• Halyna (10/5): - Отдыхали с семьёй три дня. Всё очень понравилось! Чисто, уютно. Есть всё для комфортного проживания и отдыха. Находиться прямо в центре. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Бесплатная парковка во дворе. С удовольствием приедем ещё раз!

• Ramona (8/5): Wir hatten fünf schöne Tage, Pech mit dem Wetter, denn mit unserer gehbehinderten Mutter können wir nicht den ganzen Tag - Ein sehr schönes Appartement, alles vorhanden , was man so für ein paar Tage braucht. Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Fahrstuhl für behinderte Menschen ist vorhanden. Wir waren drei erwachsene Personen , schlafen , essen , aufhalten, alles in einem Raum. Für fünf Tage, wie bei uns , kein Problem, aber länger wird schwierig. Die Öffnung des Tores in den Hof hat mit der angegebenen Nummer nicht geklappt, das Telefon in der Wohnung, welches man dazu benutzen sollte ist kaputt.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and comfortable apartment. The kitchen is fully functional, there is a washing machine which was really useful.
• Olga (8/5): It's ok - The apartment has a central location, close to the main attraction of the city - the thermal springs, and offers a nice view of the main street. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: an equipped kitchen, a shower and even a washing machine. Our main problem with this appartment was getting inside. In the morning we received a message in our language, that we were welkom and they would be waiting for us. When we arrived at the location, we called the number provided and we were told to wait outside and that the lady would be there within 10 minutes. After having waited for 15 minutes I tried to call again. The lady picked up the phone and literally shouted at me in German: Wait! And just hung up the phone. We tried to call several more times but she just didn't pick up anymore. It was around 0 degrees outside and we were getting cold. So we tried to message her via booking.com, asking her to let us know the time of her arrival so that we could wait at the cafe next door. The reply we got was: I am already on my way. After having waited for 40 minutes, we decided to go to the cafe and let her look for us. When she finally arrived, she gave us a bottle of champagne. But honestly, we would have preferred normal communication.
