• irene (5/5): Alejado del centro y ruidoso - Buen tamaño. Adecuado pero está alejado del centro y hay muchísimo ruido de la avenida que hace imposible descansar Muchísimo ruido de la avenida todo el día y lejos del centro. No hay nada alrededor
• Irena (7/5): Sightseeing in Seville - Spacious flat. Good couch and dining table. Nice and firm mattress. Bidet. Washing machine. Location. Frequent No.37 bus straight into the centre. Excellent Pizza Restaurant next door! Extremely noisy main road. Could not have balcony doors open, specially at night, or sit outside. Old, yellowing towels. Complete lack of tea towels/kitchen roll, only 1 dishwasher tablet and no washing machine tablets/liquid. Freezer completely iced up and fridge handle had been broken off, making it impossible to open the door without first opening the freezer above it. Broken clothes rack.

• Cristofer (6/5): - La ubicación en cuanto a los hospitales cercanos y servicios. El cable de antena del televisor no funcionaba correctamente, avisamos para que viniesen a repararlo y no vinieron.
• Sanda (9/5): Very good choice for Sevilla - Location is very good, with access to public transport. Quiet neighbourhood.
• Marisol (8/5): Ok, pero ruidoso para dormir. - PROS: Limpio, seguro, entrega de llaves ok, tiendas cerca, cómodo, cama cómoda, muebles en buen estado y cómodos. CONTRAS: Ubicado en una avenida principal y hay demasiado ruido de coches, motos, ambulancias. Aparte el vecino hacía mucho ruido y nos despertaba sobre la 1:00am todos los días, tuve que comprar tapones para dormir. Puerta de la nevera rota, difícil de abrir. La tostadora no funcionaba. Falta menaje de cocina, no hay tijeras y tampoco utensilios para sacar un simple huevo frito de la sartén. Uno de los rieles de las cortinas está a punto de caerse. La mesa de planchar estaba mojada porque colocaron la fregona empapada justo encima. No me gustó dormir con el router del wifi que está fijo justo en la mesita al lado de la cama, aparte no se puede apagar sino se bloquea la cerradura de seguridad automática.

• María (8/5): Casi perfecta - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, el menaje, la disposición de la casa, la limpieza. Pedimos salir el último día 30 minutos más tarde de las 11:00h ya que íbamos a Sevilla a correr la media maratón y nos lo denegaron. Al estar el piso en una gran avenida, se escuchaba mucho el ruido y no tienen persianas las ventanas.

• Javier (8/5): Todo perfecto - La localización, posibilidad de aparcar Excelente. El el alojamiento destacar el agua caliente. Es mejorable el aislamiento del ruido del tráfico .

• Mirjana (9/5): Very satisfied. The location has a good bus connection with the city centre. - The host was responsive, friendly and gave us all the information we asked for. Told us about the amenities around the apartment and the city transportation to Centro historico. The apartment is as described, clean, and the spacious. We visited Sevilla in the period which was unexpectedly cold and rainy, so we would have welcomed a heater.
• Gillian (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfectly located close to the conference hotel. It was clean, well-equipped and I loved the balcony view of the Real Betis soccer stadium. Lots of storage for a long-term stay. It isn't in the city centre of Seville but a bus ride away on the #37.
