• Natalia (10/5): - Отличное расположение, рядом с метро и большим супермаркетом. Комнаты новые , чистые, тихо и есть все удобства. Очень приятные и приветливые хозяева. Обязательно вернёмся!

• anastasia (8/5): Gradevole - Appartamento accogliente e recentemente ristrutturato, nonostante le dimensioni siano piuttosto ridotte. Mi è un po’ mancato uno specchio a figura intera.
• Irene (8/5): Tutto bene - Stanza ristrutturata e con tutto quello che serve. Complesso di palazzi molto tranquillo. Un po' fuori ma a 10m a piedi c'è la stazione della metro Bologna. Stanza pulita Essendo un primo piano è leggermente rumoroso. Ma personalmente non è stato un grosso problema

• Giulia (10/5): Ottimo! - Ci troviamo molto bene in questa struttura e alloggiando spesso a Roma per motivi di lavoro-studio per noi è molto comodo e torniamo qui spesso. C'è una fermata del bus molto vicina e la metro si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi circa. Zona molto servita e condominio molto tranquillo.

• Camille (7/5): Spazio molto luminoso con soffitti alti, tutto pulito e zona tranquilla. - L’edificio in se e la stanza pulita. Il rumore da fuori, la doccia che perdeva un po d’ acqua sui pavimenti e l’aria condizionata che a volte smetteva di funzionare. Tutto sommato niente di grave

• Beatriz (9/5): Lovely Stay at Stevenson Rooms - We really enjoyed staying at Stevenson's Rooms - the room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed, and a recently renovated bathroom. We had breakfast at Agostini, a local cafe round the corner, which was fantastic! Great value for money! I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The amount of shampoo and shower gel we got for two people for three nights was a bit scant. Stevenson Rooms is a little far from the city centre, but we already knew this and did not mind it. It is very easy to get around with the metro (from Bologna) or buses.

• Britney (9/5): Our stay was quite pleasant being able to take public transportation nearby to also having a convenient 24hr store nearb - I loved the amenities that it came with as well with our own private entrance to our room which made us feel safe and comfortable. Also a plus of course was the air conditioning . No comment

• Rein (9/5): Modern room at quiet location! - Room is modern and convenient. The rain shower is great :) Friendly staff. Quiet location, which is a big plus in my opinion in a busy city like Roma. 10-20 min walk from metro and train station. Nothing important. Pillows are thin, but that might be just my personal preference.

• Alexander (10/5): Best proposition in Rome for these money. - The owner was so cute and helpful! The room has its own bathroom, and there are 3 such rooms in the block joined by common corridor. But you have total privacy as you were in a hotel. Let's say it is a 3-roomed very nice hotel. Totally clean, nice smell, calm and good place. A bit far from the center, but there are a few very nice cafes and restaurants right behind the corner. Actually, you get voucher for one breakfast for two people in one of those cafes. The owner was very negotiable when it came to some trouble with the payment terminal (you should pay tourist city fee upon arrival, you can't pay it in advance via booking, so either by card or by cash) so we were totally calm about it. Check-out is remote. You just leave the key on a table. In principle the check-in could be done remotely, so there is no need to sync the time of arrival between two parts (the host and the guest).
• Dusan (5/5): Passable - The room was good and clean. The location was 10 minutes from metro station. Woman who was cleaning our room was great. Before our arrival, we did not know that there were works in front of the apartment. There was an unbearable stench in front of our window that entered the room. Because of that we couldn’t open our window for fresh air. Also, on Booking the price was 600eur with 30e tax, but when we came to the apartmant host said that we need to pay 60eur on tax. That wasn’t a problem. we paid, but i think that host could send us a message about ther before our arrival.

• Halszka (9/5): clean and close to the subway. everything you need on holiday - I rented a room for a week. it is small, but quite sufficient for a couple for such a period of time. it's clean and the air conditioning works. there was room service once. the girl managing the reservations was very nice and helpful. a plus for the possibility of paying by card after check-in. It was nice that we got vouchers for breakfast at a nearby cafe and a list of recommended restaurants. close to the metro. and a shop with a very large selection is next door. I have nothing to complain about.

• Trevor (9/5): The room met all our expectations and we would have no problem staying again. - Breakfast across street was fine. We really liked the neighborhood. It felt like a good community. The newly remodeled room had everything we needed. I’m a big guy and the shower is small. It would have been better to have a shelf in the shower to put my toiletries on instead of bending all the way over to get things from the floor.
