- Marcus (6/5): Bra löge - Helt okej boende. Borde framgå lite bättre på hotell sida när det är som air bnb och inte hotell som i detta fallet. Bra läge med promenadavstånd till gågatan och stationen för att utforska 5 terre

- Valentina (6/5): - Posizione ottima per muoversi nel centro di LaSpezia e verso il porto. Peccato per il bagno in comune (sull’annuncio tutte le camere della struttura hanno segnato il bagno privato) e per il phon non funzionante. Anche se segnalato non è stata risolta la problematica e sinceramente per il costo della camera è stata una nota negativa.
- Antonio (2/5): - Esperienza terribile. Prenotazione per 2 adulti e 1 bambino 8 anni. Camera preparata per 2 adulti senza extra letto/divano ( come in foto al momento della prenotazione) . Check in a partire dalle 14 ma abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni per check in alle 17.30 . Impossibile parlare con host che mi ha risposto una sola vota dicendo che mi avrebbe richiamato presto per risolvere il problema . Ovviamente non mi ha più richiamato e non ha risposto neanche alle chiamate di Expedia . Numerose chiamate senza mai avere risposte . Sconsiglio a tutti questa camera . Expedia in compenso mi ha fornito piccolo rimborso ma non sufficiente per quanto accaduto. Dimenticavo... Cuscini sporchi e coperte non presenti ...
