amenities to the overall comfort. The only minor downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, this isn't an issue at all. The host was outstanding, always available to give us helpful advice and regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well or if we needed anything. Their hospitality really made our stay even better. Overall, this place is a 10 out of 10, and we'd definitely recommend it!

• Maryna (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartments. The most important thing is the convenient location from Trastevere station. Nearby there is a supermarket, McDonald's and pizzerias. We walked to all the sights, about 30 minutes. The interior is interesting, we have never seen anything like it. Thanks to the designer for his work. The apartment has everything you need. The only thing is that in the cool season there are not enough slippers, because the stone floor is very cold. Probably in the summer this will be a plus.
• Vincent (2/5): I was a really, really terrible experience. Would have cancelled if it didn't have a cancelation fee - I liked the wallpaper. Nice couches. Comfortable bed. I requested an early check-in. My request was ignored. I arrived at the place 1 hour before the check-in they told me. They refused to grant me entry. After a few minutes a cleaner appeared and he first had to clean the apartment before I could enter. After 1 and a half hours, standing outside in the cold, while he was cleaning I finally got access - half an hour after the check-in time they gave me. I found long black hair in the shower (disgusting), the panini press was dirty and full of crumbs. The coffee pot did not work on the induction stove, so I had to make coffee using a pot and a water bath with the coffee pot inside. The outside looks terrible, overgrown plants, litter, graffiti which gives it kind or a ghetto feel.
