• Stephanie (9/5): An oasis of peace - The beautiful garden and comfy beds. Location is great with supermarkets around and a view of the mountains. You feel so much peace after a crazy day in the city with traffic and people.
• Liz (9/5): Lovely peaceful friendly and comfortable hotel - Fabulous peaceful location, very comfortable room and sitting by the pool after lots of travelling was perfect. The airport transfer organised by the hotel was brilliant. Would recommend.

• Hürter (9/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig mit Blick auf den Innenhof mit Pool. Die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Fußläufig gut erreichbar befinden sich ein paar sehr gute Restaurants.

• Яна (7/5): - Уютный небольшой отель с хорошей зелёной территорией Матрас жёсткий. Когда открывается дверь соседнего номера твоя дверь сотрясается, так как нет плотного прилегания. Всю ночь просыпаешься из-за проходящих поездов- очень близко железная дорога.
• ngoc (9/5): Hotel Is Near A Railway Track. - Good value. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The location is a bit hard to find, two YandexGo drivers dropped me off at the wrong locations. There's a railway nearby, and the train is noisy if your window is open.

Понравился отель, очень хороший завтрак, удобная ванная комната с душем, довольно не плохой номер, вежливые и внимательные на рецепшне,а главное их преимущество-это бассейн, в жару идеально просто! соотношение цена/качество- хорошо! Моя оценка 9 Чуток не понравилась кровать, спишь прям на жестком матрасе, по местоположению вроде хорошо, но рядом железная дорога,когда поезда едут шумно, еще по вечерам улица которая ведет к отелю не освещается, шахораться по темноте приходится...огромный минус уже к самой администрации города

• Sayed (8/5): - The reception staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Whenever I needed help they went out of their way to help. Exceptional! At breakfast they had kept pork sausage along with halal sausage. I'm a Muslim and it was a terrible experience for me.

• Boris (9/5): Похож на недорогую дачу, мне было уютно - Практически центр, но как в деревне. Ночью тихо, воздух довольно свежий. Елочки во дворе, своя территория и нет проезжих частей рядом. Камин в номере, достаточно симпатично, чувствуешь себя как на даче. Отделка милая, но недорогая, "я его слепила из того что было". Любителям "евро" может не понравиться. Персонал не особо внимательный - три дня подряд просил класть пару больших полотенец - и обещали - но ни разу не получилось.
• Oleg (10/5): - В очередной раз останавливались в Asian Mountains. Очень вкусные и сытные завтраки, в этот раз хорошо работало отопление, в комнате было комфортно. Матрас и подушки удобные.

Заселение прошло идеально, в номере было чисто. Рядом шумная железная дорога, матрас был особенно жестким. Было плохое холодное и яркое освещение.

• Яна (6/5): - Мы брали номер с камином, да, аутентично и можно смириться с тем, что он уже уставший, но дело не только в этом. Муравьи, бегающие по кровати, огроменные дрова, чудом разжегшиеся спустя 40 минут мучений и всей потраченной туалетки, не совсем прозрачная дверь в туалет, плохая связь в номере, очень скудный завтрак(каша, хлопья, вареные яйца) без яичницы, далекое расположение от центра города. Видимо соотношение цена-качество тут такое.
• Dominik (9/5): - i was there off season and during ramadan. the hotel was more or less empty, but we still got a very good service. nice and clean rooms, pleasant atmosphere. not fancy at all, but honest and clearly geared to people with an outdoor vibe. the hotel is in a very quiet corner of central bishkek, but directly next to the railway tracks. 1-3 trains per night (yes they are loud). not a problem for us, but needs consideration for people who are sensitive to noise

• Sabina (10/5): Отличный отель - Чистота, персонал, достаточно простора и мебели в номере, завтраки (каша на молоке, масло, сметана, мед, самсы, пирожки с картошкой, с мясом, блины, блины с творогом, тосты, йогурт, яйца глазунья и отварные, свежие овощи и фрукты, сухой завтрак - это подавали нам на два завтрака, не всё сразу, но предостаточно, чтобы вкусно и сытно наесться), тепло в номере, регулируемые радиаторы отопления, одноразовые тапочки, набор для чистки зубов, шампунь, мыло, теплые полы в душевой, ухоженная территория (дорожки, фонарики, хвойный сад, беседки, скамейки), парковка с видеонаблюдением, серьезная библиотека в лобби, персонал быстро отвечает на сообщения, коллекция камней в лобби, вай-фай мощный на всей территории. Плюсов много. В целом уютно, хочется возвращаться. Спасибо персоналу и администрации замечательного отеля! В этом нет вины отеля, но должна отметить, что рядом идут две стройки, хотя с закрытыми окнами не слышно, поэтому мне вообще не принципиально. И совсем близко проходят ЖД пути. Поезда, конечно, слышно. Нам было терпимо, но для кого-то это может показаться некомфортным.

• Kiel (6/5): - The reception girls were very pleasant. It was very nice and comfortable to stay there. The women who set up breakfast in the morning were generally fine, but there was one lady whom I asked whether the food she prepared contained meat or not, since I don’t like meat and don’t eat it. She simply ignored me. On the last day — I stayed there for about 14 days — I accidentally spilled some coffee, and she expressed such obvious irritation, showing all her emotions as if it was something terrible and unacceptable. She was even clicking her tongue. I don’t understand why she behaved like that. Guests are the ones who pay their salaries, and I was not acting inappropriately. I don’t spill coffee every day. It’s not common for me to drop or break things. It wasn’t intentional. I find such behavior unprofessional. Because of this moment, I believe the staff of this hotel is not trained to work properly with guests. The breakfast itself was acceptable. The lobby is very comfortable, and the courtyard and surroundings are pleasant. Everything else I liked.

• INIS (8/5): Accommodating, pleasant, safe good value. - Clean, safe, very accommodating, lovely spacious room #17, very pleasant facility. The location is very good for me but it is next to the train tracks. I will stay here again. Internet did not allow video conferencing. Room heat was too high - I had to turn off the radiator. The breakfast was not completely out until after 7:15am. There are no elevators so I had to navigate my large luggage up and down small winding stairs. The staff did help with getting my luggage up the stairs which was greatly appreciated.

• Dejan (9/5): - We stayed there just for one night. The hotel is great, with beautiful garden and pool. The family room was very big, with kitchen and dinning room. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is very near to railway line and is quite nosiy when the train pass.
• Ильдар Бекшенев (6/5): Не готов рекомендовать - Брали семейный двухкомнатный номер. В номере есть кухня, но с минимальным (недостаточным) набором посуды. Хороший завтрак. Есть собственная парковка. Во дворе есть небольшой бассейн. Стоимость номера администратор пересчитывает по своему курсу, который отличается от банковского в большую сторону, т.е. в сомах стоимость получается выше. Но если рассчитываешься наличными долларами, то сдачу считают по курсу меньше банковского. Разница получилась небольшая в районе 150 сом, но тем не менее - неприятно. Одно из больших полотенец было все в пятнах. Нет коврика в ванной.

• 띠요오옹 (1/5): 절대 절대 가지 마세요 - . 비행기가 연착돼 겨우 밤 10시에 도착했는데, 숙소에 불은 다 꺼져 있고, 사람 그림자 하나 없더군요. 혹시 내가 예약을 잘못했나? 하는 불안감이 밀려올 즈음, 10분쯤 지나서야 한 여직원이 어디선가 천천히 걸어나왔습니다. 제가 먼저 키르기스어로 인사를 건넸지만, 돌아온 건 인사 대신 철저한 무반응. 마치 제가 투명인간이라도 된 기분이었습니다. 체크인 과정에서는 직원의 한숨을 쉬는 소리가 리셉션을 가득 채웠습니다. 서류 하나 넘길 때마다 ‘왜 왔냐’는 표정이 느껴질 정도였어요. 마치 제가 숙박하러 온 게 아니라 민폐를 끼치러 온 사람인 줄 알았습니다. 정말 프로페셔널했습니다 — 불친절의 세계 챔피언 자리를 노려도 될 수준이었습니다.

• SAMADJON (9/5): - Мы взяли номер с камином. Это просторный коттедж на первом этаже. Ванная комната большая, больше чем сама комната. Есть и душевая и ванна. Интерьер прекрасный. Завтрак великолепный, хоть я и часто пропускал завтрак. Персонал отличный. Девушки вежливые и отзывчивые. Нам очень понравилось! К сожалению мне сказали, что если оставаться на дольше чем 1 день, то уборка раз в 3 дня. Это плохо. Атмосфера прекрасная, но некоторые детали нуждаются в обновлении. Видно что отель работает много лет. Но если Вы не привередливы, то Вам точно понравится.

• Aleksandr_Tsarev (6/5): Неплохо, но дороговато - Вежливый персонал, заселили в номер раньше времени без доплаты. Есть возможность позднего выезда в 15:00 и 18:00 с доплатой. Слабый напор воды, самые простые ванные принадлежности. Кровать состояла из двух односпальных, был перепад высоты посередине. Отель находится рядом с ЖД путями, ночью могут проезжать поезда.

• Judith (10/5): Good feel to the hotel and a relaxing stay. - Staff were really great, helped us with some bus booking logistics when the website was all in Russian and not taking our cards! Kitchen staff also friendly when I needed to wash some stuff up. Breakfast good with lots of local choice and the usual salad, cereals etc. Tea/coffee always available in reception to help yourself. Good recommendation of local restaurants from reception staff. Nice having the pool available as we arrived here after a few days hiking. Trains caused a bit of noise early evening but didn't notice during the night.
• Ingvar (7/5): Good - Our room opened onto the pool area and someone came into our room from the pool at around midnight and turned on the light. They left straight away but it woke us up and was disconcerting. Not sure how they got it. Raised it with reception in the morning and they seemed pretty uninterested which was disappointing. Apart from that everything was fine.
• Annette (8/5): A very good overnight stay - Its a very nice building and garden, and easy to walk from. the breakfast could have been western tourist friendlier. Some good bread and eggs would help. Reception was always helpful and friendly, but there seemed to be other staff who didn't interact at all.

Mən 3-cü blok, otaq 20-də qaldım. 2 gün səhər saat 7-də dəhlizdə işçilərin qışqırtısına oyandım. Birinci gün bir söz deməsəm də, 2-ci gün bu hal təkrarlananda otaqdan çıxıb iradımı bildirdim.

• Magdalena (9/5): Superb - It's a nice place with a green garden and spacious, clean rooms. There is also a swimming pool, though we did not have a chance to use it. I would stay here again.

• Jam (5/5): Passable - Very cabin-type. I love the design. The receptionist is nice. Place is peaceful. The location is kinda far. There's no lift so not good for travellers who have big pieces of luggage. No smart TV and all channels are in Russian.

I would be proactive in sharing expectations to ensure staff would take care of basic cleanliness before assigning a room. Initial room assigned was unclean and had many complains. Had to express unhappiness before room was changed to another block and ensured it was ready for guest.

This made doing my work abit cumbersome. The WiFi was also of intermittent bandwidth. This resulted in several interruptions during an important 2 hour video call.
