- Jayne (1/5): EXPERIENCE FROM HELL - Absolutely nothing Everything, couldn't get to the keys. Stood in the rain trying. Tried ringing but phone was switched off. Had to use the message thing while cold and wet. Offered a 2nd property. Took ages to get in. Eventually got in. It stunk, walked past open doors as we went to property. Door was unlocked. Absolutely disgusting stunk,filthy, horrible, rubbish on the floor used toilet roll on the table. The kitchen was disgusting leftover takeaway on the side, bin was full. Bed was filthy stains on duvet cover and different sorts of hairs on the sheet. Stains on the bedding. Rang to complain phone switched off. Had to use message on app. Cleaners told them it had been cleaned then they said was due to be cleaned. Tried to offer a 3rd property which we declined immediately. Said we were leaving and wanted a refund immediately. Said they have to contact management and would take a few days. Night ruined, cold and wet. We bought food to cook and drinks on the way. Wasted nearly 2 hours of our time. Limited parking spaces, advert said parking outside. Walking through courtyard to property past bins that were full. AVOID AVOID AVOID. SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO OFFER THE PROPERTY. NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.!!! COULDN'T UPLOAD ALL MY PHOTOS ONLY ALLOWED 4. EVENING COMPLETELY RUINED. STILL WAITING FOR REFUND HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GO HOME 😡😡
- Geraldine (9/5): Superb - Great Accomodation. Spacious and clean.. PARKING, this is big bear, if you have a car this is awfull, moving your car due time limitations and no space due to the local residents ...other wise the property and staff were great.

- Asif (1/5): Perhaps my worse stay since joining booking.com - Honestly the only thing I liked was the food places around the area. The actual place was awful. I felt like no effort was made with cleanliness. There was dust, spiders, dirt on the floor, smell wasn’t pleasant and there was no Wi-Fi and no parking when they said there was. Wi-Fi was later provided to us.

- Aaron (5/5): Ok but not worth the price. - Seemed clean other than finding crisp crumbs in the bedsheets. Overall not bad but seems a bit expensive for what you actually get. Property wasn’t bad but for the money expected better, shower overflowed so had to have a quick shower otherwise it would flood the bathroom. Found crisps crumbs in the bed. WiFi didn’t work and neither did the TV.

- Nicola (9/5): Clean, comfortable, value for money. Friendly - Beautiful, enclosed, secure.court yard, that entered a flat that was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable..Staff were very accommodating, helpful and quick to respond to messages. We took tea etc as there wasn't any complimentary consumables, but thats fine as long a you expect that.

- Trevor (5/5): It served a purpose, but wouldn`t stay there again - The location was the main thing and it served it`s purpose The lock box code they sent to me was the wrong code so we spent quite a while trying to obtain the keys. Eventually I had to ring the landlord and she admitted it was the wrong code and gave us the correct code. The facilities were very basic . There was only 1 coffee/tea mug in the cupboard (after we told the landlord she provided two more,} the ricketty wardrobe had no hangers and the pillows on the bed were very poor, We actually went out and bought two more pillows for our second night stay.

- Allison (4/5): Never stayed. - It was clean enough although very small. The surroundings and the entrance to the property was an absolute disgrace. Very tricky to get in to it with the key box situation. Once through the gate I immediately knew that I wouldn’t be staying the night there. We went in looked around and drove right home. I wouldn’t have felt safe at all in the vicinity of the accommodation. That’s what I get for booking something so cheap. You get what you pay for. Definitely would not go back.

- Adelowo (10/5): Wonderful Experience! - Reminiscing on our stay here in July. It was my most pleasant short stay yet! The accommodation managers always wanted to do more for us and yes, we received a wonderful customer service! The room was impeccably neat, and everything necessary for dining, laundry, lounging etc were provided. The ambience was great and the location was indeed peaceful and nice! Yes, We will check in again when next we stop around here! Nil.
